Spacious Lake Home with Pool and Spa

Hi Bob and Vickie, We do apologize about the washer and dryer. We did try to get Lowes to replace the washer but understand the inconvenience of not having it available. We are glad you enjoyed the spa and other amenities.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences during your stay. The trash cans should have been brought in by housekeeping after pickup, and we were unfortunately unaware that our co-owner had left an additional boat in the parking space. We also apologize for the check-in confusion. The delay was less than 10 minutes after check-in time, and we were not aware the key had been removed from the lockbox, as it appears it may have accidentally been locked inside the home. Regarding the spa, both housekeeping and the pool technician both checked and were able to operate it successfully, though we understand waiting for it to heat up was frustrating. For the internet, we did troubleshoot with you, but unfortunately we later learned that nearby construction had completely disconnected service to the home until Optimum restored it Sunday. We do appreciate your comments about the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and neighborhood, and we’re sorry the stay did not fully meet your expectations.
