LIVING ROOMS, TERRACE AND POOL

Living room and dining room form a spacious, bright and stylish ensemble designed as a convivial place which opens onto a very large furnished terrace and its swimming pool. The house has a plancha and a barbecue.

The very functional kitchen is equipped with a large induction hob, a fan oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and all small appliances.

The dining room is organized around a large table for 10 people.

The rest of the large room offers a lounge area.

The swimming pool (4 x 8 m) is heated (from Easter to All Saints' Day) and secured thanks to its electric roller shutter which closes centrally.

The 4 bedrooms have new bedding and a wardrobe.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

- End of stay cleaning: €300.00 (Mandatory)

** Deposit of €3,500.00 by check is required on the day of arrival.

** A deposit by transfer of €1,500.00 is required from tenants who do not have a checkbook.

- Deposit refunded or returned 7 days after the end of the rental.
