Escape to this beautiful multi-level lakefront home, perfect for large groups and multiple families! Nestled in a quiet cove within a private neighborhood on the southeast shore of Lake Livingston, this home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and fun.

Only an hour from Houston, this retreat is a fantastic getaway for families—including those with small children. We provide a highchair and pack-n-play (bedding available or bring your own), ensuring a comfortable stay for little ones.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a Keurig, coffee pot, crockpot, toaster, and blender—plus, we supply paper products for added convenience. The bathrooms are also stocked with soaps and fresh bath linens, so you can pack light and enjoy your stay stress-free.

Outdoor Fun & Relaxation
Step outside and embrace lake life! Whether you’re grilling up a feast on the BBQ grill (propane and charcoal available), fishing off the boathouse, or unwinding on the floating Lilly pad, there’s something for everyone. With a private clubhouse just across the street, you'll have all the space and comfort you need to relax unwind, and make lasting memories.

Bring your own boat or jet skis and launch them at the nearby Beacon Bay Marina. (Please note: watercraft must be taken out overnight.)

We had a fantastic Labor Day weekend. The house was super clean when we arrived. It is beautiful and extremely well stocked. There were so many things that helped to make our stay more convenient. We loved the Lake view, all of the outdoor cooking options, outdoor seating, and the fire pit! Both teenagers and adults were happy and looking forward to going back.

Lake vacation

The check in process was very easy. We had a good time this trip and the house everything you need. We even hung out at the club house across the street. Great place to stay with family and friends.

The spot for teens

We had originally planned a week in Galveston but Hurricane Beryl had other plans. This cabin could not have been better! The fishing off of the dock was great, tons of water toys, lily pad, paddle boards, a rope swing that was used over and over and over…..we also rented jet skis nearby. We had a family weekend we will remember forever! There is also a room across the street the teens used too. If you are traveling with older kids that want to do there own thing yet still be all together, this is the place! Very clean as well!

Lake Trip 2024

We have stayed here multiple times. The layout of the house is perfect for my family. It is well stocked and located in a quiet neighborhood. We spend most of our time at the boathouse which has a lot of space and a great view of the lake. Love the new furniture that has been added downstairs. This house is awesome!

Lake Time

This is our 2nd time to stay at this house and we had so much fun. Spent most of our time at the boat house which is huge and has plenty of covered area to get out of the sun. The house is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Perfect for my family. Can't wait to come back next summer.

Something for Everyone!

We all had a wonderful time! Ten of us, from 12 to 83, had plenty of space to play, relax, swim, float, paint or read. The rope swing and gameroom were the biggest hit of all! Wonderful house and location, with great communication from the owner. Great vacation full of wonderful memories!

Perfect for a couple of Adults and a Group of Teens

House was perfect for our weekend stay. All lake activities that we need at the dock, hot tub, firepit, is perfect for a weekend. Pretty similar to the pictures, even better I would say. But, in our case, the configuration of the big room on the first floor was perfect...to leave the teens all together and while the adults were still able to relax in the living room or in the porch with a beautiful lake view....BTW, the view...sunset...is just perfect.

Wonderful house for large group

This was a great house for a family gathering! Good location and amenities. We enjoyed playing on the rope swing, in the water, the clubhouse, the hot tub and with our yard games in the lawn. An overall wonderful time!

Annual Girls Weekend

We had 12 ladies in our party and this was a fantastic place. We had so much fun in the lake and the house was perfect for all of us. We go to a different place each year. This place was extremely clean, and perfect for us. Great communication with the owner! Thank you for sharing your home!

It was great there were so many different spots for the different age groups to enjoy.

Would love to revisit. We had some bad weather and got caught in the storm out in the boat. It was good the marina was so close. Would have been nice to be able to dock boat at the house.

Great house/Not so great boat accommodations

The house and all it’s immunities were great! The location on the lake was awesome but guests are not allowed to use the owners boat lift. With the lake being a little low during our visit the dock was well above the boat. This caused a lot of extra work trying to “dock” the boat during the day as we wanted to come and go from our water activities. We had to anchor and swim to the boat a couple of times. The boat launch was near by so the daily launching was fairly easy. We DID know this was the rule in advance of booking but it was way more trouble than being able to use the lift. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

2nd Trip!

This is our 2nd time to rent this property. Everything is in great shape just like the pics show. The water toys are awesome and the game house is well stocked with fun. The house is very clean and has all that you will need. We will be coming back next year!

Best view on the lake!

Your home was phenomenal! We had so much fun. Every detail was covered. The house was divided perfectly to give everyone a place of their own. Adults upstairs and 18 yos downstairs but a big enough common area for everyone to hang out. We spent most of our time on the amazing large boat house. Our kids spent HOURS paddling on the paddle boards. The adults had breakfast one morning at The Cottage Cafe. Great little spot not too far from the house. Melissa was an amazing host from start to finish! Thank you for sharing your lovely home! Best view on the lake!!

Lovely Lake Getaway

Our entire family so enjoyed the lakehouse/boat dock/game clubhouse during our stay. The house was roomy enough for all of us and just had an amazing time on the deck and boat house. We happened to be there for July 4th and had an assortment of fireworks all around us. Sunsets were truly gorgeous. Just had a wonderful time. Thank you for your great home.

Lakehouse 2022

Love the quiet neighborhood. The house is well stocked, clean, and we like the layout. The boathouse is awesome with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of fun with the rope swing, floating pad, and the paddle boards. The clubhouse is so much fun with being able to play basketball, ping pong, and pool. So many good memories made with family. We cannot wait to come back.

One of our favorite things to do when we’re not on the water is head to Lake Livingston State Park, just a short drive away. We love bringing our bikes and exploring the scenic trails—it’s such a great way to enjoy the fresh air and connect with nature.

In addition to the main house, we also have a large, air-conditioned garage across the street—a true game-lover’s paradise!
