Beautifully updated Townhome on the gorgeous Lake LBJ with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Huge dining room for big gatherings. Amazing views of the lake from the 700 sq. ft deck. Just walk right out the door just 10 steps from the boats and water. Many outdoor areas for gathering. There is a community pool, firepit and deck area overlooking the lake. This townhome has recently been wonderfully updated with new tile flooring , quartz counter tops, paint and all new master bath. 2 Living areas with huge TV's for multiple families. Bottom floor has separate refrigerator and wet bar. 2 bedrooms have King size beds. Incredible area downstairs for kiddos to bunk. Great split plan for several families.

Great place, we plan to book it again next year.

Great accommodations, great view, great host. Could use some minor TLC like remounting of towel racks, toilet paper holder and other fixer uppers typical of rentals we have had in the past. Our 5-7 year olds loved the kayaks. We had a wonderful time there at the Highland Lakes area.

Lake LBJ getaway

The location of the property was amazing!! We loved the layout and there was plenty of space for kids and adults. Having a boat slip was our favorite part, that and the air conditioner worked amazing!!! There were a few hick-ups, but the owner was super gracious. There are not enough dishes or silverware to accommodate over five people. Literally only 5 forks! They only supply one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I don’t mind buying my own, if I had that communicated in advance. Otherwise, it was a great stay!! Will definitely come again! Lastly, don’t park in the wrong spot. There was some lady taking pictures of our cars and wasn’t super kind.

Unbeatible View of Lake LBJ

The location and layout of the house was wonderful. We really are interested in coming back. Handrails on the stairs would be very helpful for some of us senior citizens.

Lake weekend

Location was great, beautiful waterfront. Townhome had a beautiful interior. Considering the beautifully decorated interior, the kitchen items for cooking were a "good will" collection. The shades on the porch were non functioning, we should have been notified in advance not to try and use them. All-in-all we had a great weekend

Worth it just for the location!

The townhouse was ok. You could tell it was an older property with some renovations. We found a live cockroach and gecko in our bedroom. It made the whole place feel dirty after that. We would go again just for the location! It was right off the lake with dock access and kayaks provided for by the owner. The kids enjoyed every minute.

4th of July weekend

Great place, plenty of room for family. Great access to the lake. Good view of the fireworks from the deck. Overall a great experience and we would reserve again for a family long weekend get together at the lake.

Amazing house right on the water

Facing East

Loved our time at this great home. The owner was great to work with and love being on deck facing east in the evenings. The downstair bedroom can sleep 4, but is a little tight, probably best for younger kids, but one of mine chose that room and she is 22. We will rent from here again.

9/17 stay

Mike The boat slip out front made all the difference for us. Family love to ski and wakeboard. Really could not enjoy sitting out side to much. The entire area was covered with spider webs/ nats.. Had to spend $20 bucks on bug spray just to knock them down. We can tell the whole area has a problem. The HOA should be doing something about it. Your thermostat kept resetting itself to 64 at night. Much to cold Last could not get dishwasher to work. Still though had great time. As we worked around some of the issues. Will tell you though would not rent place again unless we had insurances on the bugs

The house and outdoor area were perfect for our girls weekend!

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The house was great. It was so clean and the common areas were perfect for a bigger group. We has a blast outside with so many areas to hang out and float on the water. The owner answered all of our questions promptly and was so helpful. Highly recommend this house!

Cute and clean! Right in the water!

Perfect place for a getaway. Only suggestion would be to provide a number to contact owner in case there is an issue instead of communicating through app. Also maybe start obtaining more kitchen tools. Could have used some storage containers, specific utensils, etc. But overall we loved it! Would definitely visit again

Sweet Sixteen Birthday Getaway

The stay here was wonderful! The location of the property on the water was great and wasn’t too busy. There is plenty of room for big family gatherings or groups of friends. Everything we needed kitchen wise was there. Plenty of linens and very comfy beds! The view from the upper deck was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the pool next door and hanging out on the large float on the water.

nice getaway

We had a great time in this house. We had multiple age ranges and the house accommodated us all. Location was great to get to restaurants and activities. We couldn't hear anyone staying on the various levels, or from neighbors. Very quiet and peaceful stay. The kids had fun swimming in the lake and we were able to float right off the dock without worrying about boats or jet skis coming too close. It came well stocked with towels and beach towels. Would highly recommend.

Overall very nice place. Would stay again. Nice and open and accommodated our 10 people. You have boat and jet ski slips. .Community pool right next door. Fire pit area right next door. 2 very large decks. Beautiful for sunsets. Close to a marina if you need to gas up boat or jet ski. Only real issues were the dishwasher wasn’t working. The owner told us that a couple days before but not great when you have 10 people. Also know the bunk room is strictly for young kids. The are joined at the top and bottom with no complete separation and no room for anything else in the room. Communication with owner was a little difficult. Didn’t really respond to emails.

Great Waterfront Condo

Great waterfront property, the condo was located on the lake and had direct access to the water. The kids enjoyed the pool and the "kids cave" downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. Bedrooms were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Making great memories

I could not imagine a better place and location to stay. Simply perfect. House appeared to be recently remolded and was very spacious. The house offered all amenities and was very clean. The location of the house is in a cove with a view of the lake ,about 10 fr from the property, that is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun set with a nice breeze. LBJ yaught club /marina was about a 3 minute drive and even less time by boat just around the point,making it convenient to rent a boat. The boat could easily be pulled up to the property and docked. Mike was very responsive to any questions and was wonderful to work with. This will definitely be a place of return to make more memories with my family and friendsThank you Mike for sharing your property with us. We look forward to staying again soon. Shane Waller
