I won’t be available in person and am available via text/app messaging 8am-9pm. I am here for you during your stay, and our level of interaction is up to you - I am a message or phone call away. You will be able to self-check in and out.

Sweet William is located inside the Lake Naomi Club, which is a recreational community in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. It includes a 277-acre lake with non-motorized boating, fishing, swimming, and sailing, accessible only through a Temporary Membership. Additional fees apply in order to gain a Temporary Membership and these fees are NOT included in the rental fees.

NOTE: Sweet William does NOT have a hot tub or sauna, this is part of the club amenities and temporary membership.

A Temporary Membership to Lake Naomi Club also offers an outdoor Olympic-sized pool, a second outdoor pool with an aquatic climbing wall, a nine-hole executive golf course, a tennis center and a clubhouse with restaurant and pub. The recreational staff offers activities for all ages.

Additionally, with the Temporary Membership only, there is a 56,000-square-foot community center just 5 minutes from our home with an indoor pool and a splash park, indoor tennis, a fitness center, a game room and a teen area.

Our property is accessed via a smart lock with a unique code once all rental forms are submitted with government issued photo IDs to verify age and identity.

We have a ring camera facing the driveway at the front door.

Guests may explore the entire property and our fire-pit.

We are located in one of the most beautiful communities in the Poconos - Lake Naomi - a 5-Star Platinum rated community. All community amenities are accessible only through a Temporary Membership. Additional fees apply in order to gain a Temporary Membership and these fees are NOT included in the rental fees.

The club requires that your rental be SATURDAY - SATURDAY ONLY during July - August with a 1 week minimum stay to be eligible for a temporary membership. We prioritize memberships for stays of 2 weeks or longer. Memberships are limited and are first come first serve.

A Temporary Membership is required to access the amenities and is available for an additional fee provided the homeowner is a member in good standing. * All amenities listed are non-refundable and based on availability. *

Temporary Membership provides access to the lakes, ponds and beaches, the Clubhouse Restaurant, participation in recreation and social activities, the Recreation Tennis Courts, Pools, Silver Tennis (Court Fees are additional) and Silver Golf (Greens Fees are additional). It also provides access to the Logan Steele Community Center which includes usage of an indoor pool with zero-depth entry, kids splash park, adult whirlpool (hot tub), steam room and sauna, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobic room, multi-purpose room for various sports, café, indoor tot lot, outdoor pavilion, outdoor fields, outdoor playground and wireless internet usage.

You also can forgo Temporary Membership for your entire stay if you do not plan on using any community amenities and enjoy all the local activities that the Poconos has to offer.

As you step into the chalet, you’ll be greeted by our cozy first-floor lounge with an Article couch and armchair, vintage Nintendo games, a record player, a 65" Smart TV, and a tulip-shaped table for cards, snacks, puzzles, or family game night. Escape from reality and enjoy our lounge for moments of entertainment or quiet reflection.

Our washer dryer is located in a closet on this floor.

Featuring three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Sweet William offers a stylish and inviting space for you and your loved ones to connect and unwind—one bathroom per floor.

The primary bedroom upstairs on the second floor has a king-size bed and a convenient desk perfect for journaling about your experiences. The second-floor bathroom sits right between the primary bedroom and the kitchen.

On the ground level, we offer two different bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the third featuring two sets of twin bunk beds. A full-size bathroom with a tub and shower sits between the two bedrooms on the ground floor.

The property is perfect for a family or group of friends.

The living room on the second floor, complete with a stone fireplace (decorative only, it is non-working!) and a 65" smart TV, invites you to cozy up with your loved ones and enjoy a movie night or simply relax in the sun-drenched room during the day and settle into a good book. A full dining room and kitchen provide all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals and create lasting memories together.

✶ OUTDOOR AREAS ✶

You have three private outdoor spaces to enjoy when you book the chalet. The largest is the private deck accessible by the second floor living room. It's roomy enough for your whole group to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors, with a Weber Grill to ensure hamburgers and hot dogs for all. The second is a another deck, accessible through the lounge or front yard. And in front, you have your own fire-pit to relax and roast marshmallows after a busy day of exploring the Poconos!

Access to the shared Lake Naomi and club amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room) is part of your stay ONLY when you secure a Temporary Membership through the club directly, extra fees and length of stay requirements applicable. We welcome pets of all sizes and kinds! A pet fee must be paid before arrival as follows:

1-night stay: $55 per pet
2+ nights: $35 per pet per night, capped at $200 per pet per stay
