Ocean views from every window and just a few steps until your toes are in the sand. Chose from 3 decks to enjoy coffee or cocktails with a large kitchen and open main living space. Open the windows to enjoy the breeze and hear the ocean on this quiet street with no public parking. We are walking distance to great restaurants and shops and you can catch the sunset on the bay just 2 blocks away. Not only are you on the beach, with all the views but the house is full of amenities to include a full grill, extra refrigerator and freezer, beach chairs, tags and boogie boards. If you want to go to the outlets or experience the night life of the casinos or attend events at the Convention Center, you are less than a 10 minute drive or Uber ride.

After spending a few years on the south end of Brigantine, we were thrilled to be back in this area. The walk to the beach was easy and the home had everything we needed. Second fabulous year at this property

Really beautiful townhome in quiet area of brigantine. very short walk to beach. Owner Susan is caring and responsive. Our second year here with family from Texas and California. Enjoyed sunsets from the choice of balconies! Can’t wait to come back next summer!

Beautiful Home with a Great Location

The home has everything you could possibly want or need in a vacation home and is so close to the beach you can hear the waves from the incredible balconies. The property owner was very prompt with answers to my questions. We will definitely return for our future visits to Brigantine!

Memorial Day Weekend

Such a nice place! Super clean, right on the beach and we were greeted with amazing cookies and a sweet note from the owner. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic home away from home

This was an amazing property. There were 8 of us (3 couples and 2 19 year olds) and we each had our own space with plenty of common area. Perfect location to restaurants and the beach! Susan made us feel right at home with a personalized note and cookies from a local bakery when we arrived.

Love this house!

What an amazing trip our family had. The house is clean and beautiful. It has amazing views of the ocean. The host is sweet and thoughtful. She provided cookies and balloons for my moms 70th! Hoping to make this a yearly trip!

Wonderful townhouse, wonderful vacation!

This lovely, 5 star townhome is steps from the beach and close to golf course. A win win for us! Spacious home with large kitchen /great room for family meals or “hanging out”! Wonderful views from the balconies. Host Susan was very accessible and responsive. Loved the baked goods and very kind note as a welcome gift! We did “make memories!”

Beach Gettaway

We are a family of 5. The beach condo is steps away from the beach. The host had cookies from a local bakery and a wonderful note upon arrival. The house was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. They had bikes, beach chairs, beach totes, and many other things available to use during our stay. The location was perfect and we were able to either bike or walk to many restaurants and stores. If your looking for a clean, fully equipped, super close to the beach condo, then this is the place for you:)

Special Touches

The townhouse was a perfect location right at the beach with great views and nicely decorated. Very clean and well maintained. But that was not the best part of our stay as our daughter got married that day on the beach and Susan & Mike went out of their way and provided so many special touches such as champagne, & glasses, snacks, ballons and a sweet note! It is obvious that they sincerely care about who stay at their unit and created a "five star" experience! Thank you!

Beach Vacation

1) We enjoyed the house with well equipped and conveniently arranged furniture. 2) the location was excellent and has very easy access to the beach 3) The owner was very prompt in responding to questions and resolving any issue. 4) There needs to be more complete instruction on using the front door lock to enter the house ( need to wait after pressing the check mark on the door lock before opening the door). 5) The hand held shower head in the upper most shower room was out of order. 6) We were unable to start the washing machine for the hand towels. It would be helpful if the instruction is posted near the machine. Thank you very much. We enjoyed our vacation.

We will get some more specific instructions posted near the washer and dryer and will figure out the issue with the shower. While the hand held mechanics were a problem the actual shower was otherwise functional during your stay. We are also working on a video for the use of the front door. Amazing property, lots of room, steps from the beach

So much room and literally steps from the beach. Ocean views from the balconies and the beach access is just outside the door. Plenty of room for our party of 8 adults, we put the 4 young adults (aged 17-20) on the top floor master suite because of the loft with the futon. Use of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach tags was a great perk, as well as the propane grill. The area is beautiful and while only 15 minutes from Atlantic City it has a small town feel. It is an easy ride in to Atlantic City if you want to go to the casinos or shopping at the outlets. Very well stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer is always a nice feature. Pictures do not do it justice. There is a bedroom and full bathroom on the 1st floor, 2nd floor is the kitchen/dining room, living room (with a balcony with beach views) and half bath, 3rd floor is a bedroom with a full bathroom (views out the window of the ocean are great) and the top floor is the master suite (huge closet) and loft with a futon and another full bathroom (2 balconies on this floor). All of the beds, including the pull out couch were very comfortable and anything we could have needed kitchen utensil wise was in the cupboards. Communication from the hosts was great, any questions I had before arriving were answered quickly and they were very accommodating. The kids are already asking when we can go again.

Great property - perfect location

This condo offered much more than we expected. We were welcomed with a plate of delicious cookies from a local bakery. Upon entry, the condo was neat and clean. We asked if we could park at the condo and spend the afternoon on the beach, which Susan accommodated. There is 2 additional parking spots at the end of the condo, which was so nice since we had 2 cars. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 4-year-old and an almost 1-year-old. Susan suggested we bring baby gates since the condo is multi-level with the kitchen, dining area and living room are on the 2nd level. This worked perfectly to keep the 1-year-old off the steps and safe. This home is literally steps from the beach, which made it so convenient to run back to use the bathroom or when the little one needed a nap. The use of the beach tags, beach chairs and beach wagon were so convenient. Once we entered the house at 4 p.m., my 4-year-old grandson didn’t want to go back down to the beach - he just wanted to stay at the house. He LOVED having the space in the loft to himself. The master suite had a large closet that we tucked the pack-n-play in, so our nosey 1-year-old would sleep without distraction. (We accidentally took home the pack-n-play. Susan was very understanding and promptly provided an address we could ship it back to.) The owners are very generous. The home had toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. You can tell the owners are sharing their “home” with you, which makes you want to leave it just the way you found it. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s, and I would have to say this one was the best we’ve visited. Thanks for sharing your slice of Heaven with us, Susan!

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful home and great location...steps from the beach! The owner was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and genuinely seemed to care about our stay. Home had everything we needed and more! Very clean and had plenty of space for our 3 generations (teen daughters, mom and grandmom). Excellent rental!
