This family holiday home with private heated pool in the Alpilles, has an area of 95m². It consists of:
First floor fully air-conditioned:
Kitchen (10m²) open to the living room, equipped (filter coffee maker, kettle, manual juicer, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, fridge-fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster and soda stream). The kitchen has a large worktop for cooking and having breakfast on stools.
Warm air-conditioned living room (45m²) with dining area consisting of a dining table and seats for 6 people, a lounge area with a large corner sofa with HD TV, Hifi and fiber Internet access, wifi, DVD.
The first floor opens onto a small garden level with a relaxation area, armchairs garden furniture in a nature spirit.
1st FLOOR fully air-conditioned:
- A bedroom (12m²) with a double bed 160 with TV and a dressing room.
- A bedroom (10m²) with a small desk and chair, a TV and a double bed 140 giving direct access to a small terrace with a view of the glass wall of the infinity pool.
- A bedroom (11m²) with two 90 single beds and a TV (access is via the 2nd bedroom).
A bathroom (5m²) with 2 sinks and bathtub.

This family house in the Alpilles offers for your exclusive and private use an enclosed garden, of about 300m2, planted with local vegetation accessible by steps.
The garden includes:
- A splendid private infinity pool with glass wall opening onto the magnificent view of the village of Aureille and the Alpilles (7x4m, depth of 1.40m, in service from April to October, secured by protective barriers and accessible by steps).
The pool is treated with salt and can be heated on request.
- A pool house with a 6-seat dining area, a relaxation area with large corner garden furniture, a large barbecue built of red stones extracted directly from the ground, a summer kitchen (Plancha, fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, 2-burner hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle)
- Spacious roof terrace garden with 6 deckchairs at your disposal to relax while contemplating the view.

This holiday home is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Aureille.
In Aureille, you will find a bakery, a butcher's shop (very famous), the post office, a newsagent, a 1st choice grocery store sheltered by an old chapel, a vegetable garden, 2 restaurants and 1 café.
The nearest supermarket and pharmacy are in Eyguières (about 7km away).
To start the day off right and stay in shape, you will also find for your well-being, a sports and health area accessible to the public composed of various weight training machines at your disposal right next to the Aureille stadium opposite the Grand Terre room.
