Enjoy our 2 bedrooms, 1 bath vacation home with an outdoor living area and free parking.

We are vacation rental specialists managing hundreds of rentals all over South Florida. We offer early bag drop and early check-in services (IF available), as well as 24/7 customer support, self-check-in, goodies on arrival, and cooking basics.

The unit's decorated with love and care and furnished with NEW everything - mattresses, cozy pillows, fully equipped kitchen, unlimited WIFI, and soft towels and sheets. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and futon, the 2nd room has a full bed, and the living area has its own sofa bed. Walking distance to Starbucks, Subculture Coffee, or my favorite - Kapow! A stroll to Flagler waterside Park and a short drive to the beach.

Please be advised that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form via a third-party application called Duve. This is where we provide all the important details that you must know during your stay, such as check-in instruction, full address, WIFI and so much more. Thank you!

Convenient Location

Property manageable. We are railroad people so having the tracks close was a plus. Property needs some attention to detail (there were no wash cloths and only three towels, the hair dryer didn't work at all, the mini blinds were not properly installed, there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels (we bought some of our own). The AC constantly ran so to keep from having it burn up, I turned it on and off as needed while we were there. Someone was supposed to come to look at it on Sunday but did not show. It would run all night and the temperature would be 65 degrees when we would wake up. Property has potential but the property manager and employees need to take better care to see that things are working and in order.

Literally a crack house. Do not stay here. I have never been so mislead about a listing in my entire life. If by "relaxing" they mean you get to hear loud music until 10pm and then a train blowing its horn every hour then maybe someone finds that fun but I could not. I woke up to a roach at my bedside. Boogers are on the walls, the closets are disgusting, constant bugs flying around inside the property. The pictures do not represent the actual property at all. The blinds were missing completely in the main bedroom and the rest of the blinds were torn apart as if a jaguar had been living there for the last month. Mold everywhere, drugs on the front windowsill when you arrive, holes in the walls. I may sound like I'm exaggerating but I have the pictures to prove it and they refused any refund after I reported the issues and left the property the next day after staying a single night although I paid for an entire work week. If you call for support for the number they have posted inside the residence, you'll reach an Indian call center and they will not assist you with anything regardless of their words to "escalate the issue" Bars are on some but not all of the windows. The batteries in the remote for the TV were dead. The sheets and towels had weird dirt on them. It's really a terrible place to stay and I cannot warn people enough to stay away for your own sanity.

BEWARE

This place is a dump and in a very unsafe neighborhood!! The locked gate is a safety hotel pool gate! We never stayed….owner agreed to refund but only seen a fraction of what I paid!! We pulled up to two men make a drug deal out front of apartment building! Mold around tub and cockroaches!!

Photos look better than it is, location not great

The host was great and helped us when we had issues with the WIFI. However, this property certainly had some editing done on the photos to make it look nicer than it actually is. The location is also a few blocks off the main area into a questionable neighborhood.

Nice

It was a nice stay for the one night before our cruise. The iron didn't work, but we made due. Also, had some wifi issues but no big deal for one night. There was alot of communication between us and the host, regarding the issues, and they accommodated the best they could. So overall for a one night stay it was comfortable and clean.

West Palm Beach Rental

Overall it was clean. An additional tv in the living room would be more convenient than just in the bedrooms. Unit needs additional kitchen items such as mixing bowls and dish towels. The toaster needs to be replaced. The train does run right by the unit. The unit was convenient to the downtown, waterfront with beautiful yachts and places we wanted to visit.
