If nature and wildlife is for you just step outside, and you can bask in the beauty of nature. Perfect for families or just a group of friends this is the perfect unspoiled vacation. Horseback riding, Sport Fishing, ATV, river rafting, canopy tours and even zip line tours are all within a short drive.

If shopping, spas and dining out is for you, there is plenty of that too! Photographers will love the beautiful views, plants, birds and animals.

Relax and unplug in your exclusive 5 bedroom 4.5 bath 6,000 sq. ft. Rain Forest retreat, built on 30 acres with beautiful 360 degree views of the ocean and mountains. This is a nature lovers paradise with all the amenities, there is even nature trails into the Rain forest on the property.

We have an Olympic size pool, ping pong, golf driving range, gym and many more amenities right on our property. Here you can escape your everyday life and unwind on our beautiful deck with a full outdoor kitchen with barbeque.

We have 4 master suites and 1 twin room:
First master suite has a Jacuzzi tub, king bed, bathroom and french doors that open to the patio area.

Second suite has a king bed, bathroom and french doors that open to the pool area.

Third suite has a King bed, bathroom and second area with a trundle bed for children to sleep.

Fourth suite has a king bed with french doors that open to the patio, bathroom. From the inside it’s accessed through the fifth room. A curtain separates the fourth and fifth bedroom.

Fifth bedroom has 2 twin beds, 1/2 bath.

Beautiful, private getaway!

We had the best time at this beautiful property! The views were amazing and the private atmosphere was very relaxing! The property manager was beyond gracious and flexible in helping us make this anniversary trip a trip of a life time!

Beautiful and Safe

My family loved Toucan Garden Villas! It fit our family needs and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the amount of activities to participate in right on the property. Jose went out of his way to address a problem with the electricity that came up. You can't go wrong renting this property for your next vacation!

Perfect family house

It was the perfect house for our family trip. Very helpful staff, beautiful house, nice views. Chef we booked twice cooked fantastic. But I advice to rent a 4WD to get there.

Gorgeous home and property

This is a gorgeous home and surrounding property and is large enough for a large extended family to enjoy together. There are plenty of activities right on the property to enjoy if you prefer not to leave. The house manager, Jose, and property owner, Teri, were helpful and wonderful. I hope to return to this lovely home again someday!

Beautiful Property, Welcoming Home!

We had a truly wonderful time - the pictures don't do the property and experience justice! Our party of 11 (kids outnumber adults) had plenty of room to spread out, and made great use of the oversized pool. The sunsets on the patio were amazing. Jose was so helpful in booking several excursions, and we had a wonderful meal prepared by Chef Pepe. The house interior was also spacious, and the beds were so very comfortable. This is one of the most stunning properties we have stayed in, and we hope to make it back one day!

Paradise in the hills.

We were a large family group of 12. There was lots of room. The grounds are very well maintained and we saw Toucans every day and some monkeys. We cooked most of our meals and we had everything we needed. The property manager is excellent as we read in reviews. He helped us book tours and a large van for the week. Thank You Jose for all you did. The location is outside of town and is very quiet and private but it is easy to leave from there for many excursions. Or just stay at the house and lay back looking out over an incredible view and swim in the amazing pool.

Paradise

This home is amazing. A huge piece of property with a resort style pool and breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets. We felt like we were in our own private resort. All 4 couples had their own master suite with bathroom. Jose the house manager is amazing. He fulfilled all types of requests, from bringing in our private chef Pepe, to orchestrating private guided tours of Manuel Antonio National Park and horseback riding to a waterfall to getting us hooked up with the right fishing guide. We caught 2 dolphin, 4 sailfish and 6 tuna, including a 140lb. (Blue Fin) Tuna! From eating sushi on the boat to sipping cocktails in the pool, this was a 10 out of 10 vacation.

Amazing Villa

This place is massive and amazing. We enjoyed the check in process appreciated the seclusion and nature surrounding the property. Inside the 4 bedrooms are split to corners of the house all with large comfortable beds completely private space. 2 of the bedrooms have another bed area for extra sleeping / curtain for privacy. Kitchen was well stocked everything very comfortable. Outside was another level. Pool was largest house pool I’ve ever seen. Maybe 50x25 feet!!! Pool table area, ping pong, weights for working out and 2 massive outdoor kitchens one with a full bar seating for 8 and a huge outdoor TV. The sunset from this property was simply amazing. Choco the friendly property dog was so well behaved sat like a guard dog watching over us and never intrusive. The only thing to note on this house is it’s a bit far from quepos/town (dirt roads 5km) but for us this added to the privacy and seclusion. We will hopefully be back and next time we will bring more people. This place is perfect for 8-12 people. Pura Vida To Juan & Jose Thank You!!!!

