Sip a cool beverage and enjoy a spectacular waterfront view or overlook the pool and hot tub from this second floor unit---Summerspell 202!.
Summerspell is a quaint complex of 30 condos located on Scenic Highway 98 in Destin. You will be within a short walk or an easy drive of some of the area's finest restaurants, golf, unique shops, the region's largest outlet mall, fishing, and much, much more!! In Destin location is everything and Summerspell is an ideal vacation address.

Our condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit offering a king size bed, two crew bunks, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The condo was recently redecorated with personal touches to make it feel like home to our guests, making it a popular choiceamongst other rental units. Just recently a new walk-in shower was added, replacing the original tub/shower combination, another feature making Summerspell 202 unique by comparison. Come and explore Destin and relax overlooking the beauty of the Gulf and have a great time!!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

PRIME location, beach access across the street, comfortable fit for my family if 4. Front door to unlock is tricky, we were successful on getting inside but not really sure how we did it. Recommend bringing a griddle or additional pans to cook with, if cooking for more than 2 people. Not a complaint just a suggestion.

Excellent condo

The condo is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Excellent location and views of the Gulf. 2 years in a row we've stayed here and we wont be staying anywhere else. The Wilsons are the best owners in Destin.

First time in Destin!

This was our first time in Destin and it was beautiful! Beaches were great the condo was close by to a lot of great restaurants, shops, a bike path and the beach itself. We enjoyed our time here and our family stayed in separate condos close by so it was great walking distance to meet up with them for beach time. Thanks for being great hosts and opening up your home to us!

Could not ask for a better location and a great view off the balcony. We were able to walk to some of our favorite places to eat. Also like being able to walk the path by the beach each morning.

The property was clean and we'll maintained. We were overly impressed with the little amenities we didn't realize we would need. Friends staying in same complex didn't have things like a dust pan to pick up all the sand. Or a toaster! The view was gorgeous. Mike was amazing to communicate with. He answered all our questions and made the entire experience seamless!

Labor day week in Destin

This is a nice property located conveniently across the street from beautiful Mirimar Beach. The 2nd floor balcony offered great views of the beach. The property owner Mike was very helpful and great to work with. I'd recommend staying here.

Fabulous condo!

We loved our stay! The location could not have been better as far as the view and proximity to the beach (right across the street)! The property was clean and the communication and flexibility with the owners was wonderful. We were able to check in a little early which was awesome and we would certainly stay here again. :)

We had a great time at Summerspell 202 and really loved the Scenic 98 area. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were also happy to find most beach essentials were there for our use as well. The only problem we had is that the week went too fast.

The View Is Amazing!

The view from the patio is amazing! We did not want to leave! The condo itself could use a good deep clean but over all for the price and location we are happy with our purchase and will be back to Mirimar asap!

Best Location with Everything you need!

Summerspell was a wonderful place to stay! None of us wanted to leave because we felt at home our whole stay! There is plenty of space with all the kitchen and beach necessities available. The best part is the view and VERY short walk to the beach. The pool was heated and so much fun for the whole family! If you are planning a trip to Destin this is the place to stay! We will definitely be returning the next time we visit! Mike and Ruthie are fantastic to work with and responded quickly to all ?s.

This condo is on the second floor which gives you a great view of the Gulf and setting sun in the afternoon. Across the road is public beach with restrooms and a lifeguard. Also, Pompano Joes is about a block from the condo. There are also restaurants close by some within walking distance. There is a pool, hot tub and parking. All in all we had a great time.

Mike was awesome to work with couldnā€™t ask for better customer service. The location was awesome you are literally right across the street from the beach in this second-floor unit. My only recommendation is that the cleaning service needs to do a better job.

Summerspell never disappoints!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Summerspell 202. The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything worked the way it should. This was the perfect space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The view was great and the condo is in a perfect location! The condo is well stocked with not only items you need to live for the week but with all the things you need for the beach as well including chairs and an umbrella. No need to pack beach or pool toys because 202 has those too! Highly recommend!

Amazing View!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful condo! The complex is small and well kept with easy parking at the door. We loved the location along scenic 98 - convenient to everything and the walking paths were excellent. The pool area was nice with plenty of furniture. The condo was very clean and we appreciated all of the hooks to hang clothes. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were beach chairs, umbrella, etc available for use. The owners were very responsive to our questions and easy to work with. The best part - the amazing view of the crystal clear water from the balcony! Thanks for sharing your home; we can't wait to return!

Summerspell 202 is owned by Ruthie and Mike Wilson for the past 21 years. We live in the Northern Kentucky area near Cincinnati, Ohio. We continually update the condo and in recent years added a new king size bed, dresser, recliner, sofa, flat screen TV and vinyl plank flooring in the bedroom. Most recently we added and outdoor grill on the balcony so you can enjoy the Gulf view while preparing lunch or dinner! It is our goal to give our guests and excellent value and a environment that they will enjoy.
