The Space:
PROPERTY 
This gorgeous property is under an acre and is located on a large bay just minutes from Port Carling. With sunset views and a gently sloped classic Muskoka landscape. With south-west exposure, a large lakeside porch and upper deck on the boathouse provide ample space to enjoy all day sun and stunning sunsets! The open concept cottage has 4200 square feet of living space plus the lower level features a recreation room with a billiards table and large format TV for movie nights! The cottage has 6 bedrooms plus an additional 2 bedrooms in the guest cabin.

The main cottage has 6 bedrooms and two entertaining areas plus a screened Muskoka porch. At the shoreline, there is a sand beach and a boathouse with upper sun deck. For guests there is a 2 bedroom guest cottage with its own kitchenette and bath!  The fabulous lakeside deck and Muskoka room allow plenty of room to entertain. On the main floor the Great room has a wonderful stone fireplace and a dining table that seats 10 comfortably. The updated kitchen has modern appliances and an eating counter for friends to gather round. The screened Muskoka room is the perfect spot for dinner on a lovely summer's eve. The large main floor master has a king bed plus a master ensuite. There are additional guest bedrooms on the main and lower level. On the lower level there is a family room with fireplace and large flat screen TV plus a billiard table. Three guest rooms, plus two full baths complete the lower level. There is also a guest bunkie with full kitchen and bath plus two bedrooms, perfect for visiting friends. Minutes from Port Carling's finest restaurants & boutiques with an idyllic child friendly shoreline that is shallow and sandy at the shore and has deeper waters for docking at the 2 slip dock. This is a wish list come true for a family get away!

Muskoka granite and jack pines grace the shoreline where you will find a beach with shallow water at the south-west shoreline with deep water off the end of the boathouse dock. Sun all day and glorious sunsets will make this the place to spend your sunny summer afternoons! Perfect for a family getaway! As part of the "Big Three" lakes, Lake Muskoka's Mirror Lake connects to Lake Muskoka, as well as Lake Rosseau and Lake Joseph through the Port Carling locks. Boat from the cottage into any of the Big Three lakes from this sheltered area of the lake. Enjoy the three lakes using the provided canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 sup boards and 1 Floating mat. 
Please note: there are multiple stairs down the the water this property is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Sleeping in the winter and fall is for best suited for 12 people maximum as the bunkie is not heated. Please note this property sleeps 18 but there are not 18 beds. The upper boathouse is not included. 


Speak with our cottage Concierge about additional fee for service add ons Catering, private chef services (proof of vaccination required), daily maid service, water taxis, yoga on the dock, boat rentals, trampoline and water lily rentals, grocery, wine and beer stocking and we can even arrange to have cocktails waiting upon your arrival. Whatever you need just ask! We want to make your time at the cottage as relaxing and fun filled as possible.

The Neighborhood:
Located just minutes from Port Carling, the hub of the Muskoka Lakes with it’s trendy shops and restaurants plus numerous ice cream shops, this family cottage is the perfect spot for your summer vacation! With its full westerly views of Lake Muskoka's Mirror Lake, you will enjoy all day sun plus glorious sunsets. On Thursdays there is a farmer’s market in town. Lots of room for kids to run and play and swim with a shallow sandy beach at the shore and deep water off the dock, young and old alike will love being outdoors! Cruise the big three lakes by boat, and explore the bays and inlets by kayak or paddle board. Enjoy walks, running, and cycling on the hilly cottage roads. End your perfect Muskoka day with a campfire by the lake!

Please note we will place a hold of $3,000 onto your credit card at check in versus damages and we will release this hold 7 days after check out assuming no damage is found at the post check out inspection.