Great house and manager, deceitful listing

Three couples and 4 preteen and teenagers stayed for a week. The house was reasonably stocked (could have more plates/glasses to accommodate 10-12 guests) and beds comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 families but you should know that only 2 of the bedrooms had full floor to ceiling walls. The property Manager was very responsive and attentive. Pepe made us 2 excellent meals. While in a beautiful setting, the location of the house is grossly misrepresented and no where near the pin provided. In fact, the house is not even located on the same map as the pin. The times provided are based on the incorrect pin which is 30 minutes from the actual house location. There are NO restaurants or stores that are walking distance. Quepos is 30 minutes minimum. Manuel Antonio, 45 minutes. The upsetting thing is that the location is intentionally deceptive. I brought the inaccurate location to the Host’s attention after paying the non refundable fees and she still hasn’t changed the location. Do yourself a favor an search the name of the house on Gmaps or earth to see the true location of the house. It is 10 minutes over the bridge at Londres. Nothing is walking distance. Note that the bridge is set to be repaired any day and that will add 30 minutes to your travel times to any destination north of MA park.

Spring Break Pura Vida!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing off-the-grid house just 20 minutes outside of Quepos, Costa Rica, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The house was located in the heart of the jungle, which provided us with the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the stresses of daily life and reconnect with nature. We enjoyed waking up each morning to the sound of the toucans and macaws and watching the monkeys swing through the trees. The house itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor patio and pool area, which provided us with the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The house manager, Jose, was incredibly helpful and was always available to answer any questions we had or recommend excursions, like fishing or zip lining, that we could do in the area. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing food cooked by Jose's son, Pepe. He was available to be the chef for any meals we wanted cooked at the house or even a BBQ on the beach. We loved trying the local cuisine and appreciated Pepe's attention to detail and commitment to using fresh, local ingredients. Overall, we cannot recommend this house enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, off-the-grid escape in Costa Rica. The stunning beauty of the property, coupled with the attentive service provided by Jose and Pepe, made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you to the owners for providing such an amazing experience!

No heart

During are layover on our way to our families vacation that my kids of 19, 17 and 15 husband and I was looking forward to,we got a tragedy call that my nephew had been shot and then to find out he didn’t make it. He died on our layover. His dad lives with me & my family. We were devastated and in shock. Airport quickly refunded our money and the other house in Costa Rica agreed real quickly and full of remorse for us said we can come anytime in the future and not charge us again. I had asked the host of this property and with no sympathy wouldn’t even discuss things with me and just refunded way to small of a amount which does not put a dent in our total we have spent. No we did not get the insurance on this trip ( who can afford it on top of trying to give there kids a once in a life time experience and vacation. You want to think this would never happen to you..VRBO did not have any sympathy either. SAD!! I hope this don’t happen to anyone ever. Just couldn’t say nothing. This property does not deserve 5 starts .

Propriété de rêve

Notre séjour dans cette maison a été formidable. La communication a été facile et nous étions attendus pour l'arrivée pour une visite et une explication des lieux. La maison est superbe, bien aménagée et spacieuse. Nous étions un groupe de 11 avec des enfants et nous avions amplement de place. La vue est magnifique dans les montagnes, la végétation est luxuriante. Tout est bien entretenu. Si nous revenons au Costa Rica, c'est certain que nous allons louer cette maison.

