One Acre Lakefront Home, Indian Hills Peninsula. Pet friendly !

One acre lake front property on Indian Hills Peninsula. Perfect location and amenities for Family Reunions, Ladies Weekend, or Guys Fishing retreat. Smores at the lakeside firepit, star gazing from the roof of the boathouse, and fishing (catfish, bass, gar) from the illuminated boathouse. Kids will enjoy endless hours of swinging from the rope swing and swimming off the dock. Home is equipped with high speed internet and bluetooth speaker down at the dock.

Guests also have access to an air conditioned treehouse, paddleboards, kayaks, detached game room equipped with beer fridge and pool table, water mat down at the dock, and uncovered side slip for personal boats/PWC.

Interested in fishing this Fall and Spring ? Blake (pictured in our fish pictures) is available to provide tips and tricks to catch just about anything off our dock ! You can pay him directly for his services and time - he knows everything about the lake :)

Upon confirmed booking, owner will provide additional details about the property, local attractions, and information about boat/PWC rentals. Our guests will also receive a 10% discount from LakeLife Rental company which is located less than a mile from our home.

This is by far the best rental vacation home we've stayed in... ever!Tracy was an atentive host, and the place is marvelous! We could not think of anything we would need that wasn't provided. Swim in the lake? There's vests and towels. Want to relax inside? The best furniture in the livingroom downstairs and upstairs as well. Want to relax outside? Enough rocking chairs, rocking couches, hanging chairs, beach chairs, cushioned deck furniture for everyone, both on the front AND back yards! Anything you can think of as far as kitchen hardware, laundry, fully equipped bathrooms, linens, comfortable beds & pillows... Great outdoor activities - fire pit, fishing, kayak, cornhole -, game room with billiards, and more board games than you could possibly play in a week! Also plenty of tv sets equipped with Roku and 2 fireplaces if that's your thing. Just the best family getaway in a good while, congratulations on a place set up as it should be for people who just want to R-E-L-A-X!

Beyond satisfied! Great communication with the owner Tracy. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. There was something to do for everyone in our party. One weekend was not enough time to enjoy everything there was to do. We will be back!

The house is setting at a beautiful lake side where you can enjoy sun rise and the moon from the decks. The pictures on VRBO are not justified the true beauty of the house. The owner, Tracy was very friendly. She has everything ready. She even took her time to welcome us at the property on the first day and shown us where are things in the house. The city water system has some issue when we forst get there and Tracy was so nice to find out whats wrong and response to us right away. The issues resolve in 15 minutes. All The rooms were clean and neat. The house decorations are really nice. It would be better if the extra blankets were clean and some part of the floor at the living and bed room carpet smell better. The house were full of kids activities. The owner has many board and card games at all play room up stair, down stairs, garage, and on the lake. Our kids from age 10 to18 enjoyed endless acrivities for the whole weekend. We would love to stay at your house again when we visit Livingston. THANK YOU Tracy for your hospitality, your prompt responses.

So much to do here - have to book another stay to enjoy it all! The most generous and helpful hosts we have ever had with VRBO homeowners. We have been renting for years and can truly say this is the best hosts we have ever had. Our young adult children enjoyed the pool table and visiting brewery down the street. The golf cart there made it easy to go to rentals extended family were staying at that were on the same street! Kids wanted to use rope swing and water mats but we were there during a cold front. They enjoyed lounging in giant cushioned chair on upper boat deck, playing corn hole and poker, and fishing instead. Will come back to enjoy water another time. Thank you so much Tracy and Keith.

Wow. This home is truly amazing! Never experienced such a gracious and engaging host as Tracy. She was hands down the best host ever!I cant believe this gem of a vacation home is so close to where we live in Houston and never knew. The house is right on the lake with immaculate views from its many decks, windows, and spectacular tree house. It has its own dock and so many amenities.... Kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, pool table, cornhole, fishing gear... the list goes on and on. This is the perfect house for a family getaway from the hustle/bustle of city life. I am sitting here writing this wishing i was still there. Lake livingston is wonderful... so serene private and beautiful. House was stocked exponentially with everything you might need on vacation and plenty of room for everyone. The exceptional LakeLife brewery and Lakelife boat rental company are right around the corner with awesome customer service and some top notch IPAs. Plenty of places to get groceries and fishing supplies nearby.We rented boats, jet skis, fished, gazed at the beautiful lake and never ran out of things to do. An amazing family getaway we will never forget.Thank you so much Tracy. Cant wait to come back!

Family vacay

The property was fantastic. On the great side of the lake. Lots of things to do (paddle boards, kayaks, rope swing, fishing off the dock) and we never left the house except to rent pontoon boat and jet skis. Ran jug lines right in front of the dock area so we could watch. The house worked out great for our family group of 9. Lots of outside furniture. Grill and Blackstone griddle made cooking easy!! Tracy, owner, was fantastic to work with. Just a great place to rent.

Fantastic lake destination

This is our second trip back to this property. We will continue to use this property year after year. Great facilities, great location, and fun for the entire family. This time we took advantage of the marina down the road and rented three jet skis for a few hours. Great fun for the entire family. Location has everything that you need. We will absolutely stay here again.

Amazing!

Once a year we get together as a family. Ages 3 to 80. This was our first trip to a lake as we usually go to the beach. I can tell you this will absolutely not be our last trip to Lake Livingston. This house has everything and I do mean everything! We spent our time swimming, playing on jet skis and fishing. The host was amazing and answered every question we had. Everyone in my family agrees this was our best vacation yet and we are already planning a trip for next year. The Luxurious Lake Life!

Our stay at Tracy's house exceeded almost every expectation we had! A fully stocked kitchen, tons of games, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and a boathouse complete with Lake toys, chairs, and rigged fishing poles! There were several beautiful areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings, either in the deck, the porch or the platform over the boathouse, and an early morning walk through the neighborhood (or a ride wih the golf cart) was quiet and peaceful. The property is perfect for large family/ friends gatherings, and with extras like the pool table, cornhole game and Smart TVs, noone is going to be bored!Tracy and Keith were very accommodating and generous with our requests, and we felt like they had opened up their family to us as friends instead of as renters. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect lake getaway

The house was perfect for a family weekend with plenty of room. The dock was great for hanging out and getting sun! Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors! The home owner is very accommodating with check in/out and use of their things. Overall great place to stay on the lake!

Spring 2025

This was an amazing place to stay on Lake Livingston!! From the layout of the house, the tree house for the kids, the boat dock and the fishing was outstanding! We have stayed at a lot of places on Lake Livingston and this has been by far the best! The host Tracy was amazing as was Blake! Highly recommend! Thanks Tracy! Justin

My name is Tracy Lattimer. We have owned this home since 1997 when it was just a small 1200 sqft house in need of alot of TLC. I'm recently retired, the kids (from multiple families) who grew up here at the lake are all out of college now. So while we still get together as "The Lake Family", we've decided to start sharing our LakeLife with others. We hope you enjoy your time on Lake Livingston !

We choose this home for the fantastic location ! Water is smooth in the summer, water is deep at our dock (we've always been able to get our boat in the water regardless of droughts), large acre lot with fantastic views. and great neighbors :)

The Indian Hills Peninsula is unique to Lake Livingston for its location on the lake, access to great fishing, deep water, and protected coastline across the seasons (you can always find calm water on one side or the other). The community is close knit and we take care of each other !
