The apartment is located in the historic heart of Bordeaux. Refurbished in the 18th century, it now has a unique architecture. The hypocentre offers a concentration on the whole life of Bordeaux. You can walk through charming cobbled streets with many terraces, restaurants, small artisans, and traders. Friendly and authentic district, it offers many opportunities to discover Bordeaux by foot with its prominent typical places: the Place de la Comedie, the Place de la Bourse to find its reflection in the enormous water mirror in the world or the Place du Parlement for dinners on the terrace on summer evenings.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Musée d'Aquitaine tramway station, is just a 2-minutes walk.

Bordeaux Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).%r%n%r%nThere is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
