The check in process wasn’t great as we had to drive to another location to pick up keys and parking passes. The dishwasher was broken. There were no starter amenities (like soap). The location was great though. I’d just recommend you pack everything you’d need and include some lanyards for the room/ building key.

Beautiful tower

Overall it’s a beautiful tower and property but could definitely use a super deep clean! Working with the managing company on this stay was an absolute nightmare though.

Breathe Taking View

The view was absolutely breathe taking in this condo. From waking up in the morning to large windows with the sunrise and ocean to watching the sunset every evening on the patio. The condo was clean, the builling was clean and very nice. Overall beyond happy with our stay at this property!

Million Dollar View

Our only complaint was the check in process and the umbrella/chair rentals. The key fobs etc could be left on the kitchen counter instead of off site. We were not informed that the chairs and umbrellas at the beach had to be reserved way in advance. The view was incredible! The unit could use some TLC updating but we were generally happy.

Loved the location. Management was wonderful. A fluke accident happened where the door locked from the inside, and management came right away and fixed it. The condo could you a good deep cleaning, but overall it was good. I would stay there again.,

Everything was great as far as the property. It was clean and had the perfect view. The only bad thing was i paid extra to stay until 12:00 pm instead of leaving at 9:00 am and when we went downstairs for a while at 10:00 when we came back to the condo we couldn't get in because the door code was changed at 9. There was no one on the property to help us. I had to use someone elses phone to call the property to get the door code changed. All of that took an hour.

Would stay here again

Overall experience was great! We love Silver Beach Towers. 18th floor has an amazing view. Lighting in the kitchen is pretty terrible and the TVs are pretty tiny, but if that’s the only thing to complain about, I’d say all in all it’s a pretty great place!!

A Little Bit of Paradise!

Location and property absolutely beautiful. Loved the proximity to the beach. I think the condo decor could be updated a bit but just my personal opinion. There was a drape in the master bedroom that needed to be rehung. I would definitely book this property again. First time in Destin and will be back next year.

Perfect small space 🏖

We had a wonderful stay in this small condo. The amenities are top notch at Silver Beach Towers. 2 beautiful pools, private beach access and a stoplight at the entrance to save you the headache of trying to pull out in the crazy traffic. 6 adults stayed the week and had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen is well equipped, although a crock pot would be nice 😉 The view from the balcony is amazing. I highly recommend this property for a beach Vacay.

Room needs updating. Lights switches are reversed. Beds are horrible, specifically the spare bedroom. Good on pots and pans. Wish stove was gas, not electric. All was decent though. View and beach were amazing.

Amazing!

I can’t put into words to describe the overall experience my wife & I had… first off, the room was very spacious and open. It was located on the 18th floor so we had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony, and hearing the ocean waves crashing in every morning & night was very therapeutic! The staff was very kind & helpful for any needs or questions we had! The surrounding area had a lot of local entertainment opportunities & restaurants with amazing food! The beach was clean and had the whitest sand I have ever seen, with clear emerald green ocean water! We definitely had a great time, and would strongly recommended a vacation to destin Fl, at the Silver Beach towers!

Awesome place to stay

We loved the property and condo. We loved the split layout of the condo. It was very clean but the rug in the living room and bathroom could be replaced. Garage assigned parking was awesome. Easy assess to and from the room to the garage or pool. $40 a day for the chair rental was steep and we brought our own but had. To be at the back of the others to use them. That was my biggest let down but the condo was wonderful. Definitely would stay again

Pro:Excellent view with ocean frontRoom is good with ocean viewPlenty space to familyCons:Mattress is horrible . It has been at least 10 years old. Beds didn’t balance . It didn’t have bed frame. Mattress is only on temporary frame.After 4 night, back is hurting so much .Bathtub is disgusting. All mud came out when turning on.Furniture is at least decade.Need a lot update and cleaning . Inconvenience for people flying from different state because you could not pack household supply as detergent, shampoo, soap ,paper towel, bath tissue.they just give initial supply for first 24 hours.

Mixed fillings

We stayed at property in the end of June 2024. Condo needed to be renovated 10 years ago. A lot of plates and bowls are broken. Fry pan is complete garbage. There are no salt, no paper, nothing for the start. Floor in small bathroom was never washed for month probably. Some towels are very old and gray. Location of condo and view are very good. You not allowed to bring own umbrella to the beach ( safety reason), so you have to buy set ( 2 chairs and umbrella) for $65 per day, or only umbrella for $25 per day. Condo has underground garage. Water clear and warm. Management company Southern Vacation Rentals is responding quick if there is any problems.

Can’t wait to come back!

It was our first time renting a condo. I usually like hotels because they have more amenities. My kids are older now and we don’t need a resort style hotel. I seen the bad reviews about the room being outdated so I was a little nervous. I walked in and couldn’t believe how beautiful this place was. My kids had their own room and bathroom on the other side of the condo. My husband and I had our Master bed and bath. The large bath tub didn’t work. The button was broke. Both bedrooms had their own access to the balcony and the living area did too. The view from the 18th floor was beautiful. We could see sharks, fish, dolphins and stingrays from that high up. I would be nervous If my kids were younger. It was not crowded. I think the Florida kids were back in school. The parking was very clean and easy to get in and out of the garage. I can’t wait to go back!

Great location and view but old condo

The view from the room was amazing and the accessibility to the beach was perfect especially if you have a baby that wants to nap every three hours. However, the condo itself was pretty old, you can tell they have not updated it in years. We booked it for 4 nights and you get 1 roll of toilet paper in each restroom so by the last night we had already ran out and you had to buy your own. Not what you would expect after paying thousands for the 4 night stay. Especially if it’s meant for 6 people even though it was just 2 adults, 2 kids and an infant. You get an itty bitty thing of soap to wash dishes that you will use up in 2 washes and two trash bags. Again not enough for a 4 night stay and the amount of people. I was just really disappointed in the basic essentials that I think any place should offer if you’re in the hospitality business. If you book it just know you’ll have to buy a lot of basic essentials.

$750 Curtain Charge

The location on the beach was great with wonderful views. The condominium was dated with older furniture and the beds were not very comfortable. Property was older and had signs of wear and tear. This caused us to get charged for something that was not our fault. We are giving a poor review due to our experience in dealing with a maintenance issue while we were renting the unit. The curtains in the living room and the hardware fell while opening the curtains. Nothing negligent was done to cause this situation to happen by us. It is obvious the unit had a previous issue that had not been addressed. We called immediately to report the incident and we were told a work order would be done. No one repaired the curtains while we were there, nor called us and shortly after we checked out we were billed $750 for repair of the curtains! Beware of renting this unit as we were not treated fairly.
