This is an apartment with a first floor and a second floor. Only one neighbor above, which gives the impression of living in a house.

## Emplacement
Saint-Ouen, a town of 44,000 inhabitants bordering Paris between Saint-Denis and Montmartre, is located on the right bank of the Seine.
Saint-Ouen was founded in the early Middle Ages as a dependency of the Abbey of Saint-Denis. The town owes its name to a 7th-century bishop who came to sanctify it. In 1830, a financial company opened a canal port and docks. It was during this period that rapid industrialization began, marked by a highly diverse population. Today, with a population of 40,000, Saint-Ouen is a dynamic town where the tradition of the flea market lives on.
