Golf Cart: A golf cart is included with the rental of this home.

You MUST be 21 years or older WITH a valid Driver’s License to operate the cart!

Please observe all posted speed limits and observe all traffic laws.

Golf Cart cannot be driven on Nature Trails, Boardwalks or sidewalks.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in “Big Sky Beach House” at NatureWalk on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in “Big Sky Beach House”. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

Beautiful house and property!

We had a great time with no issues! House was comfortable and beautiful and the golf cart was the most fun! Hooks for towels in the master bathroom would be nice but that is truly all I can think of. We had an amazing stay in this beautiful neighborhood!

This stunning house is a gem in a perfect little town! Spacious and beautifully designed, it offers ample room for relaxation and entertaining. The comfortable beds ensure restful nights, and the included golf cart makes zipping around the charming community a breeze. You’re just steps from a well-stocked grocery store, pristine beaches, and top-notch pickleball courts. The community pool is a fantastic highlight, perfect for cooling off or socializing. This home truly has it all for an unforgettable stay!

Beautiful home with room for our family for Christmas!The bunk room was a favorite-Kitchen well equipped and easy for multiply cooks-Bedroom mattress in all rooms were very comfortable-Bikes and golf cart in excellent conditionLoved the pickleball courts in neighborhood and the heated poolGas grill was a hit We stay in this neighborhood every Christmas and have stayed in multiply homes there and this house is our favorite by our family!Highly recommend this home for your family-

Absolutely beautiful!!!

We absolutely loved this home! It was beautiful. It was extremely clean plenty of towels bath Clause. Anything that you need. When we return to Santa Rosa I will absolutely stay at this place again perfect location. Everything was just amazing. Great communication I think out of 58 years I’ve been traveling this has been one of the best And my most favorite ever. Keep up the good work keep everything clean as you have been doing. Thanks again for sharing such a wonderful place with my husband and I are children and grandchildren! We will be back!!

Great home for family

The house was great and provided ample space for two families with 6 kids total. The only issue we had was with the space in garage. The listing makes it seem as though the garage is needed for the golf cart that comes with the listing and that is actually only partially accurate. The problem is the owners golf cart is also parked in the garage which does not allow much room to store your beach items. Parking wasn’t a big issue, we were able to find spots just across the street.

Paradise by the Seaside

If you are going to 30A, you’ll love your time at this house. The home is stunning, the layout is top notch, the beds are comfortable, and the included golf cart makes everything better. The kitchen is well stocked, the filtered water from the fridge tastes better than bottled water, and the provided towels and bedding were so soft. The only downside is that you are kind of far from the entrance to the neighborhood and downtown seaside…but that just means more golf cart time. Publix is very close and convenient. We did suffer a flat tire on the cart, but they were extremely quick to get someone dispatched to fix it…no cap (as the youngin’s say), she swapped the tire/rim in about 60 seconds, we’re talking NASCAR pit crew speed…on the 4th of July no less. Big thanks to the team for helping us out that night. Book now, you won’t be sorry, you and your family will love the home and the memories it helps you make!!

Good not great, house needs some TLC

Overall the house is in good condition. It was clean. Not sure if it’s the management company or the owner, but lots of signs of wear and tear. The house could go a long way with just a little bit of maintenance. Several of the pull down shades had broken pulls, the golf cart window had a large crack and a price missing of the windshield, the grill igniter was broken, the freezer leaked. The house is well stocked, kitchen well supplied, but I suggest bringing a good knife if you plan on doing any slicing. The beds were comfortable. The bunk room with the queen beds is pretty cool. Location- not bad, but the trail to the beach does not allow golf carts. Next time we will select something closer to the beach, but this is a matter of preference. The parking is a situation. The owners keep their personal golf cart in the single car garage. Also in the single car garage is the rental golf cart, it’s a tight squeeze even to walk through the garage. Only a single car can park in the driveway. They do have overflow parking available but it’s first come first serve and you may have to walk a distance. The management company is awful. Even with the home improvements I would never rent another property managed by BeachWalk. We tried to get the golf cart windshield replaced and it was almost daily messaging, which was not great while on vacation trying to get this scheduled. Ultimately this should have been prior to arrival. Overall not a bad place to stay, need some love.

We had a great week at this house. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved having the golf cart and bikes to get to the pool, beach, grocery store and seaside. We would definitely recommend this house. Thanks for a great week!

The house was beautiful! We loved going on golf cart rides and bicycle rides. The neighborhood is beautiful and has some neat paths to ride the bikes on. We loved the pools! Overall we had a great time!

Cleanliness was a problem

The house claimed there were 2 parking spots in drive way and only one mid side crossover would fit. We found coarse black hairs in towels and my family does not have coarse black hair. We also found used QTips on the window seal in the master bathroom. The house also had cardboard shelves in fridge due to the previous guest damaging them I am assuming. For the money we paid for this home I expected it to be much cleaner. I did contact the leasing manager with photos and problems and All I heard back was thanks for letting them know. House had nice layout and decor was nice. Gold cart was older and also had previous damage. 2 of the bikes chains fell off on rides and we stopped at a near by bike shop to get the chain put back on. You are only supplied 2 trash bags and one dishwasher pod. There was not even salt and pepper at the house. Pots and pans were also very limited. The house did supply a broom but a vacuum would have been nice to get sand up. One fan on the back porch did not work.

Could not have been better

The house was immaculate everything was perfect beautiful screened in back porch and the front decks are huge. Very spacious and open beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was great very quiet and clean. Location was great less than 10 minutes bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach and very nice pool and gathering area inside the neighborhood. Publix is just outside the neighborhood so very convenient as well. Overall I would highly recommend this rental unit
