Featuring all-new Arctic white shaker cabinets with quartz counters, a large island with navy blue shaker cabinets and waterfall quartz counters, new backsplash, breakfast bar stools, kitchen recessed lighting with a dimmer switch, an island outlet with USB and C ports, and new artwork to enhance your visual experience.
🪄 2022: We've upgraded our villa with a brand-new look. Enjoy two completely remodeled master bathrooms, new memory foam mattresses in every room, fresh exterior paint, a refurbished Pac-Man game, new bar stools, a new BBQ, and additional theming to enhance your experience.
🔧 2021: We've also ensured your comfort with a new AC and pool heater, making your stay even more enjoyable.

Other things to note:
***POOL HEAT is included from: November-May. (heat is not needed for the pool in the summer)
***HOT TUB HEAT is included year round.

Arrive any time during your arrival day as Windsor Hills has a 24/7 gatehouse You can use the pool and other facilities during the day. However, access to the home is at 4:00 p.m. The home has a digital door lock with a unique code issued to you one week prior to your arrival.
Checkout is 10am.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and pool. They will also be able to share the community pool, water park, and other facilities.

Pool safety:

There is an alarm on the sliding doors going from the living room to the pool area. This will prevent children from entering the pool without a parent. The alarm does not contact the police or security. DO NOT tamper with the alarms. There is also a pool safety fence in place.

Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 100.00% (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Guests need to provide a valid photo ID (driver's license or passport) of each adult for the guard at the entrance to the Windsor Hills community.

Cancellation Policy:

-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in
-If guests cancel 30 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll receive 100% for all nights minus $150 cancellation charge to cover fees.
-If a guest cancels 14-29 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights minus $150 cancellation charge to cover fees.
-If the guest cancel less than 14 days before check-in, there are no refunds.
