Luxury and privacy meet at this Kihei Condo, located in the condo resort known as Maui Kamaole®, and just minutes away from the three sunny Kamaole beaches. Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas.

Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks, including a brand-new sofa bed, free high-speed WiFi, cable TV, DVD player, washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers a new table, spectacular views, and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

Great place in Kihei

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was clean upon arrival. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 babies). Location is good, within a short drive from different beaches and food options. Both pools in the complex are nice, the south one is a 2 min walk. Pool rules are a little too strict for kids to be honest, but we managed

Fantastic location!

Great Place

Great location. Very clean condo with everything we needed for an amazing stay. Bed was super comfy. The AC was ICE cold! Nice views from the lanai. Definitely would stay here again.

Pleasant stay at reasonable cost

The property is well situated with a view of the Kihei marina and the ocean beyond, and in easy walking distance to thd Kamaole III beach. The grounds and swimming pools are very pleasant and well maintained. Our condo was attractive and functional.

Location, location, location!

Perfect walking distance between the busy town of south kihei for food, shops etc and the resort area of Wailea for long strolls on the ocean path and high end hotels. Lovely sunsets right on the grass at the end of your patio- no need to look any further.

Great location but basic

The location of this unit in the G block allows for a nice side view of Kihei, sunsets are beautiful here. A comfortable lounger on the lanai is perfect to enjoy the sunshine or read in the shade. The unit is clean and has an open layout. Expect just the basics -no boogie boards, no umbrella, one folding beach chair. Kitchen essentials and dishes are limited and some things need to be replaced or fixed. No cleaning products to keep the kitchen clean and sanitized (dish soap was provided). Felt the unit needs a little attention to detail.

Great view

We absolutely loved the condo! It had everything. I was very appreciative of the two days worth of coffee and snacks left for us on arrival as we arrived very late and that was our breakfast! The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because there were some bugs. The unit was sprayed while we were there and we still saw them. We have been to Hawaii many times and are aware of keeping the counters clean so I'm not sure what the issue was. We were also happy to have air-conditioning, a first aid kit for an unfortunate blister, and we really enjoyed using the beach chairs and snorkels at the beach. We would rent it again and hope to return soon!

Great Location! Condo needing some upgrades.

Arrived to the condo late at night. No difficulty getting into the condo. Great instructions and code available. Found the condo to be very musty upon arrival. A/c in the living room not working. Fixed very quickly the next day. Definitely an older condo that could use an update and some tlc. I travelled with my 5 year old daughter. Bathtub not very clean and the plug wasn’t working. Was fixed on our 2nd day. Overall not a bad stay. It just needs to be cleaned and updated. We were able to stay an extra few hours as our flight didn’t leave until 10pm. So that was very accommodating of VACASA.

G102 Very well appointed and situated apartment

Booked this very last minute but it worked out very well. It's right at the front of the complex so there's a sea view from the patio and although the road is between that and the patio noise is not intrusive and at night the bedroom is at the back so there's no noise at all. If you are using the sofa bed there might possibly be a little but Kihei gets pretty quiet past around 8 or 9 pm and there's not a lot of traffic. Plus if the ac unit is on you'd not hear it anyway. The apartment itself has everything you want plenty of towels linen and so on, very well appointed kitchen with all the pots pans knives etc you'd ever want. The main bed was very comfy no complaints there. Two bathrooms one en suite to the main bedroom. Various beach stuff masks beach chairs boogie boards cooler. Definitely don't go buy or rent til you've checked out what there is. If you dive or snorkel it's right across from the boat ramp which is very convenient. The nearest beaches are only five to ten minutes walk and the beaches at Wailea and beyond only 10-15 min drive. I also found the supermarket in Wailea very good it's away from the traffic in northern Kihei so easy to get to and from. I'm moving on now to another apartment but I'd be quite happy to stay here instead and will definitely look to stay here next time I'm in Maui. Will also recommend to friends / relatives.

Nice place, Poor management

Liked the condo, clean, comfortable, nice pool and walking distance from the beach and restaurants. However, management service wasn’t great or effective. Took us 3 days to get them to bring us a bug killer to deal with the cockroaches in the house, amongst others. Still rating it high as we had a good time and decided to overlook the inconveniences.

Very clean condo unit with a nice ocean view. All appliances functioned perfectly as did the fans and AC. Located close to pool area and outdoor cooking grill. I would suggest adding some glass food storage containers, but all other supplies were just fine. Thanks and look forward to booking this unit again on my next trip to Maui.

Great location! Super Clean!

What a wonderful stay. Had all the amenities we could need, very very clean and beautiful view from patio. We even saw sea turtles across the street at the park next to the Kihea boat ramp. Near all restaurants and a few pocket beaches. Highly recommend, and great value!
