This home was built for this!! Large spacious, EXTRA space!! on wooded 2.5 acres of privacy and views. Fully ready for your family gathering. If you have more than 15 please reach out. Combining with additional properties, We can sleep pretty easily up to 45+, depending on the group. Large indoor game area with 2 rec rooms which include shuffle board, air-hockey, live basketball arcade game, ping pong, lots of various added games and outdoor areas where you can play volley ball, whiffle ball, golf, NEW!! Full basketball and pickleball court and upgraded playground are with lots of fun for the kiddos! Lots of beautiful, peaceful outdoor space to enjoy our lovely climate and scenery. We have tables and chairs onsite, for larger gathering dinners and/or games, tournament style. Very flexible set up to accommodate your groups needs. We have venders that accommodate our guests, whether its' catering, hair dressing, or game night. Great photo ops/back grounds. Wonderful backroads and trails all around. ATV and side by side country. End the day with our 7 person jacuzzi while you enjoy an amazing star show every evening right after watching the gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. Sorry, No weddings/ receptions or public events.

Family Reunion

Great location. The home was beautiful with lots of activities for the kids.Large kitchen and plenty of seating area for our group of 8 adults and 10 kids. Some ate at the outside table.We found lots of places nearby to visit- Slide Rock State Park, Lava River Cave, Walnut Canyon National Monumentā€¦

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our friends. We have been going up to Flagstaff for eight years and this was probably one of the better houses that we had experienced. The communication was excellent. The host even came by to address any concerns that we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Youth Mission trip

Property was perfect for oir 15 teenagers staying the weekend aftef a youth mission trip. Plenty of space to spread out and lots of things to do to keep them occupied. The backyard is the best set up of any home we have stayed at. This property is great fior all ages.

We stay in this home for our family reunion and we are anything but a small familyā€¦ what a fantastic home and location. The house was equipped with a ton of games and activities for everyone. And to top it off, the host was amazing. She was always available to answer any questions and was very accommodating. We will certainly be back. Thank you!

Family reunion

This house was beautiful,extremely well stocked with supplies in the kitche, .plenty of towers, lots of extra beds and bedding,. There were also lots of outside activities, including the hot tub. We were happy to have plenty of tables chairs for eating and for games. Although it is obviously towers for weddings, we found it great for our family reunion. The two very large rooms worked to have one for boy cousins and one for the girls.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location and home was beautiful. Outdoor area is lovely. Kitchen high quality. They had stock of pretty much everything we needed. Only thing we wished was that there were more bathrooms for the amount of rooms/beds we had with the large group staying.

Perfect home base for wedding weekend

Our extended family (22) all stayed here together for a family wedding in Flagstaff. It was a great spot for us to be together, cook, relax, and enjoy the befores and afters of a wedding weekend. The property is spacious enough that people could find a quiet corner when needed to recharge. Trish was kind and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back.

Awesome place, great for groups. Would come back!!

Our group of 23 LOVED staying at Trish's place for Pres. Day Weekend. The property has so much space and so many activity options on site. Location is great, quiet neighborhood and only 15 minutes from Flagstaff, so you are away from the hustle and bustle of town but not too far. Trish was very flexible and responsive in meeting our individual group needs. If we return to Flagstaff, we know who to contact!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!

This house was BEYOND beautiful!! Everything was spectacular! Walked in to a warm fire going, and Christmas music playing! The house has plenty of space for our kids, and the game rooms and living spaces were huge. Trish was also wonderful and so extremely helpful throughout our entire stay!!! We would definitely recommend this house! Itā€™s amazing!!

Wonderful property!

We stayed at this property with 10 adults and 8 kids. The house had so much space for everyone to spread out. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The kids loved the huge backyard and playroom. They had so many activities for the kids to do. The kitchen/living room was large enough for everyone to sit and visit. The owner was very responsive and wonderful. We will definitely be back next year!

Amazing Property and Experience!

Amazing Property and Experience! We took a Business Mastermind Group with 18 Guys from the Phoenix Metro area to this great property for an Annual Retreat... The house is beautiful, clean, well stocked, easy to find and more. The back yard area is spectacular. We played corn hole in the evenings on the artificial turf and used the large bbq to make dinners. We used the Rec Room for our Meetings and Presentations during day and it is GREAT! We are very interested in considering using this Property again for our 2023 Retreat! THANKS!!!

A solid 4.9 stars

We booked 4 nights at this property in Jan 2022. There were a few hiccups with check in but Trish was VERY responsive and had back up plans so we were granted immediate access to the property. The property: even more amazing and beautiful in person! GREAT SPACE (INSIDE AND OUT) to accommodate our big group with younger kids. Favs: lots of extra linens, blankets pillows towels, toys in a kids room, great set up in the upstairs bonus room! My only suggestions for improvement would be: a few more pans and pots for cooking since we had a large family. But there was a great selection of kitchen appliances to use. Great to have two refrigerators! That was so helpful! I had never heard of the check out process that includes washing all used towels and dishes at least run in the dishwasher...but we haven't used VRBO much so maybe this is normal!?! Also an FYI that dogs are not allowed in the winter time which was a bummer! And you get charged a pretty penny for the hot tub whether you use it or don't. I hate those type of charges that get tacked on even if you don't use the amenity. Either way, we were happy to help and were very impressed by the property. We would stay here again tomorrow! And Trish was very kind. It's a solid choice! Great memories made here!

Beyond Expectations

Trish really blew us away with this amazing property and all of the added touches she put into it!! We had the most amazing family get together without any added stress since she had covered every single touch we could even imagine! We will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome property!

We had a great experience at this property. 7 adults and 6 kids every had their own space and everything was provided that we could have needed. Trish was always in communication and great to work with. Location is beautiful and house is exactly as pictured. We will definitely be back.

Great house with plenty to do for all ages

We had two families with 6 kids between 6 and 13 years old and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained for the week and off of their devices. Well stocked with ping pong, darts, shuffleboard, air hockey, a great backyard and a lot more! The house was very clean and everything was pretty much brand new. The host Trish was in great communication with us, checking in on the first day and immediately responded when we asked questions later in the week. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to be back this winter!

We had my brother's family and our family (so six children aged 2-13) and this place was incredible! Owners put a lot of thought into making this property family friendly. Perfect spot for a family getaway!
