A stunning garden landscape overlooking the rugged and majestic Enchantment Mountains is only the beginning of this amazing vacation experience. Johann’s Mountain View Suite, located just walking distance from the shops and festivals of the Bavarian village and yet incredibly quiet and peaceful in its spacious, beautifully landscaped setting, is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

An ideal place for the whole family, this privately owned, two bedroom, two bath, fully equipped condo is attractively designed and artfully decorated for comfort and enjoyment. Beautiful leather, stone, and granite provide warmth and comfort, and the coziness of the fireplace is the perfect place to unwind on a winter's eve. Close to golf courses, hiking trails, river recreation, shopping, and restaurants, this location is ideal for the whole family. Whether it is work or play, the WIFI will get your job done with great service at no additional cost.
**Please know that the condo is not pet friendly, as many of our guests have allergies and like to travel to places that are free of pet hair and dander.

Every season in Leavenworth is a wonderful place to be and offer so many different activities.
Winter is beautiful in Leavenworth, get away from the rain and come and visit. Being is Leavenworth in the winter feels like being in a winter snow globe. The 2 hot tubs are always a guest favorite.
Spring brings new growth on the surrounding trees and the orchards will be popping with color as well as the wild flowers. Great time to enjoy a beautiful hike.
Summer...nothing more needs to be said that AAHHH..come and soak up the warm sun and enjoy the pools and beautiful views. Floating the slow moving river on a tube is one of my favorite ways to enjoy an afternoon.
Fall in Leavenworth is hard to beat. The leaves on the drive or surrounding the village are fabulous with Orange, Red and Yellow colors. Another great time to come and enjoy the nearby hiking trails.

****We know that getting away is important to everyone and often the time goes by too quick, so we like to offer early check in and late check out when the bookings around your visit allow it at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE **** We want you to enjoy the village, the pools, the changes of seasons and our condo for as long as you can. (PLEASE NOTE, we will try our best, but in the summer months, we are back to back the entire summer)

Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama with morning coffee or a BBQ on the balcony, or take a leisurely walk through the gardens. The pond out back provides great family enjoyment watching the wildlife, as well as the shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis court. Johann's Mountain View Suite can easily become your home away from home!

Super clean 2 bedrooms, Master bedroom with a king bed, and middle bedroom with a Queen. Leather pull out Queen size sofa bed, brand new in the living room (mattress topper for added comfort). Sleeps 6 ** (No additional charge for guests over 2 like many other rentals) Pack & Play crib and high chair for your little one. Flat screen with built in DVD player in the master bedroom.

High end furnishings and nice detail to the decor will get your attention when you enter the condo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would want from home including the basics of your own pantry to be used by the guests. There are little extras waiting for you from frozen mugs, warm cider, coffee and cocoa to puzzles and games. We have had guests comment that it is the best equipped kitchen that they have stayed in for a vacation rental. We even have the foil, saran wrap and baggies and lots of spices for cooking or your BBQ on the deck.

The condo has a great room open feel so that while you are in the kitchen, you can be part of the fun and activities and visit with your family while they sit at the eating bar. Plenty of room for a sit down meal or a fun night of games. A high chair for the toddlers. You will not miss a minute of a favorite show or movie, the flat screen with built in DVD is within sight of the entire living area.

Our condo gives our guests all of the amenities and feel of being at a resort as you spend your time away from home at the manicured grounds of the WorldMark Leavenworth. Your getaway will give you full access to two outdoor pools ( One open year round, depending on weather.. and heated, located by the clubhouse),Pool and hot tub hours are 8am to 10pm, three hot tubs (two year round) tennis and basketball courts, sports court, outdoor BBQ's and picnic tables to toddler wading pool and brand new kids outdoor play area etc. Not to mention close to town via the river trail or sidewalks. ***Our condo is privately owned and larger than the actual World Mark vacation rentals. You will enjoy the manicured grounds and amenities of being part of the World Mark resort! All the comforts of home, yet filled with many activities around Leavenworth or on the resort property.
