Beautifully Renovated Lakehouse on Keuka Lake

The Farmhouse on Keuka is a 3,000 sq-foot lake house on Keuka Lake’s west side. This charming home is perfect for gatherings with family and friends, and special celebrations. The home was completely renovated in 2021. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms there is plenty of space for everyone. The outdoors offer 22 acres for hiking, a large private beach with a dock, outdoor patio and plenty of parking.

The Farmhouse is centrally located and only a 15 minute drive to shopping and dining in Penn Yan and Hammondsport. It is located in the heart of wineries, breweries and distilleries.

Come experience all the wonderful things the Finger Lakes has to offer!

The house was gorgeous, perfect for a gathering of old friends. From our rocking chairs on the front porch, we relaxed looking at the lake and the hills on the other side.

Perfect spot for our large family reunion. Clean Lake with beautiful private beach and dock and top of the line accommodations and extras. Really made use of the kayaks and watersport amenities. Nightly campfires with the moon rising. Just perfect week weather- wise as well.

Ideal location, fantastic house

We couldn’t have asked for a better property for our family getaway. The view from the front porch is unforgettable. The lakefront access is lovely! The house was well stocked. The dock was perfect for a pontoon boat. Plenty of parking for 3 cars.

Amazing Labor Day Stay

This property is even better than the pictures portray. It is comfortable, very well stocked, and provides a ton of amenities. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 teens and everyone raved about the property. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Memorable experience

The house fit our extended family comfortably - Perfect size bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas (indoors and outdoors) to encourage gatherings without being on top of each other. House was lovely and had everything you needed, including direct access to the lake. It is conveniently located to wineries, waterfalls, ice cream shops and other fun activities. And if you had questions about the house, the property manager was very responsive. Overall, our stay was positive and memorable.

A Beautifully Renovated Farmhouse on Keuka Lake

Our family of 9 found the house to be perfect for a week's vacation. Our 4 grandkids (teens and pre-teens) had their own special rooms and space to sleep and hang out. The 5 adults all appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of this well-equipped and lovely home. A private beach and dock were just across the road and down a hill where we found lawn chairs and a fire pit as well as a picnic table and umbrella. In addition, a gas grill and gas fire pit as well as lovely patio furniture were situated by the entrance to the house. My favorite place was the front covered porch with 4 rocking chairs overlooking the lake. As a plus, there is also a driveway allowing for off road parking for at least 4 cars. We'll definitely be returning to this beautiful place next year.

Great Place for a Family Get Together

The house on Keuka Lake is beautifully remodeled and decorated. It was a great place for our family gathering! The master suite is awesome. We had plenty of rooms, including bathrooms, for 4 families and a total of 6 children ages 6 mo. to 9 years. The spacious front porch was a very pleasant place to spend time visiting while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and there were also local restaurants within a 20 minute drive. The older children especially enjoyed the small kayak and standup paddle boards at the beach. We appreciated the adult and children's life preservers that were provided. The fire pit at the beach and the propane fire table on the patio were great for evening conversation. There was plenty to do for day trips within a 20 to 75 minute drive. Amanda was very responsive to questions that we had. We really enjoyed our stay!

Best week ever :)

I stayed here with my girlfriends for the week leading up to my wedding. This house is absolutely beautiful, clean and fresh. Every room had cute little details to it as the owners did a great job with the design and latout. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Beautiful Lake House

Perfect house for a friend and family vacation. 3 families shared the house with kids ranging from 5-9 and all had a blast. Easy access to the lake and a beautiful house to enjoy with it. Will be back!

Fabulous Farmhouse

We enjoyed a wonderful week in a wonderful place! So many positives- *well stocked kitchen with quality appliances, dishware, pans etc *staples such as paper towels, laundry supplies, pater towels, garbage bags and laundry stuff provided * high quality and abundant linens and towels * comfortable furniture and beds * great outdoor space - especially the front porch overlooking the lake for morning coffee and family laughs * quality life preservers * last but not least - ample and easy parking.!! The owner and I communicated by text and she was both quickly responsive and helpful.

What a gem!

We had a wonderful relaxing week for the 4th holiday. Amanda, the host, was responsive and provided a late night propane refill to save the day! We will be booking this property again for next year. House is 100% renovated and the pictures do not lie!

Graduation Celebration

We had 4 families stay for a week to celebrate high school graduation. The house and location were fantastic. All the bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee and evening happy hour. Dock and shoreline was plenty big for all 12 of us. Great time. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent Stay

This property is beautifully and thoughtfully finished. We had everything we could have wanted to relax, sleep, cook and host extended family. The views are incredible. The lakefront is perfect for young children with beach to play on and a gentle slope into the water. Families with young kids should know that the street that you cross to get to the lakefront is moderately busy with cars going about 40 mph.

Everything we needed

We rented this property for a long overdue family reunion. It had everything we needed. Nothing was lacking. We had a few questions along the way and the owner was very quick to answer including restaurant recommendations for a special birthday luncheon. Highly recommend!

A perfect vacation

What a lovely home! Our family gathering of 9 adults and 4 kiddos had plenty of room, plenty to do, and plenty of quality time together here. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor,and the bathrooms are so well appointed! There are games and books thoughtfully provided, high chair and children's plates, rocking chairs for relaxing chats facing the lake, lakefront access with lounge chairs and a dock, and a great patio next to the grill with fire table. We loved every minute here and were reluctant to leave when the week was over! The owner was very communicative, and responded promptly.

Welcome to The Farmhouse on Keuka! We are the Marino family, and we are excited to invite you to share in the beauty of Keuka Lake. We have lived on the lake with our 3 small children for the past 10 years, and were summer renters for many years before that. We absolutely love Keuka Lake!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We fell in love with the farmhouse as soon as we walked through it. The property, the lake frontage and the old home character had us at “hello”. We knew that with some TLC it could be restored to its former glory.

We started renovations in December 2020 and have been diligently working on updated everything inside the home. We took it down to the studs and slowly and lovingly built it back up. The interior and exterior are completely brand new and ready for your arrival for the summer lake season! Our favorite time of year :)

The 1st floor of the home is handicap accessible.

The lake access is a gentle slope down to the water. No stairs! Perfect for strollers and wagons.

There are 2 separate entertainment areas inside the home. An upstairs media room with a TV as well as the downstairs living room. A great way to allow for separation if need be!
