Our stay was simply perfect! The home is beautiful, and the location and neighborhood were perfect. It’s conveniently located close to all the shops and everything we wanted to enjoy during our stay.The dock was a huge bonus and worked perfectly for our boat. The host was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We absolutely loved our experience and would highly recommend this home! We can’t wait to come back!

Family Getaway

This was a great sized house for our family of 16. Location was very convenient for the ocean and bay. Beautiful view from the balconies and great views of Sunday night fireworks. Our family loved it!

Great stay on the bay

Just had our second stay at this beautiful house. The view alone on the bay made it worth it, but everything else about the house is great. It’s huge and very well provisioned. Enjoy!

More beautiful than the pictues. One of the very few large OBX style houses for rent in OC. We brought the family for my wife's 60th and we were not cramped at all.

Excellent Vacation Property

The home was absolutely amazing! Beautiful, immaculate, well appointed and as advertised. The host was very receptive and gracious. A wonderful time was had by all. Highly recommend!

Fantastic vacation

The house was beyond super, everything promised was delivered and our entire family had a great time. Views from rear decks amazing. House beautifully furnished. 2 refrigerators and icemaker, 2 washers/dryers super convenient. Community pool, short walk from house, was clean and inviting.

Summer vacation in Ocean City Md 2023

We had a great time in our VRBO rental. Easy access to the beach and immediate view of the bay was great. We did take out plus cook inside and all worked well. We are very happy. My grand children all had favorite moments and my son in law said it was the nicest place he had ever been to for a vacation.

Wonderful family vacation

The property was exactly what our large family needed. Plenty of space to spread out. The decks on the bay were wonderful and we enjoyed using our kayaks and paddle boards off the docks. The kitchen was really well equipped and we are a family who likes to cook! Convenient to shopping, beach and entertainment but with everything the house offered, we didn’t even have to leave. Thank you!

It was a great week. The house is beautiful and as we only had 9 staying, couples had a room and so did each grandchild. The weather wasn't great the last two days so the pool table was the site of a tournament and thoroughly enjoyed. We all enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. We tend to eat dinners out so enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by. We have travelled to OC many times over the years and this house was definitely at the top of the list.The fireworks Sunday night were such a bonus.

Awesome vacation!

Three generations of our family stayed for a week and had a fabulous time. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the dock in back. We rented two kayaks for the week, tied them to the dock and enjoyed many outings. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. The living area is huge - room for all to eat, play games, do puzzles, knit, chat, nap, and relax! The kitchen is large and well equipped. Bob, the manager, was responsive and helped us out with our only question. (How do we lower the ladder on the dock to get down to our kayak - actually with his help quite easy! I can't say enough things about this wonderful house and our wonderful week!

We gathered for a family reunion.

The house was great. There are a few things to keep in mind if renting this property. There were not enough towels for bathrooms and kitchen. Towels and bathroom rugs were damp when we arrived. I was told that housekeeping probably ran out of time. We didn’t have toilet paper to get us started, as many of us had traveled long distances and it would have been nice not to have to run out right away. The refrigerator had a hard time keeping up with our group. Things didn’t stay frozen during the day and ice maker made very little ice. Overall the house was perfect for our family reunion.

Per our listing details we do not provide paper products including toilet tissue or paper towels. We provide 17 towels, hand towels, and wash cloths which is equal to the occupant limit. We provide 2 kitchen hand towels. The GE refrigerator is brand new and makes the same amount of ice as any other residential refrigerator. Large gatherings should plan to bring ice.

Beautiful house in a great location!

Family vacation with 15 family members. The house was as advertised (mostly, see below) and the location is perfect. The ability to use the community pool was a big hit with the kiddos. Overall experience was wonderful and we may stay here again next year. The only opportunites were: 1. the beds were full, not queen as advertised. 2. the beds are VERY firm, so plan accordingly. 3. the internet/cable failed on multiple occassions across multiple days. 4. The front door was hard to open/close, impossible for small kids to use and must be addressed/repaired. The property manager was great and quickly responded to our texts. He attempted to immediately address our minor issues. Again, overall a GREAT experience and we would recommend this location to family and friends.

My reply to a couple of your items for clarification as follows: - The beds are all Queen, 1 King, and 1 twin as advertised. We do not have any Full beds in the house. - The beds all have brand new Firm mattresses - Xfinity customer service did acknowledge there was an intermittent area outage and the issue has been resolved.

This property and home checked all of the boxes for us. Fortunately, this was the first time we ever rented a Bayside home. And with the week of abundance of jellyfish in the ocean, we were so lucky to have the gorgeous pier to fish and crab off of. Getting our rented pontoon next to the dock was seamless and we enjoyed 10 hours of our pontoon one day. The house was spotless, spacious, and had a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Our views all day long were spectacular overlooking the bay. Our five young grandchildren experienced a lovely, fun week in this beautiful home. Fortunately,my sister lives 2 miles away and had kayaks and paddle boards and all of the fishing equipment neededthat they brought over for us for the week. Not to mention spending family time and cousin time with them was a bonus. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. We had 7 adults and 5 children. Everyone had their own bed and bedroom, which was very beneficial for us. The pool nearby was also an added bonus, and this is set in a lovely north Ocean City community.

We rented this spot for a family vacation to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The layout and bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The 1st level bedrooms had multiple beds, which were perfect for the kids in the group; the main (2nd level) had a bedroom that worked well for my in-laws, and all the couples had their own bedrooms on the 3rd floor. We were able to dock both our boats at the house and rented kayaks and paddleboards from EcoBay Kayaking Adventures. I highly recommend them also, if you're looking to rent kayaks. They delivered everything to the house and picked it up a few days later.Most of the family enjoyed the decks and the view so much that we only went to the beach a day or two during the whole week. For those who did go to the beach, it was a short drive to the 120th Street access, which is handicap accessible. The house had all the amenities we needed. I read a couple of reviews that mentioned limited towels and no starter toilet paper upon arrival, but each bathroom had 4 sets of towels and starter toilet paper (we supplied our own for the rest of the week), and there were plenty of kitchen towels. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, cups, and silverware for a large group, as well as pots, pans, serving dishes, baking sheets, etc. The owner was also very responsive to my questions. I did ask that he turn off the door alarms since we had so many people going in and out all day; the chime got a little annoying. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Everything we could ask for and more

Property was clean, well-maintained with high end finishes. Plenty of room for our party consisting of 2 families. Private pier was great for our kayak rentals. Best location.... convenient to everything with beautiful views of the bay. Rob was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful resort. The facility is absolutely excellent. Kitchen is well stocked with whatever your needs are. We’d love to have the opportunity to come stay here once again in the future.

wonderful house

The house is new and just as described. It's well-equipped, very spacious, and the space works well. One of our favorite things was sitting on one of the decks and gazing at the bay and the spectacular sunsets.. There were 16 of us from grandmother to an 8 year old. We didn't feel crowded. It's a bit of a walk to the beach if you are carrying beach stuff. If not, it's about a 20 minute easy walk through a very pretty neighborhood. Usually, one of us drove some of the others and the beach equipment to the beach, and then drove back to the house, and walked back. Because of the lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the calming bay, you don't feel like you're in busy Ocean City.
