Beautiful 3rd row roomy Beach home with views, perfect for families and friends.

Come and enjoy our beautiful 3 bedroom beach house in a quiet neighborhood. Each room of the house has a unique touch that makes the atmosphere in it calm and relaxed.
The house is elegant with a sea theme design and it is just a short walk to the Beach!
We offer an open floor plan with a beautiful large kitchen and a dining area for you and your family.
A spacious living room area and a balcony to sit, eat or relax and enjoy the partal views and the sound of the waves coming from the sea.
The house is a 3rd row house from the beach with plenty of outdoor seating on the upper covered porch and lower floor with plenty of room down in the yard for the kids to play, along with a wonderful outdoor shower with hot and cold water to just rinse off the sand or use as an extra shower for your guest. Charcoal grill is provided, just bring your charcoal and lighter fluid.
The house is close to town and a short drive to Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens.
Come and visit a place you won't want to leave!

This is a great place to enjoy a wonderful time with your family and loved ones and to have the best vacation while traveling to Galveston.

This was our second time staying at this property, last time we stayed here was 2019 and we were happy to visit again. The house has a great set up for families with a fantastic bunk room for the kids and comfortable beds for adults, hosts were pleasant and attentive and we had a fantastic stay, we would happily stay here again.

Perfect Galveston Property

Our family stayed here for 4 nights and we were not disappointed! This home was the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is full of all the essentials and everything in the house is labeled for easy location. Sindy was so kind and the communication was perfect. We hope to stay here again next time we visit! Great time at tan lines

We had a great time while we were in Galveston. The location of the house is great. Just a short drive to everything you need and the beach was not crowded at all even on the weekends. I liked that the teenagers could walk to the beach and not be concerned about them crossing a super busy street. Check in and out was super easy and the house provided everything we needed. We will for sure be coming back to stay at this house.

Beautiful House

Well appointed, comfy and so pretty!

This house was perfect. Kitchen had everything one would need for meal prep, cooking and service. Bathrooms were awesome and plenty of space in lining and dining areas. The deck was lovely and lower level was a great place for gathering and grilling-constant breeze delight. The closeness to the beach was wonderful. We all enjoyed our time spent

Dancing in Galveston

We stayed here during my daughters national dance competition. The house is nice, a short walk to the beach and in a good location for everything we wanted to do during our stay in Galveston. The most complicated process was the paperwork and payment before the booking was confirmed.

We are glad you enjoyed the house and the proximity to the beach. We love our little neighborhood and how close it is to everything in town without being in all the crazy of the seawall. I am sorry about the problems VRBO was having when you were trying to send me the signed rental agreement. I have had quite a few issues this summer with the VRBO app. Technology can be a problem at times.

The house was perfect!! The deck was our favorite place. That's where we had coffee every morning. We could see the water and close enough to hear the waves. There was a lot of time and care put into this house.

Wonderful Beach Property

We loved our week long stay at this property - we had four adults, four kids and one dog - the house was fantastic - so clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. Sindy is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable - kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. It is just a short walk to the private beach and you can drive your vehicle to the adjacent public beach to haul all of your beach stuff. The house was spotless. We would absolutely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay! It could not have been any cleaner. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and this was exceptional. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the beach easily even with all our garb. Only thing that's missing is a washer/dryer. Every other detail was so well thought out and was stocked!

Relax and Play on Bermuda Beach

We had three generations enjoying the beach house. We all agreed the best thing is the front porch. We ate our meals, played games and just enjoyed sitting listening to the waves and birds. The kitchen was very well organized with labeled drawers and everything you would want for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and the house in general is comfortable and delightfully decorated. We will go back again.

Absolutely wonderful!

The house was beautiful! You can tell there was a lot of love put into this place. So much details in the decor. I loved the puzzle-piece pictures in every room. Every drawer was labeled with everything one could possibly need for an awesome vacation! Sindy was easy to communicate with and readily available if we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely look to rent this house again for our next Galveston vacation!

Family Vacation

The beach house is lovely and was perfect for our family of seven and a toddler. The pictures are spot on but don't do it justice. It is beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. Sandi is wonderful, so very organized and easy to communicate with if needed which we didn't really need anything. We had everything we could possibly need. The house is a short walk to the beach. You could see and hear the ocean from the lovely deck that runs the length of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Getaway

We are three retired teachers who needed a getaway! Sindy's home was the perfect choice. Like others have mentioned, this was the cleanest home I've ever rented! Everything was labeled and well organized. Each of us had a lovely bedroom with very comfy beds. The best part was sitting on the deck listening to the ocean waves and feeling the cool breeze! I highly recommend this wonderful home!