Perfect getaway

This home is perfect. Very well stocked. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was amazing. We loved the new outdoor kitchen area with pool table. José was amazing always available to answer questions and help us make plans while there. He is a great resource. We hired a private chef while there. Chef Pepe made dinners and brunch in our outdoor kitchen. Choco the property dog was even a welcomed addition to our vacation. Hes the property guard dog and we elected to have him roam free while we were there. Waking up to toucans in the trees and having coffee on the deck with such a amazing view. The water was filtered so no one had tummy issues. It is out of town a little ways but we'll worth it.

wonderful family vacation

Five stars all around for the Toucan Garden Villa! The house inside and out is gorgeous. We were a group of eight, and all of us were able to have our own space if needed, but come together in the spacious living room or on the beautiful patio to swim, play pool, ping pong or enjoy the beautiful view. Jose, the house manager was super responsive to our questions before we arrived and after, and helped us book a few tours over the week. All his recommendations were great. If the beautiful setting of the house is not enough, the dining experience with Chef Pepe and Ana took our trip to the next level. We cannot recommend them enough. All the meals they prepared were top notch and Ana’s cakes were equally beautiful as they were delicious. The beach day they took us on is a must. Just wear your bathing suit, bring your towel and some drinks, they take care of the food, chairs and toys. To make it even better Chef Pepe and Ana are some of the nicest people you will meet! Last, but not least, I need to mention Choco! Choco, the property dog is the friendliest, sweetest “watch” dog! We loved having him hanging around and he was a great addition to the stay. All around we had an awesome experience at the Toucan Garden Villa and would highly recommend!

Secluded beautiful property

The home and pool were better than the photos. All of the four bedrooms had comfortable king sized beds with one bedroom having extra twin beds as a family room. The rooms each had a private bathroom attached and they were all equally pleasant and beautiful. When we arrived, there were workers building a new pavilion next to the house and we were told they would be here working for the duration of our stay. This did not work for us as the noise and lack of privacy interrupted our stay and need for peace and quiet. That was quickly resolved and attended to by our host, which we are very grateful for. There is a pool table and ping pong table as well as some workout equipment available and a lovely outdoor dining and lounging area. The property abounds with birds (a primary reason we chose this area) and we were able to walk around the property daily. The pool was large and clean. Some kitchen pots/pans/utensils were outdated and not entirely clean. The stove did not work upon arrival, but Jose, house manager, came right up to fix it, as he did with a noisy toilet. Choco, the resident dog is beautiful and loves being around people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Part of the road system from Quepos to Londres is not paved but we had no problem navigating in a SUV. We hope to return soon! Thanks!

Lovely property!

Amazing rental, beautiful property, the pool/grill area was a smash hit. The only issues were a minor ant problem and the wifi doesn't work but hey, you're on vacation in Costa Rica, what do you need the internet for ??? Jose was an amazing guy, he really helped us feel welcome, comfortable, and prepared! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Loved loved loved it!!! Our favorite!

My husband and I travel to 3-6 places a year and this has been our favorite! We’ve been to Hawaii, Greece, Italy, Germany, Alaska, all over the United Stares and Caribbean. We have been to Costa Rica 3 times. There has never been a house we loved more than this one! It’s an absolutely beautiful location! There is a dirt road to get to it but after a few days you get use to it. It’s worth it! The house is immaculate and the kitchen has every gadget that you could desire! When you step in to the house the view of the pool overlooking the valley is stunning. We decided immediately at that moment to go to the store to get food and cook on the outdoor grill. It was a perfect spot. The pool is huge and a great place to cool off every afternoon. The outdoor covered patio had an 8 person dining table, 4 lounge chairs, a pool table, ping pong table, card table, horseshoes, and hammocks. The house manager, Joe, was so wonderful! Anything we needed he was just a phone call or text message away. We had an issue with our rental car on arrival day and he met us in town yo pick us up! He’s a really nice guy that made us feel like family. He walked us around the property and showed us the coconut trees, starfruit fruit, lemongrass, spices, and beautiful flowers. Joe recommended the best guide for Manual Antonio Park. His name was Leo. He was the original guide at the park and seemed like everyone there knew him. He sang to the birds and they sang back!!! Definitely hire him as your guide! We have been to that park in the past with other guides and they were not nearly as great as him. We could have easily spent days just at the house! We highly recommend you wake up early and hear and see the wildlife. Our favorite was seeing the toucans! We absolutely loved the house, the property, all the things to do, and the house manager.

Gorgeous home

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is gorgeous my adult children fell in love. The view from the pool is amazing and the house has so much room. The bedrooms are huge and so are the restrooms. The property and property manager wonderful. I cannot give it enough praise. I would definitely suggest a 4x4 as it is on the top of a dirt road.
