Beachfront w/ Mini Golf, Ping Pong & Bar Swings

Welcome to "Beachfront Bliss" (kindly named by our producer from HGTV!) Yes we were on HGTV! Our show aired on Sept 16, 2018, on Beachfront Bargain Hunt!

My husband and I have been dreaming about owning a vacation rental for the last 20+ years. We have been renting vacation homes since we got married as we preferred to have our own private space.

And over those years of renting, we have learned so much. We have taken all of those experiences and now have created our own vacation home rental experience for our guests.

I still remember when my kids were young, I wished the beach homes we rented had a fenced-in yard or closed-off balcony so our boys could play freely and safely. Those are the types of details we have built into our beach home. We have made sure the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need including high-end appliances. And what's a kitchen without baking pans to make cookies and cakes!

We also made sure that all of our bedrooms have high-end mattresses for a comfy night's sleep. I love seeing the reviews when guests comment on the mattresses of all things.

The decor of our home is also very cozy and inviting. And then there is the location- right on the beach! It doesn't get any better than this unless we were in the Caribbean! ;)

We also have a guest book in the home and take every comment for improvement very seriously and have made changes accordingly. For example, one guest asked that we leave throw blankets out during the winter (done). Another guest asked that we fix one of the doors that squeaked (done). The guest over the summer suggested we add an outdoor cooler to the patio (done). And then there was the guest that asked for a hot tub....LOL- not so done!

For the most part, our guests don't ask for much and that's because we have really tried to think of everything for families to have the best time in our beach home.

RULES TO BOOK THIS HOUSE:
1. The rental agreement needs to be filled out within 48 hours of booking this home and a copy of a valid government-issued ID will need to be uploaded as a file when filling out the rental agreement (per insurance requirements). The rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking if you book on an online booking site.
2. This home has a strict NO SMOKING and NO EVENTS/PARTY POLICY
3. Maximum number of guests is 8 and only limited to those listed on the rental agreement.
4. Minimum age of primary renter is 25
5. NO PETS
6. Please note, exterior cameras are located at each entrance of the property (front gate, backyard gate and front door.

Jamaica Beach Community Pool: Located 7 miles from Beachfront Bliss at 16721 Jolly Roger, Jamaica Beach, TX 77554, this pool is ideal for guests staying at Beachfront Bliss.
Lasker Community Pool: Situated at 2016 43rd St, Galveston, TX 77550, Lasker Community Pool is just half a mile from Sapphire Shells and 3 miles from Turquoise Shells.
