Our three bedroom, 2 bath unit for 6 people provides the ultimate vacation experience. This beautifully appointed condo is an eighth floor corner unit (4807) with a wrap-around balcony that lets you see the white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf waters, We also have a view of our gulf side pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. There are several picnic areas with grills on the property along with tennis courts, an exercise room, two outdoor pools, shuffleboard and a gazebo. The indoor pool offers changing rooms with walk-in showers as well as a sauna and steam room. The condo has 3 cable TV's and free Wi-Fi Internet service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the master bedroom an adjustable king bed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CONDO RENTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY IN JUNE & JULY.

Our goal is to offer you the absolute best value in direct Gulf front accommodations.
You can drink your coffee in the morning on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The sleeping configuration consists of one adjustable king in the master bedroom; one queen in one of our guest bedrooms:and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower off the master bedroom and a second bathroom in the hallway by the two bedrooms.

Kids love our complex because there is both the beach and a nice grass area to play on which most condo complexes lack. With both indoor and outdoor pools; a tennis and pickleball court; sand volleyball; and Adventure Land right across the street there is enough to keep all ages entertained.

Our complex also offers a meeting room with a full kitchen for family reunions, wedding receptions, and business meetings for a small fee. We see many weddings taking place each year from our balcony. Why not be married on the beach in our gazebo and then use our beautiful club house for that special reception?

Beautiful view. Great communication with owner. Beds were comfortable. The furnishings are outdated and showing wear. Balcony furniture is an accident waiting to happen, rusted and falling apart. The entire condo was dirty, it hasn't been cleaned properly in a while. We still enjoyed our stay and would consider future bookings with some improvements.

Nice getaway

It was a nice but older unit. The bedrooms are a bit small and bathrooms are too. It has great views of both the ocean and pool! It also is conveniently in the middle of 2 elevators and also close to both pools. Hard to find parking at night if you want it close to the unit. The owner is really friendly and response quick to concerns or questions.

Gorgeous Ocean View!

The location and view were excellent. We loved the big balcony. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach was appreciated. Older building and a few updates needed (patio furniture was getting a little rusty and elevator wasn't working half the time), but overall a great place to stay.

Perfect Holiday Stay

This location was very convenient to local restaurants, the beach, and shops. The pool is large and in excellent shape. The grounds are beautiful. We were very pleased and will definitely book again.

We live in Illinois but make as many trips to Orange Beach as possible. We bought at Seaside because of it's family atmosphere and the beautiful grounds that most condo complexes lack. My adult children love to golf and there are several excellent courses in the area that are not too expensive. Our friends with small children love the nearby dolphin cruises and we often see dolphins from our balcony.

We purchased this condo 25 years ago and love the Orange Beach area. We never get tired of visiting our favorite stores and restaurants or trying the new ones that open every year. There are plenty of things to do if you don't want to spend all your time at the beach, both for adults and kids. Some favorites are the Little Zoo That Could; the Naval Air Museum; Adventure Land; shopping at the Discount Mall, taking the ferry across Mobile Bay and visiting Fort Morgan. A new Amusement Park, OWA, has opened in Foley - about a 20 minute drive from us on the Beach Expressway. Check their website for information www.visitowa.com.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Everyone is so friendly in Orange Beach. There are many local restaurants and small gift shops so you don't have to go to any 'chains' and the local shrimp is out of this world!! Within a couple of miles the State Park has great walking and biking trails and it's famous fishing pier. You can rent bikes, kayaks or a Segway at the State Park. No need to drive more than a few miles to find everything you want.
