Completely remodeled beachfront condominium with swimming pool and beach access

Ramsgate Harbour Unit 66 is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath multi-level beachfront condo located in the Ramsgate Harbour Community on the west end of Panama City Beach. It is adjacent to Carillon Beach, Publix, CVS, and Aldi. Unit 66 is a two-story unit located on the second floor with keyless entry, two beachfront balconies, covered parking, and a beachfront pool with restrooms and grills.

The COMPLETELY REMODELED UNIT sleeps seven. Living area includes dinner table, breakfast bar, and couch w/pullout queen bed. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV and an oversized shower while the spare bedroom has one queen bed and a twin bunk adjacent to a common bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The great thing about Ramsgate is that you don't have to deal with the crowded condos and high rises of Panama City Beach, but yet it's only a short commute to all the favorite restaurants and shopping on 30A and Pier Park. Our stretch of beach is secluded and extremely quiet with ample room to relax. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing getaway, then Ramsgate Unit 66 is the place for you.

Family Beach Getaway

Great condo! Perfect location!

This is our second year staying at Ramsgate Harbour, and we absolutely love the location. Feels like a private beach and very convenient to 30A. We would never stay anywhere else in Panama City Beach. The condo had everything we needed for the week, and it was the perfect home away from home!

Great Location

This was not the first time we have stayed at this unit, and it was excellent as always. Parking validation was new and it was very convenient, as you do it on your mobile phone. This unit is on the end and is a great location for beach access and pool access.

Another great beach visit

This was our second time staying at this unit, and it was just as great this year as last year. We love all of the amenities and the close proximity to the beach. It's perfect for our family of 4.

Great place!

Loved our stay! Condo is updated and very nice. Ramsgate is in great location. Beach is not crowded at all, and close enough to all of the popular areas to easily visit if desired. Would definitely go back!

Very Nice Place

When we walked in, the first thing we could smell was how clean it was. Very nice place and we will definitely be back in the future. One of the only downfalls was there was not a usable closet in the master bedroom. We got some small ladder that was somewhere else in the condo and used that so we made it work.

Relaxing beach location

This property is located on a relaxing beach. The pool is convenient for when the ocean is rough. Daily ocean front chair service is icing on the cake. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. It is great for a family beach getaway.

Perfect vacation

We loved our week at Ramsgate Harbour. The views were fantastic, the convenience was unbeatable and overall the unit was beautiful. Some of the reviews mention no iron, but the owners must have bought one as there was one in the kids room. As some of the other reviews mention there isn't a closet in the master bedroom, but that didn't bother us. We're usually pretty casual on vacation, and there is a double closet in the kids room that we used for the few hanging clothes we brought. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental were also a nice surprise. Overall, it was a perfect vacation. We'll be back for sure.

Welcoming home

Well kept, updated. Loved the huge master shower.you can tell a loving family/fun grandparents own the condo. Games in closet, full stocked kitchen only would request stainless steal pans for cooking.Pros: on the beach easy to go up and down to condo if kids get tire, beach isn’t crowded at all away from the busy areas is so nice!2 full bathrooms and a half bath didn’t expect that.Loved the kitchen table chairs easy to wipe with kids eating.The 2 plush cushion beach lounge chairs with umbrella that are included in rental was so helpful!Con’s:The WiFi modem is in master bedroom and shines bright light pointed at bed so it’s not fully dark. We just unplugged the modem and plugged back in. Also the mattress in master room is Tempur-pedic type on the firmer side fyi.Some minor sugar ants at bottom of stairs. Couldn’t get the cable tv to work, wanted us to login not sure what that’s about.

Wonderful modern condo right on the beach

We had an extremely wonderful week right on the beach in this newly renovated condo. It appears that the condo was quite recently fully renovated, from the appliances to the flooring, it was all brand new and modern. I know from speaking to other guests in the condos that some of the condos are quite outdated. This place is literally right on the beach and included beach chairs and an umbrella with a rental country. It is a perfect location as there are 2 supermarkets and CVS right across the street, Walmart is about an 8 min drive. We have zero complaints about this place which is a bummer as it means it will more challenging to book in the future due to the demand. We will definitely come back.

Upon check in the kitchen had sand fleas/ants and could not have any food out even the coffee maker had bugs inside it!Received no email to register car which was a hassle. The air filter if plugged restricting good air. Their is NOT 1 smoke detector in this unit not sure how that passed inspections and not to mention fire marshall also glass was broke in living room NOT tempered per code. Dresser was broke could not use or hand clothes. It said complete renovation we’ll only the outside from was renovated as far as we could see. The couch was like a rock and awful as is the plastic chairs through out. Unit 6 building in general does not seem to comply with beach rental company as many of us had issues with others taking our stuff because they were not registered. Several of us got LOCKED out of beech area and from getting back in due to gate even grounds keeper tried and he said it was broke. Toaster - please spend 20 and get one that toasts. Will NOT be back to building 6 at all!!!!!Ramsgate does not answer phone so after you book you are on your own!!!!!!Owner of this unit was responsive and helped me on the ramsgate faults but unit is not comfortable needs attention. Sorry .

Great place!

The unit provided almost everything we needed. It is on the end of the building which provided some privacy. The balcony views are slightly impeded by the new houses built to the right, which was a little bit of a letdown but nothing major. The kitchen is well stocked but could use some pot holders as we could find none. There is also no access to a closet in master bedroom but we did have ample drawer space so that was helpful. Also, if you have people who have problems navigating stairs, there are 2 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit and then another set to get to bedrooms. The unit was clean and had plenty space of space for our needs. Manager was also prompt in answering all of my questions. Thanks for sharing your home.

Nice Unit

We had to rent this unit last minute because another unit in the complex canceled on us due to construction...ugh. Recently updated unit. There is no closet to be used in the master which was ok for just the two of us but would have been hard if others were with us. There also were no hangers in the unit, no toaster, and no iron and ironing board. Rental said there was a toaster. The other items are just needed for a rental in my opinion. There are a lot of steps and no elevator. The beach in this area is great not crowded like some areas we have rented in before. Very convenient to Rosemary restaurants without the crowds on the beaches, plus great beach walking in this area.

Great location.

The condo was comfortable, and well decorated. Location couldn’t have been better. Kitchen was very well stocked. Owner was responsive and friendly. My only caution is that if you have a person in your party who can’t go up stairs this is not the place you need. Other than that it was perfect.
