Great location - right on the ocean. Pool was never crowded. Our unit was nicely appointed. Excellent alternative to Poipu Beach. Management was phenomenal!

The accomodations were exactlyvas described. Beautiful view and ideal for two couples with 2 master suites. The AC was out for the first 2 days which made for uncomfortable quarters. While it seemed that the management company knew about the issue, there was no info provided. We had to buy fans to make the space liveable while it was out.

Paradise!

We loved staying at this resort! The condo was very clean, had all the kitchen utensils/pans we needed to make our own meals. We love the beautiful koi pond with the frogs, and the beach views were amazing! We even saw a monk seal napping one of the days, right by the resort. Our only disappointment was the on site restaurant was closed Sat, Sun, and Mon. Loved that we could walk across the street to Safeway and the ABC store when we needed anything.

Amazing location and property

Our family had an absolutely amazing time staying at this property and we will definitely be back! Property management team was very helpful and property was exactly as described. The location of this unit on the property is perfectly situated between the ocean and the pool. Resort location was perfect for all of the activities we had reserved throughout the island. Beautiful property

Overall the property is beautiful and we would stay again. That said, we were given a different unit than the one I originally booked. The view wasnā€™t as nice and there is no elevator in building B where we stayed. You have to walk past your building to building C, then go up the elevator and walk back to building B. It was not an issue for my husband and I, but hard on my parents in their 80s.

Perfect location!

I stayed here for over a month and it was perfect. Property managers were great to deal with... very receptive. The location is perfect. Everyone walks across the street to Safeway, ABC store, Ross, bakery and more. This unit has the best location in the complex with a lanai open on 2 sides (corner unit) and view of ocean AND pool. Keep in mind that it is minimally stocked however. No hotpads, minimal dishes and flatware, no book about rules.. that kind of thing. But a great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was spacious, with a fairly well stocked kitchen and had a gorgeous view! We loved that the size of the resort wasnā€™t overwhelming and it wasnā€™t crowded. We never had trouble finding chairs at the pool. The location is convenient, 30 minutes to poipu where we spent quite a bit of time snorkeling, boogie boarding etc. and about the same to head north to Anini beach or the princeville area (check road closures due to landslide). My only complaint is that there wasnā€™t an information book in the unit. It would have been helpful to know and would have saved us time trying to figure out where to take garbage, the hours for the restaurant, check out expectations, how to turn on the AC etc. Most restaurants in the area are closed Sunday/Monday so plan accordingly. The restaurant at the resort didnā€™t open until 3pm so donā€™t plan on breakfast or lunch there. We never did get the AC to work...there was a plaque on the wall saying instructions would be on the nightstand but they werenā€™t there. When you dial guest services it was an endless loop that resulted in a vm. Luckily it wasnā€™t that hot while we were there. If it had been this may have been a bigger issue but it was minor for us. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again.

However, there were issues with maintenance which detracted from the experience. The ocean/pool view was marred by a sliding door pane filled with quite a bit of water between the panes which partially blocked the view, and the sliding glass door to the dining balcony had worn-out rollers which made opening it very, very difficult.

The rental mgmt company was great to work with and the unit was very clean and comfortable. We werenā€™t impressed with the restaurant. We stepped in our first evening there to see if we could be seated and they told us not without a reservation. There were many tables open and a bunch of wait staff just standing around. It wouldā€™ve been really nice if they reserve a few tables for resort guests without reservations. Pool area was really nice also.

By using the owner's unit, you can pick the exact view and amenities. This unit is awesome with its furnishings, televisions, and is so well stocked with chairs, cleaning supplies, vacuum, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. The view is amazing and the unit is in excellent condition. The dedicated internet is the best and fastest and can be received even out at the pool and beach. The rental company did a great job and the extra air bed was very comfortable. This unit is the only one I would ever stay in on a return visit to Kauai. The pricing is the same as Outrigger but you get to pick the exact condo location. Have fun in a heavenly resort and condo.

Josh at Kaua'i Exclusive Is Fantastic

The pandemic caused us to have to cancel our travel plans. Josh at Kaua'i Exclusive was the epitome of great customer service. I received a refund 4 days after I notified him that we couldn't visit the property. Needless to say, as soon as it is safe for us to travel again, we will book with Josh. Mahalo nui loa again, Josh!

Kauai Anniversary

Unit had blood stains on walls and bathroom floor that we cleaned up ourselves. Bugs were smashed on ceilings. Light fixture in bedroom lamp was loose and potential shock hazard, living room fan light was blinking off and on mostly off. Definitely could have been a better experience. Traffic by resort was horrendous.

Needs Maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience except for the lack of maintenance. Things were missing in the kitchen, utensils, wine glasses, etc. There were electrical problems that inconvenienced us for a few days, but were attended to later.

This property needs better maintenance.

Loved the location and the fact that there were 2 Master Suites. A few electrical problems with the fan/light fixtures/outlets. They were repaired after a few days of inconvenience. The property management company was very responsive--that was appreciated.
