Welcome to your escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our exceptional, modern home is located on a private pond n the Pocono Mountains.
Our home (2,300 Sq. Ft.) offers a beautiful escape in the Pocono Mountains for year-round vacations and getaways. It’s close to the best parks, hiking, ski resorts (Camelback, 15 minutes), water parks (Kalahari, 10 minutes), and across from an 18-hole championship golf course.
When you enter our home, you’ll first notice the soaring ceilings, open floor plan, chic décor and contemporary art. Our living room is furnished with both modern and vintage furniture with more than enough seating for you and your guests. Above the wood burning fireplace is a new 70” TV where you can stream your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV. Plus, you can use Chromecast to enjoy streaming your apps from your cell phone. With YouTube TV you have access to network and cable channels including many sports channels. If you enjoy listening to music, we have Amazon Music or you can stream music from your cell phone or other devices through our premium sound system (Bluetooth). The home has both cable and satellite WIFI so there are never any issues with internet service. The house is also equipped with central air conditioning.
Our fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook (high quality cookware) a gourmet holiday dinner for a large family, and our coffee bar offers a traditional coffee maker, Illy espresso maker and a tea brewer. For those looking for a quick fix, we also have a microwave. The dining room has seating for eight people and the table off of the kitchen can accommodate another four people. Our heated sun room (also has air conditioning) with skylights has a custom table designed by a local artist and can seat eight people comfortably. It's a great spot for table games or a round of poker.
The 3 large bedrooms accommodate 7 people comfortably. The master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, large soaking tub and a stand alone shower. We even have a towel warmer! The queen bedroom upstairs has a large desk with a beautiful view of the pond. Please see details below for each bedroom.
In the summer months, you can enjoy all of the wonderful parks, lakes and outdoor life the Pocono Mountains offers. There are so many options close by, or you can enjoy fishing, kayaking or just lounging on our property. For those looking to relax, you can grab a good book from our collection, a glass of wine, and just take it easy. If you're looking for some action, fine dining or entertainment, Mount Airy Casino is just 8 miles away. Mount Airy is a full service casino and sportsbook with an excellent restaurant, "Bistecca" by Il Mulino (New York City), an event center that features live music and comedians as well as a full service spa. Shopper's will have all their needs fulfilled at the expansive Tannersville outlets and the many antique shops throughout the Pocono's.
