Exclusive luxury condo built in 2006, Located on the 9th floor. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, newer sofa & loveseat, gourmet kitchen with professional appliances, new washer and dryer and large refrigerator. 28' wide by 10 ‘ deep balcony, High Speec WIFI internet, New 75”smart tv with blue ray player and each bedroom has 50” tv's with blue ray players also. a TV in the kitchen. The over sized balcony has large granite top table with chairs and lounges and the view is fabulous from balcony. There is seasonal 24 hour security and covered parking. I can’t say enough about how exceptional my experience was with Todd. He was awesome! His condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed for a beach getaway. The view was amazing!! Not only was beach service provided but there were also extra chairs and umbrellas in the condo that we could use. The only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer! We would definitely love to stay here on future visits to PCB!

This room was very clean and beautifully furnished. It had anything we needed as far as cooking. Gorgeous view from the 9th floor. Pools and hot tub were very nice. Our beach chairs and umbrella were included. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Parking areas were tight fits but that was the only downside.

Great Place to Stay

Our stay here was just fabulous. The condo was spotless, had absolutely everything we needed, and the location was perfect. It was very convenient to have beach service included, and the large balcony with breathtaking Gulf views was the cherry on top! We definitely plan to come back!

This condo is wonderful. It is well appointed and comfortable. Everything is high end and lacking nothing. The view is perfect for sunrise and sunset from the comfortable patio furniture. Parking is easy and the condo is right outside the elevator. Everything was clean and spotless. I have stayed in a number of beach condos and this was the best…. By far.

Fantastic Condo Overlooking the Beach

My family of 5 had a great spring break stay. The condo was clean, well decorated, and well stocked with everything you need for a great stay at the beach. The proximity to the beach was fantastic as we spent a lot of time going back and forth. The staff was constantly cleaning the pool areas and elevators and halls. They kept the facility in great shape all week. I can't think of a better experience if you are looking to make a trip to Panama City Beach.

Panama City Beach Family Vacation

The condo was amazing! The communication with the owner was great and the check-in process was super simple! Todd was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The location was great and the beach was beautiful! The views from the balcony were awesome and the sounds of the waves hitting the beach were so relaxing. The pools were refreshing when you needed a break from the ocean. There were a lot of things to do in the area and many different places to eat within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Beach Week

From our first inquiry to our last day, Todd was wonderful to work with. The condo was awesome 😀. We walked in and felt like we were stepping in to someone’s home not a dressed hotel room 😂. We own and operate a catering business and were impressed with the kitchen and the fact it was stocked with everything to actually cook a meal in the condo. The condo was CLEAN!! We throughly enjoyed our time and will definitely be reaching out to Todd on our next getaway to the beach 😊

A little overpriced

Great communication and easy to work with! Clean and organized! Updated features other than master shower and bathroom. Love the big screen tv, comfortable beds, kitchen appliances, furniture and climate control. Definitely will book again for the right price.

Everything as advertised!

This condo was exactly as advertised on VRBO. The condo was super clean and very nicely furnished. Everything that we needed to live there for the month of February was in there. All we had to take in were the groceries and there are 2 markets within a mile of the condo for that. The balcony is really big, really nice and is a great place to watch the sunsets. We are a retired couple from Maryland and wanted to break up the winter by spending a month in Florida. We were definitely not disappointed at all in the condo or the location. In fact, we ended up very happy with our decision to stay here. Todd kept in touch with us occasionally to make sure everything was alright and we appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this condo and this owner!

Beautiful Condo - Clean - Great View

This condo is truly one of the most well maintained and comfortable I have ever visited in my VRBO ventures. Todd, the owner, made the check-in easy and provided great details on the property and operations of the appliances. The condo is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and beautifully decorated. Simple and very welcoming. We felt at home from the minute we arrived. Beds are comfy and the hand-held shower massages are a plus. The water pressure is excellent and the hot water is despensed quickly. The view from the large balcony is awesome. The clear blue water of the gulf is amazing and you can watch the waves roll in while sometimes seeing dolphins playing and sting rays traveling together up and down the coast. You can lay on the beach, swim in the gulf or you have a choice of three pools, again very well maintained. To the right of the condo property you can rent jet-skies or rent a ride on a blow up raft pulled by a professional jetskier. I highly reccommend this property and plan to visit again next year.

Nice Way to Recharge

We loved the condo!!!! If you have more than1 vehicle you might have an additional charge for a parking pass--the other concern was there is not an ice machine on site so make sure if you're packing a cooler everyday you have plenty of ice on hand. Other than these 2 small things we enjoyed ourselves. .

As advertised and then some!

This was my first time using VRBO and I was completely satisfied with the property! The condo was spacious, clean and well furnished. It was centrally located to the beach and all of the bike week events. I will definitely rent this property again!

Feels like home!

Todd's home is very nicely decorated and very cozy, with all the amenities! The condo is very spacious, has a great view, and is very clean. Absolutely loved using the fully stocked kitchen, relaxing on the balcony, and the easy access to the beach! The building is centrally located to many attractions and restaurants (Pineapple Willy's!) that are within a short walking distance. Todd is a very responsive and gracious host, which is most appreciated!

Perfect stay

The condo was perfect. Had everything we needed and more! Beautiful view from balcony. Great location. Everything was well kept, updated and left us lacking for nothing! Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Very nice and modern refrigerator, stove & microwave. Beds were so comfy. Washer/Dryer in unit. Wonderful communication with the owner. Would absolutely come here again and plan too!!

I work on a research ship for a large company in Louisiana. I just received my Captains license. I am gone so much that I often rent my condo. My mother, Barbara, takes care of renting the condo for me when I am gone out to sea.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I grew up living on a lake and have always loved the water. When I moved to Florida I ran across this condo for sale and fell in love with the view and the area. I lived in Michigan for most of my life. I have also lived in Az. for a few years and Newport Beach, Calif. before returning to Mi. for a few years. I wanted out of the cold weather so I chose Panama City Beach. I hope you enjoy staying in the condo as much as I do.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I love to cook so I bought excellent/upgraded appliances for the condo. Many of the pictures you see hanging in the condo are ones I took when I went to Ireland a few years ago.
