Beautiful home. Love the huge front porch in the mornings. Late nights on the second floor balcony. The golf cart was wonderful to run to Publix, the beach or just explore Nature Walk, Watercolors and Seaside. We even used it to run get a bite for dinner most nights. Great place to take those early morning walk/runs.

The property was exactly what was viewed in the pictures presented. It was properly cleaned and ready for us to arrive. The location is not too far from beach and restaurants/shopping at Seaside. Having the golf cart helped tremendously!! There were some minor things that needing attending to from previous visitors, but property management was quick to resolve. It was pleasant to stay in a quiet community. We had an amazing trip and stay that provided a comfortable feel away from home. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the upcoming future.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with our recent stay. We have been vacationing in this same area for the past 13 years, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst rental experience we have had.We understand that things can occasionally go wrong with a vacation rental. However, the number of issues and attempt at service was too much. We wasted multiple days of our vacation without certain amenities that were marketed with the reservation.We were disappointed with Beachwalk Properties

We absolutely love NatureWalk! The community and gorgeous house felt luxurious! Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, healthy appliances! We would recommend this property to all! Especially families! The xbox was a huge hit with my son, and the house had a ton of beach gear to use!Our only issue was with Beachwalk rental company. They provided a golf cart that was included in the stay. We are a family of 6, with 4 young children.Upon initial inspection of the golf cart, we noticed that all but one safety grab bars were all broken, the headlights didn’t work and could only be driven at night with the highbeams on. We contacted them immediately the next morning regarding the headlight issue and the grab bars and they were not concerned at all. I even provided them photos. I was told they had to send the request to “operations” and they had no eta or any advice.Later, that afternoon, after our first day at the beach, the golfcart didnt start and it was fully charged. Again, Beachwalk was not concerned and was in no urgency to help us. Luckily some good samaritanas helped us, and every time we had to start the golf cart we had to lift the second seat and flip switches in the battery compartment and follow some troubleshooting directions that Beachwalk sent over to us. This honestly left me feeling uneasy driving around with 4 kids, but the golfcart was one of the things the kids looked fwd to the mostThe golfcart in the photos does not match at all what you receive.

Spring break 2023

Relaxing stay. Nice house. Unfortunate we didnt know about pickle ball courts and basketball court prior to our stay. Limits of dishwasher and washing detergent made us feel like we had to ration these. Beach towels would have been great too.

Hi Grace! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your Spring Break vacation at "Cool Your Jets"! The pickle ball courts are marked in all of the marketing for this home and pictures are included as well. BeachWalk has a basic amenity pack that is supplied for the home. 2 dish pods and 1 pack of laundry detergent are left for guests and anything after that, the guests are liable for. Beach towels are also not provided by the owner nor BeachWalk. This is also marketed in all of the marketing for this home as well. Excellent location for families!

Overall, this house and location is an excellent choice especially for families!The Naturewalk community is beautiful and inviting. My kids rode bikes on streets and trails and we felt they were completely safe. The community was also quiet at night.It was very conveniently located near Publix and several restaurants are very close by. It’s also only a short bike or golf cart ride to Seaside hub.The beach access point at San Juan was the one we used daily. I never had an issue finding parking there during my stay. The beach was also not overly crowded even the last week of June.I would recommend to any families especially with older kids/teens.

This was a great vacation for our family of 5. We have 3 kids, 2 are teenagers. All of us loved the area and it felt very safe and quiet. This unit was in a great spot next to a couple swings and pickle ball court. My kids loved the bikes. We could ride the golf cart everywhere, that was so convenient. The house was clean and spacious. There was an Xbox my son played on a couple times. There is many tv options and big bathrooms. There is a nice washer and dryer we used one day before leaving so we went back with clean clothes. The back porch has a screened area we could keep our beach items on. We had a great experience and it was the best week in October. Seaside was a short distance we went to several times for food and shops. So fun!

Vacation, July 2024

Our stay at this property was a little discouraging house was clean, but we pulled up one bike was missing. One bike had no chain. All the other bikes had flat tires. The golf cart windshield was broken. Garbage was overflowing. The description said there were TVs in every room, which was false. Location was nice a little bit too far for us from the beach with the host extremely poor never got back to us never fixed the bikes definitely would not rent from this property again.

We're pleased to inform you that all the bikes are now in proper working order. Regarding the golf cart windshield, we were unaware of this issue during your stay, or we would have arranged for its replacement promptly. Regarding the absence of TVs in every bedroom, this detail is not included in our marketing materials. The location of Cool Your Jets is clearly specified in all our marketing materials prior to booking. We understand that this property did not fully meet your family's expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. The house was great, as it was last year. The golf cart in the package was broken and unreliable. Enjoyment of the house is very dependent upon the cart functioning, due to the distance from the beach. I reported the inoperable condition in minute detail from the very beginning and throughout the entire week, both by written messages and on the phone. The lady with Nature Walk just kept trying to cut me off and was obviously not interested. A repair person looked at it twice, never spoke with me, and the office just indicated essentially that we had the toggle switch off, etc.. I explained that it was off due to the 20 times we tried to trick into working. It had to be plugged in a couple of seconds to trick it into operating. Of course you cannot plug it in at your destination, such as at the beach, where we were stranded and had to call for a ride from others in our group. The cart was left at the beach for 2 nights in a row, before a repair person took it. The cart remained inoperable and in the same state after the repair. It could still be tricked into working sometimes.The week was over after their delays and failure to repair. Nature Walk was going to apply for us to be compensated for one day of use on the cart included with the house package. What about compensation for the rest of the week or more importantly for the effect it had on the use and enjoyment of the entire house package?

Great vacation house with plenty of room for a large family (6 people). We had a wonderful stay and the community was beautiful - loved the variety of pools, proximity to the beach and restaurants and grocery store, Publix. The golf cart was a fun perk, nice to travel to the beaches without getting sand in our van. The bikes were fun too for my older kids, although 2 of the 5 were unusable and all needed some maintenance. Laundry on site was convenient although we did several loads of laundry and had to purchase more laundry and dish detergent for cleaning. We communicated a couple of minor concerns to the host, but overall a positive experience. We would stay again!

I had requests and questions that were ignored. Did not like the response from BeachWalk. Our golf cart was dead every time we unplugged it. Got no help from beachwalk. We discovered on our own that there was a reset button down under the dash. Sometimes we had to push it 4 or 5 times before the cart would work. Good thing we found it as they promised to send someone to look at the cart and they never showed up. Would be nice if there were some beach towels available as when you are flying they take up too much room to pack.
