Welcome to unit 1326 at the Shores of Panama Resort!!! This is a gorgeous, brand new, 13th floor beachfront condo with stunning ocean and sunset views!!! This vacation condo is located in popular Panama City Beach, Florida - next to the world-famous Pineapple Willy's and Pier Bar. This brand-new beach unit has quality furnishings throughout, large flat screen TV's, stainless steel appliances and beautiful plank flooring. Enjoy outstanding ocean, sunset and pool views from the floor to ceiling patio doors in the large living space. The inviting balcony, located right off the living room, is a place you can relax with your morning coffee while listening to the waves roll onto the shores. At the Shores of Panama Resort, you will find a 14,000 square foot lagoon style outdoor pool area featuring the largest pool on the strip, an outdoor hot tub, water fountains, a tiki bar, a grill with delicious food, a stage for entertainment, beautiful tropical landscaping and a private walkway to the beach. You will also find a large heated indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, ice cream shop, a coffee shop and a pizza kiosk for your enjoyment and convenience. NOTE: There is an $85 resort fee due at arrival. This fee will cover your parking and up to 6 resort wristbands.

Great Unit in an Average Facility

Unit was clean and well appointed. Looked to be recently renovated and not dated at all. Plenty of room and and the necessary supplies/kitchen ware. Great view of the beach from the balcony overlooking the pool. Check in was a bit of a pain. Lots of people trying to check in at the same time and only one person at the desk. You couldn't get to your unit until you had paid the resort fee. As mentioned in other spots. Elevators were a challenge when everyone is checking in. We waited for a long time. Eventually we drove to the top of the parking deck (level 12) and only had to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the 13th floor where our unit was. I would recommend doing the same if you check in on a busy day. The beach was a little crowded but for as large as the facility was it wasn't bad. You could also walk a short way down the beach and be by your self. We did not use the pool so I can't comment on that but seemed nice. We did not use any of the other amenities while staying there, If you are staying in Panama Beach and can deal with the pain of checking in, I would recommend this unit.

Patients is a must to stay here.

25 to 30 min wait for elevators. Move in carts took 30 min to get. Property was not tidy. The room we stayed in was verry nice. Beach was dirty and water closed for three days.

Amazing Stay!

Condo was extremely clean and well maintained with a great view overlooking the beach! Parking and check-in were very easy. Absolutely loved our stay and Nicholle was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had! Thank you :)

Beach life

day of check in was so easy. Was notified of dryer was not working. Manager handled it with owners and within a time had a new washing and dryer to use. Some items to use needed updating. I purchased and was left so next parties would have. Beds were very comfortable, views from balcony were stunning . stayed one month and enjoyed every minute on the emerald coast. Enjoyed the pools and two hot tubs on site plus nice fitness rooms. Will come back again

Enjoying Life on the Beach

The unit was just what was advertised and clean. Walking distance to/from stores, shops and other activities. Traveled to Parks for hiking, Saturday/Sunday morning markets, enjoying New Years eve and Mardi Gras Parades during our time there (Dec. 30th through Mar 7th). The snowbirds group and activities were excellent (game night, bingo, dinners, social hours, etc.). Met and shared time with new friends and a short time with family. My wife and I walked the beach every day except for several rainy days (used exercise and weight rooms during that time). This was the first time we stayed at the Shores of Panama and truly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I are both in our 80's and therefore know other that are younger would also enjoy their stay.

The host was great! Responded to questions almost immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Property, pool, and beach was great. Very busy place but overall was a great stay!

Loved the room!

Everything was great the only thing that you have to be careful with is going in the parking deck cars drive through there wide open and don’t pay attention. Besides that everything was wonderful we will definitely be back.

Primo location

Location can’t be beat. Pool was huge and it was super easy access to the beach. Nightly live music in the pool area every night was an added bonus. Condo was bigger than it looked online. We are a family of 4 including two teenage boys who LOVED the place! I would of liked to have it be an 11 am check out instead of 10 and elevators are slow but otherwise it’s FANTASTIC! Your jaw will drop when you see the view from the balcony equipped with 2 Adirondack chairs.

Unit#2316 Panama City Florida

The unit/condo was very clean, beautiful and more then I expected. The parking space was located on 6th floor and unit on 13th floor. Was hard to transport bag/ suitcase. Only used elevators once or twice. They were slow or o er loaded. Hard with little ones to keep doing 13 flights of stairs. But over all was great first time vacation to Florida. Manager was great at communicating and fast ti answer any questions. When booking online made me feel comfortable.

Great beach front condo

Updated furnishings and modern appliances. Very comfortable and owner is extremely responsive to needs. The only issue is not with the condo but with the elevators. Don’t get in a hurry during checkout times. The elevators are packed. You may end up taking the stairs.

The Shores of Panama is simply the best location you can be at if you wish to be 'on the beach' in Panama City Beach!!! This resort is filled with fun and beauty throughout! The Shores of Panama is close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The beachfront is extra wide with powder sugar sand and has beach chair and watersport service. The newer Northwest Florida International Airport (ECP) is only15 minutes away. Best of all, this resort has the largest, most awesome pool and beach frontage on the strip!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The most unique benefit of staying at the Shores of Panama compared to any other condo building near the beach is that it offers 'resort like' amenities and is located directly on the beach. Besides having one of the largest outdoor pools in the area, there is also entertainment on a pool side stage and movies for kids on the beach. The beach access is directly off the beautiful outdoor pool area. The Shores has an attached parking structure as well -- no skywalks. You will also find entertainment in walking distance. The world famous Pineapple Willy's and Pier Bar are right next door offering live music, comedy and a sports lounge.
