This luxury retreat in the heart of Saugatuck has everything a refined vacationer would need. Your own private backyard with heated salt water pool, hot tub, outdoor bathroom, outdoor bar, and heated seasonal pavillion with a wood burning fireplace. A great place for family gatherings and adult getaways The house has all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. A well appointed kitchen, coffee bar, great sitting areas, den for television watching, and large screen television with surround sound in the lower level to watch your sporting events or movies. The pool is fully stocked with beach towels, chase lounges, and many flotation devices for your relaxation. Take in all of the charm of Saugatuck including the shopping, arts, and many choice restaurants while staying in your own private oasis. The house is located .4 miles (8-10 minute walk) from downtown and a 8 minute drive to the famous Oval Beach.

Stellar oasis, walkable to Saugatuck

We loved this pristine home with every amenity in a stellar location! We walked to Saugatuck (and Douglas, too) our favorite towns on Lake Michigan. We visited Oval Beach and hiked the dunes and returned home to this oasis with a private pool and screened pool house. Our family absolutely loved it and hope very much to return !

Perfect Stay at Beautiful Property!

This beautiful house had absolutely everything! From the gorgeous pool to the 3-season room where we played games and watched TV. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well appointed and comfortable. Also we enjoyed the lower level family room area with the huge TV and wrap around couch. Our entire family had a wonderful time!

Outstanding experience

Very well-equipped house in a great location. The highlight has to be the salt-water pool, which everyone enjoyed. Maintenance was available on request, prompt, capable and courteous. Everything combines for a great vacation.

Great Fourth of July stay!

Very accurate listing! We were thrilled with the house and the location. Easy walk to downtown Saugatuck. The southerner is right down the road for dinner as well. The house is stocked with all the basics you may need and each bedroom was comfy! Cant beat the backyard screened in pavilion and the incredible pool / hot tub. Owners were great and easy to communicate with. Cant wait to stay here again!

Luxury Stay With Private Pool

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The pool is amazing and we're missing it already. The hosts have thought of everything to make their guests feel welcomed and pampered. Best stay in Saugatuck!

Loved staying at this amazing home. Quiet, but walking distance to town. Extremely clean, great amenities, great layout. Visiting with 4 couples, screened in room outside was fun to relax in. Enjoyed the hot tub. Too cold for sane people to use the pool, but the wild ones that did said it was nice and warm. Third time staying in this house. Will be back!

Summer in Saugatuck

2nd year staying at this house. Had a great time! The house was in excellent conditionwheb we arrived. The pool was great and the screened in porch was awesome for eating outside and watching a movie - without having to worry about bugs! Lots of fun during our stay and love that you can walk downtown in about 15 minutes. Thanks and look forward to a return visit!

Perfect Family Spot

This is the second time at this home. The pool and outside living room add a layer to the Saugatuck trip that is great! It extends the day of relaxation and fun together. The owners are also great and worked with us when our teens had done a teen like thing that wasn't within normal rental behavior. We really appreciated the conversation and understanding. It is a great home and we hope to return!

Beautiful home

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Saugatuck. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, wonderful linens and the beds were comfortable. The pool and patio were great! Loved swimming and relaxing with my family—age ranges from grandparent to infant. The only hiccup was that the hot tub was not working, which was a disappointment, however the owner gave us two excellent bottles of wine to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and hope to visit again! Thanks!!

The Perfect Escape!

This property is beautiful!! Well kept and stocked.. turn the key and relax. We loved the salt water pool and hot tub! Plenty of towels .. even sunscreen! Perfect Week in Saugatuck

This property is amazing! It is stocked with everything you need. Some houses don't supply pool floats, hand soap, dish soap, towels, disposable cuos in the bathrooms. They really have thought of it all. Thank you to Susan and Nicole for providing us with a great week in Saugatuck!

Lovely Stay in Saugatuck

We loved our stay in this home! Our trip was a family vacation with 5 adults and we stayed for a week. This is a large gorgeous home, clean, in walking distance to downtown, comes with a pool and screened in game room with outdoor heaters and fireplace; what more could you ask for?! The kitchen was generously appointed, every room has a television, plenty of bath and pool towels, two refrigerator/freezers, 8 lounge chairs around the pool, hot-tub, comfortable furniture. I could go on and on. Communication with the managers and grounds keeper was good even tho there seemed to be reception problems in the area but that is not typical for Saugatuck. Before leaving for your trip get a contact persons cell number in case the app do to reception problems is incapacitated.

Could not have been more pleased!

Our family had such a wonderful stay in Saugatuck last week! This is a lovely four bedroom home that is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. There were eight adults in our party. Things that really make this house a great choice: #1: four full bathrooms! When your party is all adults, there is more need for privacy and the four full bathrooms were very helpful. #2: backyard private heated, saltwater pool! The private pool makes this house a game changer! We of course love the beaches of Lake Michigan, but being able to lounge in and around the pool at any time of day or night, was fantastic! #3: pool house! Wow! We spent most of our time in this fantastic space! The pool house is completely screened in. It has sofas, chairs and a game table...which we used a lot! The ceiling fans in the room kept it cool. And in the evenings...when we wanted a little warmth, the fireplace and heaters kept us comfortable. That is right... the room has heaters mounted around the space which can be turned on with their own wall switches. FANTASTIC! My grown children raved about this room. #4: walk to downtown Saugatuck! We never had to worry about trying to park in busy downtown Saugatuck! Downtown is a quick ten minute walk and this adds yet another huge plus for this home. There are so many other amenities about the house which you can read about on VRBO, but the four I have highlighted are what really make this house stand out! I would rent at this property again without hesitation. The owners could not have been kinder are more responsive when we had questions. This was a great vacation!

Perfect for multi generations

I rented this beautiful home for myself, my sister, my daughter and her two daughters. It was perfect. My daughter and her girls slept in the lower level, the main level is where we gathered and my sister and I slept upstairs. Loved the newer interior design and appliances. The pool and pool house were enjoyed daily 👍🏻❤️

Wonderful house for our family vacation

Such a great home….comfortable and within a short walking distance to town. It had the best stocked kitchen of any place we’ve seen! The heated salt water pool was perfect for the afternoon family time. We all had so much fun that we’ve talked of going back.

Fabulous Family Getaway

We had such a lovely week staying here! There was plenty of space for our family - five adults and two kids (6 and 7.5). The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, cookware/bakeware, dinnerware and glasses. It was nice to have plastic options for dishes and glasses for the kids as well as the grownups in the outdoor area (funny side note: while enjoying dinner and a glass of wine out in the pool house, my six year old grabbed my hand and said “Mommy you aren’t following the rules” as he walked me over to the sign on the outside noting “No glass” - I had to show him I was using a plastic wine glass!). The pool, hot tub, and pool room were certainly highlights of our stay. It was warm for our stay, so we never needed the fireplace or heaters, but those would come in handy for cooler evenings. The house also had plenty of pool towels and hand and bath towels, which were nice touches. We also enjoyed biking (hopped on a paved trail a few houses down from the rental) and a short drive to Mt. Baldhead, Oval Beach and Lake Michigan. It was a plus to have just a 10-15 min walk downtown for shopping, coffee shops, and dining too! This was a fabulous place to stay for our week long getaway!

We had 8 girls staying and there was plenty of room but the best part of the house is the sun room! We enjoyed the house and the pool as well! We would definitely consider coming again! Thank you!
