Beautiful 4 bed / 4.5 bath. Located immediately across from the Rosemary beach tennis courts and a short walk of 350 yards to the beach. House is finished with high end furniture, appliances, and accessories. 2 king, 1 queen, 2 single, and 2 large comfortable couches for additional sleeping room, sleeps 10.

**Please note that this property does not come with access to the Rosemary Beach pools or amenities****


Street legal golf cart is available for a fee (120/day or 700/week)

Please make sure to report the correct number of the guests.
There is a 150$ fee per night for any unreported guest.

Also available for rental is a 1br/1br carriage house for an additional $215/night if rented simultaneously with the main house when available dates overlap (VRBO Listing #481175).

Lower your expectation

Pros: Great location, walking distance from the beach and shops. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was small but nice to have for the kids. Cons: Fan in the sitting area was dusty and had a giant spider web wrapped around the base so it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Poor communication when issues were reported to the owner. No beach towels so make sure to pack your own. Dryer didn't work. I understand it's hard to get someone to fix it right away but it took 2 days to even get a response from the owner. The error on the dryer said it was a clogged exhaust which wouldn't have been an issue if the house was regularly maintained. Nobody could fix it during our stay so we had to hang dry all the towels for the pool, shower, and beach. The curtain in one of the bedrooms was on the floor with a broken rail so the kids that slept in that room were waking up with the sun every morning because of this. Again, easy maintenance that was ignored. After checking in we were told not to use on of the shower functions because of a leak. All in all the location was good and the size of the house was perfect for our group but the inconveniences and lack of response really soured the experience.

Not nearly as good as the pictures

This property was not ash well kept or as clean as the pictures indicated. The pool area and landscaping desperately needed the weeds pulled and the plants pruned. The outdoor fountain wasn’t functional and there were many beach related items of the owners cluttering the courtyard area. Inside, the furniture was soiled and Christmas decorations were still displayed. The hardwood floors were well worn and in need of refinishing. The light switches weren’t disinfected per the Covid guidelines because fingerprints were visible on most of them. The washer and dryer doors on the second floor were supposed to be bifold, but the hinges were broken and a half attempt was made to make them barn door style that in no way was functional. The master bathroom door lock was completely missing and you could see the wood cut out where the lock once was. Additionally, the door wouldn’t stay shut bc it wasn’t weighted properly with the lock removed. The master balcony revealed a junk pile of beach gear and bikes below behind a fence that was unsightly. Finally, there was a backyard that wasn’t accessible by guests that was easily in view from any upstairs windows that hadn’t been maintained in a very long time. The rental fee for this home was at a premium level, but the upkeep was far below satisfactory level.

Loved the house & area

House was clean and well maintained. Furnishings are top notch. Kids loved the pool. Rented bikes for the week and loved touring the area. Owner & rep stayed in touch and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property close to everything

Our family really enjoyed the house. Host was extremely accommodating. House not in Rosemary technically, so had to figure out our own chairs. But the host helped by providing equipment which is very helpful.

The best place!

So this wonderful/relaxing place has the best location and response from the owners. With a short walk to the beach, bike rentals, and all the fun shopping and restaurants in Rosemary and Inlet Beach, you might not notice the pool. But we did and took total advantage. Our sons rarely left it! We loved our week there with friends and family and hope to be back!

Perfect Getaway

Great house in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach with shopping and great food nearby. Lana was very responsive and the house is beautiful. We'll be back!!

Great host

House was clean and comfortable to stay. Very quick response from the owner which made everything easy. Great location for tennis player as tennis courts are in front of the house. Easy to walk to local restaurants and beach.

The Beeping house. . Because of pool Alarm

Was great, needed carriage house Because of ages of kids. Easy walk to Rosemary stores and coffee shop. Traffic was awful and we were thankful we could walk almost everywhere. Lana was great to work with!

Family Vacation

A lovely home just across from the tennis courts at Rosemary Beach. There are two bedrooms with king beds, one with a queen, and a fourth with two twins. There’s also an additional space with a day bed. The home is well laid out with two bedrooms on each the second and third floors. We enjoyed the balcony spaces and the private pool, the close proximity to the amenities at Rosmeary, and, of course, the beautiful white sands and emerald waters of inlet beach.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is nice. We loved the pool! It was March, slight chill in the air, so we paid the extra fee to have it heated- it was perfect! It is technically in Inlet but across the street from Rosemary. Easy walk or bike to the beach and Rosemary shopping/dining area. There are two masters on the 3rd floor, one is slightly bigger with a balcony, but both have king beds and on suite bathrooms. Second floor has two bedrooms- one has its own bath with two twin beds, the other room is a queen with full bath in hall. There is a day bed on the second floor also, but we did not need it. Main living is a nice large space. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. If another bedroom is needed, the carriage house would be a nice add on. Property manager was very responsive, although we didn’t need much as the property was as to be expected and we had a wonderful stay! Would stay here again!!

Wonderful House & Location

Awesome house and great location! My kids and I really enjoyed your beautiful, clean and decorated home. Everything we needed was available. Nothing better than walking out the door and either heading to the beach or just a few steps to the private pool. It was especially nice during this time of the pandemic to have a nice clean gas grill to use. Can’t wait to book again!

Family getaway

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing long weekend at this beautiful home. We loved the decor and comfortable beds and the privacy of the floor plan. We all enjoyed the pool and patio area. We will hope to return!

Great home for a big family

If you’re looking for a peaceful, well kept property, this isn’t it!

We were so excited to visit Rosemary Beach & the Winston Lane property in particular. But Oh SO disappointed when we got there. The house could be gorgeous, there’s high end finishes & furnishings. Unfortunately it’s been neglected & the photographs on the site don’t represent reality. The house generally was grubby and in need of a good clean. - Sofa cushions & dining room chair cushions are grimy and need cleaning or replacing. - There are safety concerns, outlets without covers, a stair railing detached from the wall & loose - The electronic lock on the entry door functions BUT you can’t prevent the door opening from the inside, a definite safety concern if you have small children as we do. What is also not apparent from the photos is how close together the properties are. Sitting out by the pool was not at all peaceful as our neighbors door alarms were constantly going off & you could hear conversations etc all the time. Although the pool itself was nice, it was small & the pool light was non functional, making it difficult to swim in the evening. Landscaped areas in the pool courtyard are choked with weeds and don’t do anything for the ambience. We let the owner know about the shortcomings, & safety items, not as a complaint but to be informative as they are in Europe, & might not know what’s going on. Although originally receptive, even grateful for our comments, they then accused us of blocking the toilets & withheld $300 of our deposit. This was absolutely untrue and we are now following the dispute process with VRBO To sum up, if you’re looking for value for money, this isn’t it!

Great house in great location!

Great house with PLENTY of space to accommodate two families (4 adults, 2 teens, 3 children)! The house is bright and airy, and very nicely furnished. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds and ample closet space. The den/living area on the second floor is great extra sleeping/hangout space. It is hard to find a house that has two master bedrooms with generously sized bathrooms. We usually end up sharing a bathroom with kids, so not having to do this made our stay that much more pleasant! The pool and patio area is large, and nicely furnished for lounging and dining. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. We would definitely rent this property again!