We were in town for a girls softball tournament and decided to share a beach home with another player's family. Sindy's home was great! It was very clean and organized. The only downside we didn't realize when we booked was there was no washer and dryer. For a normal vacation trip it wouldn't have been an issue, but having to clean softball uniforms was a little challenging. Everything else was absolutely amazing and I would book another stay at Sindy's in a heartbeat.

Galveston Bermuda Beach

We were 3 adults and 4 children. This house perfectly fit our needs. We loved the open living/dining/kitchen area. We could open all the blinds and have lots of light and view. The long front porch was great. The porch area could be closed and secured so the 3 year old could not accidentally escape. Underneath the home, there was lots of shade with a constant light breeze. The outdoor shower was excellent for cleaning all the sand off when returning from the beach. This home was a perfect peaceful retreat!

5 Stars!

The house was perfect for our family of 9. We had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were soooo comfy! Having the beach so close was perfect for swimming during the day and searching for crabs at night with the kids. I loved how uncrowded the beaches were. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves most days. It was also nice to have the outdoor shower to keep sand out of the house. The ONLY downside was that we didn't have a washer and dryer in the house but there are several laundromats nearby. Definitely not a deal breaker. We had such an amazing time and can't wait to return!

Basically perfect!

This was a family vacation involving 6 adults and 2 children (under 3). First the house is lovely inside and out and is maintained very well. Second the house (1) fit us perfectly with plenty of space of all; (2) was very clean and organized; (3) had a great porch which was in the shade basically all day; and (4) was a quick walk to the beach. At the ground level, the outdoor shower was great for cleaning off the sand. While we didn't use it, the outdoor grill, picnic table and seating was a nice addition. Also there is plenty of room for all the beach toys, towels, etc without carting it up to the porch or house. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors on either side of the house. Sindy is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The family as a whole agreed to make this trip and stay again in the future. .

Nice Holiday Stay

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend (7/2/22 - 7/5/22). We were a party of 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids) and 1 dog. The beach house was very nice. It was large enough to accommodate our group very comfortably. The kids loved the bunk room and it was secluded towards the back of the house, which is great since the kids went to bed early. Overall, the beach house was very clean and organized - all of the drawers, cabinets and light switches were labeled throughout the house. The kitchen has a nice set of pots and pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, sharp knives, tupper wear, etc. It made cooking easy. There's a great outdoor shower with several hooks available to shower off the sand from the beach and hang up towels to dry. The house has a great patio on the front, with plenty of seating, to enjoy the ocean views. Draw backs: The owner made a point to mention we would need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags as only one of each would be provided. In the 10 years of renting houses in Galveston, we've never had to bring extra toilet paper with us. For the amount we paid per night + fee, I'd hope each bathroom would have at least 2 rolls of TP. Also, there's no on-site washer/dryer (disclosed on the listing, but missed by me). In my opinion, one of the appeals of renting a house vs. staying in a hotel is the use of a washer/dryer to clean bathing suits and dry towels. There are also several security cameras around the property - the use of security cameras is disclosed, but just seemed to be a lot of them. My kids asked if they were being watched while they slept (I assumed they were not). Overall, it was a relaxing holiday weekend, and we had a great stay!

Hi Lauren, I'm glad you and your family enjoyed your stay! We take a huge amount of pride in the cleanliness and safety of the property to ensure the guests are comfortable. Your mentions of the washer dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies were, as you mentioned, exactly as advertised. As listed at our property, the two security cameras and ring door bell are located outdoors, by the stair entrance to the property, downstairs and a ring door bell at the front door, are put in place for the security of both the renter and the owners. These are obvious to the naked eye. There are of course no cameras inside of the home. The only time these cameras are viewed is if we receive a notification that the cameras are offline or if we find problems after a guest stay. Galveston Family Trip

I found this property and messaged and said I was looking to spend a few days with family close to the beach. In no time I was on the way to booking this lovely place. The owner was very helpful in answering my questions.

A happy stay

The house includes a wonderful, well-equipped kitchen, lovely spaces for group activities, is very quiet. The owner is most helpful. We walked three miles on an uncrowded beach each morning.

Perfect Beach house

Adorable house with the perfect beachy patio. House was Very clean and organized and made the stay so comfortable and easy. We loved our time and would definitely come back!
