We are a Friday to Friday rental with Four bedroom 2 story Lake House with 65 feet of lake frontage is sure to bring you a relaxing fun filled stay on our beautiful Keuka Lake. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with full bathroom and large closet. There is also 2 bedrooms that have a queen size bed and large closets. Our fourth bedroom has a full size bed with large closet as well. This Lake house has plenty of room for a large number of family / friends. It can sleep 12 - 14. This lake house offers 3 large living rooms; one formal, one den and a perfect living area on the second floor with a spectacular view of the beautiful Keuka Lake

We have included photos of our finished landscape project which completed for the summer 2019 season. The landscape addition to our Lake House will be pure joy to our family and yours during your stay vacationing on beautiful Keuka Lake.

This is our second time here. Loved it! Both bathrooms and parking area had great updates since last year. So clean! Perfect location on the lake. Everything you need for a great stay. Lots of room for cars too. Hope to return in the future.

Wonderful location!

Our family of 8 adults and one infant loved our stay! The house: There was adequate space for all and we required five separate sleeping areas. The house was SUPER clean! I’m talking zero cobwebs on wooden walls and brick, zero dust on radiators! It was impressive! Comfortable living room seating for all of us, cozy extra living room, perfect sized dining room and table, and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space for food prep and snack piles! Excellent patio by the roadside. We loved having our breakfast there and saying hi to the other residents who were walking, jogging or riding by. The waterfront: superb! Great place for a rainy day and still able to enjoy the outdoors! Lovely grass area with a natural entry into the water which would be perfect for small children. Dock was large enough to accommodate at least three of us doing yoga and about four for fishing. Water was deep enough for shallow dives from the dock and no weeds to contend with! lol! The fire pit area was excellent and it’s easy to grab wood from roadside stands nearby. The road is perfect for walks, runs, bike rides. Very quiet, very slow traffic (and very few cars). Easy check in and out, and Daren and Julie left us a lovely bottle of wine and some delicious s'mores supplies. All around wonderful stay !

Best waterfront on the lake

We've stayed here a few times. It's hard to get a summer reservation because its that nice! The house is wonderful. Extra frig is amazing to have. The waterfront is the BEST. Great place to hang out, swim, relax, play cards, or just take a nap on the couch. Will be back!

Definitely recommend!

Loved our stay. The house was very clean. We were greeted with fresh flowers, a s'mores basket, and all the staples needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for our whole group. The pictures online do not do the property justice. It is larger inside than we expected. The boat dock was nice and the pavilion was outstanding. There was also a very nice gradual walk in beach area. There was very little traffic, but the neighbors all wave as they drive slowly down the lane between the house and the pavilion. The 3 refrigerators were a huge help with all the food and beverages for the week. And there was a water cooler with 5 gallon water jugs that made it easy to keep hydrated while in the boat in the hot sun. There was also plenty of parking for our group. We used 7 spaces, but there was room for up to 10 cars. Julie was wonderful and immediately responded to any questions or concerns. And the check out procedure was the easiest of any property we've stayed at. We would definitely like to stay at this wonderful lakeside property again!

Lake Trip

We had an amazing time during our stay. The lake was beautiful in the heat wave we experienced the week we stayed. The lake front deck area was amazing and where we spent most of our time. The house was well equipped and had plenty of space. Owners were responsive and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property and would return!

Annual Family week at Keuka Lake

Our family of 11 - 3 siblings, their spouses and adult children - has been gathering at Keuka Lake for decades. This was the first time we stayed Lake Keuka Fun & Sun and we had a wonderful time! The deck on the lake side of the road is incredible! We hung out there at every opportunity, sunning, playing games, having campfires, fishing and, of course, swimming. The house was also wonderful, with a large, fully stocked kitchen (we are foodies and eat in almost all the time). We so appreciated the organization of the kitchen - and three refrigerators - the first time we had plenty of room for all the food and drinks! To have a dining room table that we all could sit around was a plus and having two living rooms gave us plenty of space to relax and have a puzzle in the works at all times. This is a wonderful home, in a great location on the lake, close to Penn Yan and many wineries and breweries!

Piece of Heaven

We had a fabulous week at Julie’s cottage! The house was gorgeous and the lakefront was stunning. Lots of thoughtful small details (s’mores makings, bottle of local wine and fresh flowers greeted us) and lots of thoughtful large details (frig on the lakefront porch, lots of outdoor lighting, and a corn hole set). We all hope to return next year!

