The luxurious interior of this 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 1158 square foot unit includes top of the line kitchen with a Wolf glass cook top and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, GE profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dual dishwasher drawers, granite counter top and African Mahogany cabinets.

Three full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine stone surrounds, soaking tubs and two showers. There are two master suites a King bed in one master suite, and a Queen bed in the second master suite, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room to easily accommodate 6 people. G302 includes three flat panel wall mounted televisions, central air conditioning, elevator access, and interior full size stackable washer and dryer.

The main attraction at Waipouli Beach Resort is the family-friendly two-acre fantasy pool and garden, three sand-bottom jetted spas and two waterslides! The resort offers Spa by the Sea, a full service salon, its own award-winning Oasis on the Beach Restaurant, and a fully-appointed ocean-view fitness center. Resort amenities include a business center and complimentary high speed WiFi. Spa by the Sea is available on-site to Enrich Your Body and Soul.

The Condo is ideally located on the East Coast with easy access to the North Beaches and South Beaches and right across the street from a Starbucks! Papayaā€™s Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, Gourmet Ice Cream, Longā€™s Drug Store, and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and eateries.

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions ideal for running or early sunrise strolls. A world famous golf course is a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore and golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

The view is spectacular from the balconIES. It's a newer condo from 2005 that is beautifully maintained. Its a spacious condo with 2 master suites and 3 baths on the 3rd floor (of 4). Having a kitchen gives you so much flexibility in your day's schedule. I loved lounging on the beach's chaise lounge under the tree and listening to the surf. Safeway is across the street so everday necessities are a quick walk away.

Perfect location within the resort; very nicely appointed! We just got back from our vacation on Kauai and really enjoyed this condo! We loved being able to open the doors and hear the waves crashing. Beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great. Parking was very easy. Pools were nice, but a little smaller than I had envisioned from the photos. And, because we got some rain, the days that were sunny meant the pools were quite busy! There was also some crowding at the BBQs since one was not working well. On the plus side, we were walking distance to some restaurants, close to the grocery store and a very short drive to the cute Kapaa town. Overall though, the resort was very nice and the condo was exceptional.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The unit itself was beautiful and clean as can be! The area was spacious, the AC was great, the ocean views in every room were amazing. 3 toilets, 2 showers and 2 baths! Also the resort itself is great! Beautiful pool, water slides, jacuzzis and walk right out to beach access. It's also conveniently located on the island. Lots of things in the area. Candace was a delight to work with, easy, efficient and friendly. I truly cannot give high enough praise for this whole experience. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo!

Very nice property! Pictures accurately capture the rental. The only complaint we had was we wish there was a pool snack bar/cocktail bar available by the pool during the day. Other than thatā€¦ Excellent location with Safeway and other amenities right across the street. Fantastic ocean views from every room!

Paradise in Kapaa

The Stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort was awesome. Our rental (G302) was on the wing with full ocean view from all rooms, kitchen, living room and balcony's. Well equipped with beach chairs and ice chests and well organized and stocked kitchen. Kids and grandkids loved easy access to pool area with many attraction including sand beach, slides and family and adult hot tubs. Nice restaurant/bar adjacent to pool. Lava lava Beach club a few minutes away and had great meals and mai tai on the beach with live music. It was a great location for headed to both sides of the island and close to airport. Communications and help/support from the company was prompt and always friendly and positive! Maholo, MIke

Thank you for the wonderful experience. We loved the view from the living room. The balcony from the living from and from each of the two rooms was fantastic. Each room had its own separate balcony. You could see the ocean from every room in the place. Had everything we needed and was clean. It was absolutely perfect. Third floor which we liked as it made the view more impressive. Thanks again!

Natures sound machine

Unbelievable stay. From the sunrise each day over the ocean to the sliding doors at night that allow natures sound machine of the waves. Perfectly location, almost perfectly between the north and west beaches. With shops (grocery/sushi/coffee) right across the street. Would highly recommend

Great condo, resort and location

The condo was great and as shown in the pictures. Well stocked with all you needed to cook meals in. The view is fantastic with an excellent ocean view. The pool area was nice and never had a problem getting a chair. It is in a great central location and it was very handy to have a Safeway and ABC store right across the street. Walked to several good restaurants that were close. Only thing I would change would be to put a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom so it would be the same as the master suite and more comfortable for adults sharing the condo.

So beautiful and comfortable!

We LOVED staying at G302! The views from the balconies were so gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, it was amazing being able to do laundry every day, and do meals "at home" when we wanted. Very convenient having Safeway across the street, and the location is perfect.. close to the airport and short drives to any of the beaches on the east. Our girls had so much fun on the waterslides at the hotel pool and loved the giant bathtub in the unit too. What an amazing stay. Thank you so much for having us!

Convenient Location

Nice lanai with a no direct sunlight morning and evening. Makes it a great added space to the condo at all times of day. It was very clean and spacious for a family of six. Teenage kids both said the pull out couch was very comfortable.
