A spacious 4000 sq. ft. home welcomes you. It’s situated on 6 acres with a view of the Lake of the Ozarks located in a quiet neighborhood and cove. There is a public boat launch just a few steps away at the cul-de-sac where you can enter for swimming in the lake.

This home is open concept, tastefully decorated and has a large kitchen with a dining area that seats 8.
Three comfortable sitting areas; Two on main floor and one upstairs with a nice couch while you relax and watch TV. Also, a game table is upstairs.
This home has 5 bedrooms, 4 have king size beds with 3 with en-suite bathrooms. The bedroom upstairs has 2 queen size beds and 1 twin. The bedroom downstairs has a King size size bed a large TV with a sectional for comfortable seating. There is also a half bath located on the main floor. This home will comfortably sleep 13.

Outdoor space includes a large yard for lawn games, a fire pit, a patio with furniture and a pellet grill for making fabulous tasting food.
We are located just 5 miles from the Ball Park Fields and 9 miles from the Ozark Amphitheater in case you want to catch a concert. Check out ozarksamphitheater.com

Wonderful home

House was wonderful! We had enough room to spread out. Had all the amenities we needed for the week we were there. Host was wonderful and easy to communicate with.

Peaceful Place to Stay

Staying at this house was so relaxing. It’s in a nice and quiet location and was the perfect spot for our trip.

Family Reunion

Property worked great for us. We were gathering for a family reunion at a cousins house at the lake. The three master bedrooms were ideal for me and two brothers in laws.

Plenty of space

We were very happy with our Ozarks vacation. Once we found Ha Ha Tonka state park nearby we spent lots of time there. The house had plenty space for to spread out. Highly recommend this property for large family vacations.

Perfect Location Close to Ballpark National

Spacious does not begin to describe this beautiful home. There were great spaces for gathering, but still plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. The only draw back I could find was not having easy water access to fish or swim. Not a problem for me, but if you prefer to be on the water it might be an issue.

Relaxed & Recharged

Wonderful home for our weekend getaway! Coming in from different directions we met up with family & friends at the house & had an excellent time. We loved that there was plenty of space to spread out and the huge open kitchen/dining/family room was perfect! We had concert tickets at the Ozark Amphitheater. The location was close to the amphitheater. The house is super clean and the decor is magazine worthy. I highly recommend this wonderful home!

Beautiful and very spacious home

We stayed in this home for a softball tournament. We stayed with our sister and her family and even with 4 adults and a lot of kids we had plenty of room! It is close to ballfields but has a very nice private feel. The only odd things we found about the house was not a single tv on the main floor. We would most certainly stay away! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and very spacious! We had 6 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room to spread out inside and out. The big yard had lots of room for games and kite flying. Dave and Laura are wonderful hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. If you want a fun place for all ages, go to Dog Days swim up bar and grill. Brewed Awakenings bakery is a yummy place to enjoy delicious coffee and pastries. We tried many of their offerings and weren’t disappointed!! We enjoyed our family time celebrating anniversaries and a 1st birthday and would stay here again!

Excellent Property! Very clean, huge house. Must see.

This is a gorgeous house with 4,000 sq. feet. Needless to say there is plenty of space for all sizes of families. My wife and I (50s), stayed with my daughter (19), parents (70s) and mother-in-law (70s). Every person had their own place to stay and each had their own bathroom. We stayed there for the 4th of july weekend and couldnt have been more pleased. The house looks just like it does in the pictures. We highly recommend this house to anyone. Dave and Laura were very nice and accommodating.

Weekend at the lake!

We had a wonderful time at this property and this location. The house is very convenient to get to. It was our first time at lake of the Ozark’s. We took a boat with us. The cove the property was on was very quiet and peaceful. The house was very spacious and clean. The front and back yard were both enormous and home of a kids VS parents whiffle ball series. Which I am sad to report the kids won. We would definitely return to this property if our travels brought us back here again.

Friends vacation 2023

We truly enjoyed ourselves at this home. It was just as listed. There were 10 adults, a mini 1977 class reunion. The house was just as listed. Our only problem, was that there was no bathroom upstairs or in the basement. However, the 10 of us made it work. We were in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, beaches and winerys. Everyone expressed that they had a good time.

Roomy and comfortable

House is spacious, comfy, gorgeous! We definitely had room to spread out, great since we were traveling with my parents in law and my BIL’s family. We enjoyed the huge yard with games of wiffle ball and volleyball. Owner was responsive with any inquiries I had. The air wasn’t working while we were there so it got pretty warm our second night, but they scheduled a tech to come out within a couple of days. No fault there.. can’t schedule a breakdown. Overall we had a great stay and would use the house again in the future. Just notes for improvement.. listing could be updated to state what floor the amenities are on. The only tvs are either up or down stairs so my in laws did not have access to a tv because couldn’t do stairs. Additionally, there were only enough washcloths for like 6 people, luckily I always bring my own. We would also prefer somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom so we don’t have to wash them daily. Normally I would hang in the closet if not bathroom but the closets were all filled with the homeowners things. Also there were no grilling utensils and very few serving/cooking utensils/pans in general. It would be great to have a stock pot for pastas as I cooked spaghetti for 11 in a small sauce pan and a deep frying pan, having to split it out into two sets to get it all cooked. Also, there is a grill to use, but no grilling utensils, so I used the one set of short tongs and short handled spatula that I could find.. not ideal when working with a hot grill.

Labor day weekend

Communication with owners was great plenty of room for family and friends. Pics match the set up of the property exactly. It's a little further from Osage than anticipated 30-40 minutes but for the amount of people we had you can't beat it. We had a great time highly recommend 👍🏾

Weekend rendezvous

The house was beautiful. It was very spacious. There were plenty of rooms for everyone. The outdide property what right on point with options to go congregate and entertain ourselves.

Great house with big yard

It was a great experience. House is big and sleeps plenty, very large yard and close to Great Lakes and state parks. My family and I had a great time, no issues

This is our home. We love it and put a lot of thought and care into it. Our home is warm and welcoming and situated in a quiet neighborhood so you can just enjoy your family time as you get away from it all. We are located very near the lake but considered 'second-tier' because we are not right no the lakefront. We have Lake access of course so you can enjoy the lake at any time. We have a large property ( 6 acres) for you to enjoy.