Absolutely Wonderful

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful our stay at Julie’s Home in August 2021 I would have to dig very very deep to find anything that was not Suitable for our entire group of family and friends. The Waterfront is by far amazing and we stayed the week after a major rain storm of 7 plus inches. Upon arrival the lakefront was completely cleared so we had no issues. Boating was restricted do to the storm for a couple of days but driving the restricted speed was just fine for exploring a lake I’ve never had the privilege to enjoy! Will we return, Absolutely will. Thank you Julie for all you did!!

Love this rental!!

This is our second time renting this house. We love its location, its size, and most especially the waterfront. We're only sorry that it's already booked up for next summer...bummer.

Keuka 2021

Property was very comfortable and had enough room for everyone. Really enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the front patio and beachfront. We had only one minor issue while there and the owners quickly responded. Only drawback was the master bathroom but when speaking with owners they said it was on their list to update.

Sisters and spouses together!

This home is a perfect lakeside property. The house has plenty of amenities and space for a lot of different family gathering spaces. The new deck overlooking the lake was our favorite hang out spot for morning coffee and happy hour. We enjoyed our stay and all the thoughtful attention to detail. The owners were very prompt in responding to our questions. Plenty of parking spaces for a family gathering too! We would return to this place in a heartbeat!

Amazing!!!

All I can say is book this rental NOW! This was a much needed getaway for myself, husband, and our extended family. The house was amazing and every detail of what we may need during our stay was thought of. We cooked in every night, and any kitchen tool you could think of was there!! We were blown away by the property and amenities. My family are the type of people who like to try new things, but I don’t think there would be another house to compare to this one over all. We will be back!

Everything You Need

My extended family stayed here at the end of July. Our group included children, a teen and adults. The house was exceptionally well equipped with everything you could need. The owners kindly provided wine, s’mores fixins, pancake mix and syrup and extra toiletries and paper products. We had use of their 4 kayaks, their bikes, and a large raft. The living areas were spacious and inviting but the biggest hit was the outside two- tiered patio and the fire pit. The top deck has lounge chairs and a large umbrella. The lower tier is covered and has a bar area, fridge., and comfy sofa and chairs and a long dining table . We ate our meals there. Some nights we cooked over the fire pit. Overall a great house and location. Note that the master bathroom is on the small side and the owners are addressing some water pressure issues.

This rental is awesome! The pictures don't even do it justice. The lakeside area is superb!

We had 3 families with a bunch of teenagers, 2 jetski's, and a 20 foot boat. Everything fit! Owners are great too! Very responsive and provided very thoughtful touches throughout (e.g., wine bottle in fridge upon arrival, fixings for smores). Used the heck out of the kayaks. The area lakeside is phenomenal. It feels like a fancy resort. Plenty of parking 4 vehicles and 2 trailers. Comfy beds. Good selection of kitchen equipment. Road has very little traffic. Pretty much everything we were looking for in a summer rental on the lake. Thanks so much!!

No Compromise

I can't give enough stars for the quality of this rental. The owners anticipated and addressed every need our family might have had during the week we were there. They were super fast at responding to all of our questions. The check in process was easy. The check out process was easy. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful! We hope to be able to return again soon.

Spacious, quiet, gorgeous level beach - SUPER!

Our family has been staying here the week of the 4th of July for a few years now and it's become our favorite week of the year. It's a large house with all the spaces you're looking for...starting with lots of parking! It has four large bedrooms, a separate sleeper porch for an entire family, large kitchen and dining, covered back porch off kitchen for grilling and hanging out, side yard for hammock or bags, wide front porch for sunsets. Keuka is known for steep grades and little or no beach, well this place has easy steps to a long flat beach perfect for young and old, launching kayaks, hanging out in chairs etc. Stay at the beach all day, in or out of the sun, with the new patio. All of it super clean and the owners nearby, easy and very responsive - you wont find a better rental for the price.

Wonderful Place!

This is the second year that we stayed at this house. It is absolutely beautiful! Clean, perfectly decorated, easy to get to, plenty of parking and big enough to accommodate our family. Although the landscaping was not complete, what was done is gorgeous and I can't wait to see the finished product! Our 4 grandchildren, ages 6-4, went swimming everyday; as early as 9:00! They even jumped off the dock! The owners, Julie and Darin are very accommodating and respond very quickly to any texts. We are hoping to again stay here next year.
