Modern ski in/ski out studio with access to hot tub, fire pit & fire place

This studio condo features accommodations for four. Studio condo with a king bed and a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. After a day on the mountain relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching cable TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, small fridge, built in microwave/oven (convection oven), small cook-top, and is fully equipped with whatever you might need to make dinner for an evening in. The spacious bathroom has a shower/tub combo and vanity. Brand new Smart TV just added so you can stream your own movies etc.

Perfectly situated within Founders Point, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex only 2 min walk to the Gondola, this property offers an amenity rich base experience. There is nothing better after a long day on the slope /trails than relaxing on the roof deck which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, and outdoor fireplace. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The gondola was a short walk across the street. Parking was very convenient and we appreciated the luggage carts and elevators in the building. Would rent again!

This condo was well stocked and at a great location for getting to ski lifts and restaurants. (Note construction throughout week in description if that plays a factor for you) The owner was quick to reply to messages. Would stay again!

Great place and location

This studio is spacious and a short walk to the gondola. We enjoyed our stay. A few minor things that we didn't like was the hassle it took getting in and out of the garage with the QR code scanner, and the long list codes to get in and out of our rental as well as the hot tub.

A great place for a romantic getaway

I really enjoyed how we were right in winter park village, and we had everything necessary to cook, and plenty of towels. Also, the view is amazing!!

Always enjoy Founders Pointe for the proximity to the ski resort. Room was clean, easy to check in, bed was on softer side but comfortable. Would stay again!
