ABOUT THE HOME: Love of the Gulf of Mexico runs deep in this luxury 30A getaway located in Eagle's Landing. "AmorSea" is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home that is so close to the beach that you can hear the waves while you float in the private pool. This home is oozing with cozy coastal comfort and has everything you'll need to make for a beautiful vacation on the beach. Beyond the high-end furnishings and reclaimed wood tables inside, step out back and discover an outdoor oasis waiting for you and your guests to enjoy. The hardest part of your vacation will be deciding between lounging by the temperature-controlled swim-spa, around the cozy fire pit, or at one of the tables; all enjoyed from the privacy of your back yard living space.

ABOUT THE AREA: Just across 98 is the famous "Donut Hole" restaurant as well as "The Crossings at Inlet Beach" which will have many boutiques and dining available at a 5-minute walk. Walk or ride bikes to neighboring Rosemary Beach or Seacrest Beach for nightly entertainment on the grounds, candy and ice creamery, and local restaurants. We are pleased to provide you with six bikes to easily travel between all of the neighboring beachside communities. Please note, there is ongoing construction in the adjacent lot.

• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
