Newly Renovated BeachFront Family Friendly Condo Tons of Amenities Seawatch1015

Sea Watch Unit 1015 offers a fantastic beachfront view of both the Ocean and the Bay off the large balcony. You can walk out the back door of the building and right onto the sand.

1015 is in the middle of the southern facing side of the building on the tenth floor. It offers sleeping for 8 and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there's also a queen size pull out couch in the family room. The den has a queen size pull out couch as well. There are 3 flatscreen TVs with cable, streaming services, and free WiFi in the unit along with a full kitchen and a laundry room stocked with beach supplies.

The building has both an indoor and outdoor pools, beachfront access, free wifi, a beautiful courtyard, playground, tennis, volleyball, pickleball, and basketball courts, a deli (with donuts in the early morning), a movie theatre, exercise room, billiard room, sauna, and arcade. There is also 24 hour security and onsite maintenance to help you with anything you may need.

Ocean City itself has so much to offer as a vacation spot. There are places to parasail, take cruises, jetski, rent a boat for just your family, stand up paddle board, and even try a fly board! That's not to mention all the rides, games, minigolf, theatres, and shopping available if you have a rain day. The food options are also almost limitless. If you like to eat it, chances are, there's somewhere here that has it.

Place was clean and the view was wonderful. Communication with owner was terrific! Each unit in this place has a view of the beach from the balcony! Nice facilities.

We loved the condo. It was large and clean with plenty of room for more people. Newer pots and pans, plates and utensils were helpful. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern. The balcony ocean and bay view were remarkable. I enjoyed the washer dryer. We swam in the pools and ocean. We borrowed some sand toys from the library for beach combing. The movie theater and arcade were fun too!!! We utilized the bus to go to and from Oceans Calling which was safe,budget friendly and conviently located on property. We also love the many nearbye shops and restaurants. Assateague Island was a short drive that did not dissappoint. Overall great trip. Would love to stay again

The unit had all of the amenities it was looking for. There were small differences between what the pictures and listing represented and reality, but overall very nice. Knowing now what the unit offers, I would definitely book this same unit in the future if the owners will have us again. Ocean City is in our vacation rotation, and we liked our stay this year.

Bit disappointing

Kitchen appliances need updating Kitchen lacks enough glassware (wine glasses), silverware, dishes, basic supplies..The need to purchase these adds to the cost.

Beautiful Room!

Took our granddaughter to the beach for her first time. This room was perfect for the 5 of us. Room was clean and ready to go early. Parking is 65 not the 40 that is advertised. Building was nice and secure!

Details are important

Overall, a nice unit. Some minor cleaning issues (kitchen trash can needs replace/hosed off/deep cleaned, furniture was dusty). Also, not clear from the listing that the renter is responsible for laundering the sheets, folding them, and putting them in a closet. This was listed on the instructions on the refrigerator upon arrival. With check out at 10am, this added to the stress of getting out on time, and washing all bedding. Also, laundry room is OUTSIDE the unit, and was not clean at all. Washing machine had leaves in the drum, so we had to clean that before use for the purpose of washing the sheets (only) as we did not use them for our personal laundry. The closets are small, messy, and a collection of broken hangers with poor shelving. This made it hard to put clean sheets in that environment, so they were left, folded, on each bed. Bring your own towels as none were provided in the kitchen or bath. Multiple throw rugs in the unit are a trip hazard, so we collected them and moved them aside for safety.

Weekend stay

Condo very nice and clean. Excellent view from deck. Only complaint is checking in with security. On line said 40$ parking fee, guy at security said 60$ or 55$ cash, discrepancy made us feel like the security guys were scamming us.

Great Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. The building has a ton of amenities, the views were beautiful. The condo itself could have been a bit cleaner, there was crumbs and food stuck in the pull out couch. The pull out couch is really uncomfortable and not sturdy. My only real complaint would be the kitchen equipment. Most of the pots and pans were unusable because the nonstick coating peeling up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Great place.

The condo was overall a great place to stay. A little small but it worked out for us, 4 adults and 1 child (4 y.o.). Everything was clean and had an excellent view of the ocean!!

Great place!

This condo was great! Awesome amenities. Great location. It was clean! Beautiful views. The pots and pans need to be updated. Some of our food was burning due to pans that are worn and old. The owners responded quickly when we had an issue with the air conditioning unit and it was fixed promptly! We would definitely stay again!

