We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Coast Gardens. BEAUTIFUL ocean view from the balcony!! The kitchen was well stocked, and the unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway to the Beach

The property was clean, well decorated, ocean front, beautiful view, large pools and baby pools and easy to get in and out of.

Loved the direct access to the beach, the balcony to experience the ocean all day, We also loved: the clean unit, how nice it was decorated, beach chairs etc, and close proximity to stores & restaurants.

Sparkling Clean and Exceptional Communication

This place is in excellent condition. No surprises here except that every detail outlined in the description and instructions was spot on! Excellent communication before, during, and after our 4th of July week stay! It was the BEST location to view fireworks on the beach from the balcony! Will stay here again!

Very nice condo

Our family really enjoyed this very nice condo conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Tastefully decorated, well stocked, and even had beach toys for the kids. The kids also loved the pools. We had a great time! We would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion we have is the showers need grab bars for safety.

Perfect R & R

This property was lovely. Stayed at Sea Coast before. Property is well maintained. Pools are great and beach access is perfect. This unit was decorated so nicely. Kitchen well stocked with useful utensils and quality pots & pans. Very comfortable. We will be back !

Beautiful Condo

Everything inside was perfect. Construction outside which we were aware of. Our only complaint is the temporary stairs to the beach were difficult for my husband and I, both in our 70’s. I’m sure there are plans to update. The condo is great, view is awesome, and 4th of July fireworks were a big bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

While we have been to New Smyrna many times, this was our first stay at Sea Coast Gardens 3. The condo was exactly as pictured. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, and a few beach toys available to use. All needed parking passes and pool bands were in our condo when we arrived making it possible to begin our vacation the minute we arrived. Plenty of towels and kitchenware. Communication was timely and held all the information we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean & beautiful... perfect for a quiet getaway

This condo is super clean, decorated very nice, bed was comfortable with really nice pillows. It has every amenity you need for a beach stay. The balcony is perfect for watching the beautiful sunrise and the waves below. It's on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator but only used that for moving in and out. Multiple pools and shuffleboard on premise. Parking spot was close. There was an issue with the digital lock on arrival, but the property management team quickly helped resolve it and were very prompt in all communication. I would definitely book this again.

Internet worked very sporadically. When we called about the problem we were asked to meet the technician between specific hours the next day. Who wants to wait for the cable guy on vacation? Also, skimpy on supplies. 4 small rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. Zero tissue boxes. Toiletries not provided. These small items add expense to our stay.

I was not made aware of the construction on the beach until 3 days before I arrived. The email stated I would be able to access by the condominiums next door. Not true!!! The condo was ocean from but no beach. We were informed by other owners, the owners knew this construction was scheduled. We were scammed! We had to travel down the beach and pay for parking. Not the vacation we were expecting.The condo was well supplied but the rugs were filthy.

Couch, pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Needs updating. Poofs to sit or put your feet on were ripped and foam balls were going everywhere. There was construction going on at the property that we were not aware of.

We also will address the poofs with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We would also like to mention that when you booked your condo, there was a construction notice on the listing: "This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project."
