Spanning 4,000 square feet, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home boasts an expansive pergola-covered and roof-covered outdoor terrace. Highlights include a custom-built 12-person dining table, a striking art piece crafted from gorgeous local teak wood. The terrace also features four lounge chairs, two hammocks, a comfortable sofa, and a swing bench, making sunbathing and relaxation a truly sumptuous experience at Casa Mono Montaña.
The outdoor dining area, equipped with a teak table and grill, is seamlessly connected to the indoor kitchen through double doors, enabling easy indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. A 20’ x 13’ pool, 5 feet deep, sits prominently on the terrace, offering a perfect spot to cool off and enjoy the stunning scenery. From this elevated perch, you can watch the boats return to the marina as the sun sets.
The first floor also includes a roof-covered outdoor terrace with a 6-person jacuzzi and a teak dining table. With a separate private entrance, this level is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking additional privacy while enjoying communal spaces upstairs.

Kindly note: In the event that any beach or pool towels, or rain umbrellas are lost or not returned upon check-out, a replacement fee of $20.00 USD per item will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Guests are of course welcome to use the kitchen during their stay. However, to protect the property and uphold our quality and safety standards, only chefs employed by our company are authorized to work in the kitchen. Outside chefs or catering staff are not permitted to use the facilities.