Can’t wait to rebook SW 1015 for next year!

We really loved this unit! We have accidentally stayed in some dingy condos in OCMD because they were misrepresented online. This unit is actually better in person than you can tell from the online listing! Bathrooms and kitchen are new and gorgeous. Kitchen is not cluttered and there was space in the cabinets for our food which I appreciated a lot as we tried to eat most meals at the condo. Loved the plastic cover on the table that made me less anxious about my kids damaging the table. Loved the toys and chairs and beach umbrella in the laundry room. The balcony door is heavy, but that was a plus for us since our kids could not open the door themselves. We never heard any of our neighbors while we were inside the unit and the Sea Watch building is incredibly family friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great location but lacks a lot for the price

The location was great. Check in process was easy however it's $60 cash each vehicle to park for the week. The listing said they upgraded the mattresses with toppers and that was not true. The beds were horrible! The pull out couch mattress was about 4 inches thick and you could feel the springs just by touching it. The two chairs that had pull out beds were about the same and super uncomfortable. The master bedroom tv was like a computer monitor and would not turn on. The pots and pans were so old, like something you didn't want in your kitchen anymore. I had to buy a couple pans to cook breakfast. The floor had sand when we got there like it hadn't been cleaned well. My socks were black on day one from the floors. The couch was old, uncomfortable and to be honest gross so we had a sheet over it the whole time. The place is way smaller than it appears so that was disappointing. I feel that for the price we paid they could afford some upgrades with kitchen items and beds. Also bring your own sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. There aren't any to use and the ones there are very old and gross. I am a very clean person and this did not meet my expectations. I'm sorry for this honest review but we were disappointed.

Senior week

Great location with lots of fun activities to do. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we need to cook. Beds were comfortable. Loved the games. The only negative is the a/c which could go off at night. Bring floor fans to circulate the air in the bedrooms. Would book again

A Wonderful Place to Enjoy in OC

Clean, easy to get to, with plenty of amenities. The balcony was worth the price of admission! Our only issue was the tv in the master bedroom which would not turn off from a bright blue screen despite several attempts. Nothing a little towel covering it at night couldn't fix. Hosts were easily connected with and their expectations for their place (follow condo rules and treat with respect) are the reasons we love VRBOs.

Delightful Ocean Views and Amenities

In general, we were quite pleased with the accommodations. We cooked most of our meals using the well equipped kitchen. The beach amenities (chairs, umbrella, shovels, buckets, etc.) were quite useful for our numerous beach visits. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. My only minor critique, keeping the review from being a 5 star, is we had to run the vacuum on the carpet early in our stay when we noticed it may not have been done thoroughly before our arrival. Nevertheless, I would certainly book again as the overall experience was definitely positive.

We bought Unit 1015 in the Sea Watch building as a joint purchase with my husband's parents. They have been coming here as a family for 1 to 2 weeks at a time every summer since Curtis, my husband, was a little kid. It's always been a dream for Curtis and his dad to own a unit in the building here. Now we have our own kiddos and it's so much fun to see them enjoying the Nemo pool, arcade, playground, and other amenities as much as my husband and his brothers did when he was a kid.

We all live about an hour west of Philadelphia, Pa. We just love the town down here and the Sea Watch. It seems like every year there's some new restaurant or activity to try and mix in with the old favorites. You can't beat the vibrance of Ocean City, MD in the summer but come down when it's snowing sometime too! There's nothing like seeing snow flying past with ocean in the background.

When we decided we wanted to buy a beach house we searched every condominium and many of the bayside home owner's associations for the perfect spot and we just kept coming back to the Sea Watch. They have the most amenities, the best views, and the best staff around. It just seemed like a no brainer, not only for the nostalgia of having spent every summer here for so many years. No other place could compare to what this property had to offer.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You just can't beat the view of the ocean from the patio in the morning when the sun is coming up or the moon glinting off the water when the day is done. Nothing compares to the ability to leave the patio door open and listen to the waves. We also really appreciate the security here. There is a 24 hour security staff which gives us peace of mind that if we want to send our kids down to play in the arcade or see a movie someday we won't need to accompany them every second of the time. This is such a family friendly building and we really love that.
