Welcome to 'Sugar Magnolia', your 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom getaway in Seagrove Beach.
LOCATION:
NatureWalk at Seagrove is a meticulously planned 155-acre resort community encircled on all sides by Point Washington State Forest. Just a mile from the white sands of the 30A beaches, NatureWalk offers nature trails, a shallow-access pool, heated lap pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, gas grills, fire pit, kitchenette, shower, restrooms, and a sheltered patio with various tables and chairs. Other NatureWalk amenities are available in the neighborhood, including pickleball courts & basketball half-courts. The Lily Lane nature trail also offers a secluded path down to the San Juan Beach Access. Local grocery shopping, dining, and fitness options are right around the corner at WaterColor Crossings.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Sugar Magnolia's spacious front porch welcomes you into the open living room area with beautifully-crafted coffered ceilings, plantation-style shutters, and comfortable couch seating for the entire party. The connected open-plan dining area serves as a great spot for more formal meals, with the walkway through to the kitchen and breakfast bar providing more casual seating arrangements for an additional four guests.
The home's kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances including a fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and more. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with all dinnerware, flatware, and utensils you might need to cater for home cooked meals during your trip.
Across from the kitchen is the home's second living area space, with seating for four people and a large smart TV. Access to the home's large 1st floor back porch provides stunning views of the State Forest as well as an al fresco dining nook.
The second floor is comprised of four sleeping areas. The two queen bedrooms at the front of the home each have private access to the home's fully screened in balcony and share a full bathroom. Down the hallway you'll find the laundry room, as well as a king bedroom with private en suite. The end of the hallway showcases the roomy master suite comprised of a king bed, large smart tv, walk-in closet space, and spacious private bathroom complete with deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower area. The master suite also has private access to the rear balcony.
AMENITIES:
The home provides four brand new beach cruisers for guest use, an array of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach games, a beach wagon, etc.), towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, a garage, and parking on the driveway for up to three vehicles and plentiful roadside parking.

NOTE:
This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any direct or consequential damages.
The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
Trash must be bagged and placed inside roller trash cans with the lid fully secured for pickup.
Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.
