Ideal for Disney Fun!

This property was ideally located for all the Disney Parks in Florida. Located close to many restaurants and shopping. This was our second time staying in Kissimmee and i would definitely recommend this property. The only disappointment was the cost to rent the BBQ, we used it twice and that cost $50 for the rental period.

Beautiful home with great customer care

The home is absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. The only downfall we had with kitchen supplies, was there were no baking sheets, but that did not make our break our stay.We had a slight issue with the closed dryer at the home. We had 12 people staying at the home, five of whom were national volleyball players competing in competition.I contacted the host via text, and he had maintenance there within two hours. The issue was resolved from most immediately.I have already recommended this home to several friends and family if they are ever in need for a home near Universal and Disney.

Save yourself the aggravation and STAY AWAY

This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had while traveling. I booked this house April 28 2022 for an arrival date of 11/17/2022. That is almost 7 months, when I requested that the email with the door code be re-emailed ( which I found later) they said that they could not resend it because the house was not paid for. I was at the parks with no access to my computer and the rest of my group needed to check in. I emailed from my phone saying that I booked this in April and could they please verify that this was indeed paid for since I did receive an email in April saying thanks for booking with us and that I would get an email 24 hours prior to arriving. I did not hear back. I then called the 24 hour line since my group was now there, it was 9pm, and the lady that answered gave me an emergency code to get in. No sooner did we get in the house and she called back SUPER rude and saying that this house has not been paid for and she would have to start the check out process. I explained the issue and that I booked this in April and that I did get the original email with the code and they did send an email welcoming me she kept saying that she would have to start the check out process. After what seemed like forever trying to get her to help me ( I did keep saying that I would give her my card and we could clear this up after) she said that I would have to pay or she was calling the police. Are you kidding me, I offered multiple times to give her my card, I did however NOT want to be charged twice is why I was trying to get to the bottom of the issue. They did take out my insurance that I bought, so the issue seems to be on their end. The house was subpar, the couch was broke, the pook cues were not usable and the house was not the cleanest. I would say with all the houses in Storey Lake, and there are a ton, to stay ANY place other than this one. I also reached out to the manager multiple times with my issues and he has NEVER reached out, not even once. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Enough space for my family and I

Renting the property and communication was easy with the property owner. It has everything that the pictures show. My issue is the dishes. The knives were dirty in the holder so we just left them there and went to Walmart and got our own plasticware/knives. The pool table was a big thing for us in why we chose the house and the sticks were worn down very much. The kids found old snacks in the bedrooms so I’m not sure how well the property is being cleaned. Overall, it got us through our week and we are grateful. Beds were clean and enough towels provided.

Vacation

After waiting two years to have a family vacation, we selected this home that fit us. We arrived with great expections, after arriving a day late due to traveling isssues we arrived at the house to find it unkept. I am always preparef to clean and prepare for my family but having to arrive and clean showers, sweep floors and vacuum carpets (with a vacuum that did not work. It was a rough start to our family time. The owner redponded to our issues in a timely fashion. The managent team took its time in responding and questioned the validity of our issues. The housekeeper actually picked up the food and trash behind the sofa and asked if that was our only concern. The home is beautiful and roomy. If the management team does not do better the owner will lose customers because the house shows wrar and tear where it should not.

Wonderful Place

I highly recommend this property! The property manager responded so quickly to all my messages. Property is so close to Disney, it was just as pictured, clean and the perfect fit for our 7 people! We will be back for sure!

Wouldn’t recommend

Tv didn’t work, no hot water, not enough towels for a house that sleeps 15 people. Told all this to the property manager and they did nothing to accommodate. Stayed for ten days like this which made it a horrible experience.
