You could even throw in a frozen cocktail, lunch or dinner, and/or listen to live music beachside. Great thing is that at Summerspell 310, you are within easy walking distance to a number of gift shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and beach bars, including the popular Pompano Joe's. And in the evening, if seeking a more intimate or elegant environment for dinner, you have the luxury of choosing from several nearby 4 and 5-star restaurants.

Additionally, ample choices for shopping or even a movie are available at the nearby venues of Silver Sands Factory Outlet Stores, Sandestin / Grand Boulevard, and Destin Commons; and it's only a short drive away to visit to the infamous South Walton Seaside Community and Grayton Beach for more sightseeing and shopping.

Perfect vacation

This condo is perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed and a few things we didnā€™t know we needed. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were all very comfortable. Wonderful location, easy access to the beach, shops and food near by. Our only complaint was that the main bedroom is very bright in the mornings making it hard to sleep in. Thank you Buddy & Sheryl for sharing this little piece of heaven with us.

This unit was beyond accommodating! We had everything we needed. Had some things we didnā€™t even realize weā€™d need! This place was clean and had an amazing view! Every morning I would sit out and have my coffee & see dolphins playing. (Binoculars were an added bonus.) The owners are amazing as well. We had an amazing time & hope to come back soon!

Everything you need for a beautiful vacation right here.

This condo was clean, beautiful and relaxing. Everything possible was provided, and the location and views were ideal ā€“ great restaurants within walking distance and water sports across the street, and you really can see the dolphins from the balcony! We also made great meals using the kitchen and two charcoal grills near the pool area, enjoyed using the bikes and the beach umbrella, and made great use of the pool and hot tub. Great beach location

We really enjoyed our 4 week stay in Destin ! Although there were a few issues after we arrived, our fabulous hosts made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner. These issues were beyond their control, and they went above and beyond to make it right . The condo was in a great location : steps from the gorgeous beach, and very close to shops, restaurants, & golf . Itā€™s a very busy area , but wasnā€™t particularly noisy at night . The unit was well appointed with everything we needed . Wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend - definitely 5 star !

Hassle free experience. The beach is so close and easy to access. The condo had everything my two boys and I needed to be comfortable during our stay. I had to ask Sheryl and Buddy to have the shower drain serviced because it was draining so slow. It was fixed the next day! Awesome experience!!
