## Emplacement
A charming commune in the Var, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, Le Luc is known for being, according to Météo France, the town with the most summer days in France, i.e. days with a temperature equal to or greater than 25°C. It lies close to the Plaine des Maures National Nature Reserve, at the foot of the Maures massif, not far from the Gorges du Verdon and around thirty kilometres from the famous seaside resort of Saint-Tropez. Populated since the end of the High Middle Ages, the commune passed through the hands of a number of seigneuries over the centuries before becoming completely independent. Even today, it enjoys a high tourist profile thanks to its ideal location for discovering the region's tourist and natural attractions. Its historic heritage and typically Provençal architecture also attract visitors from all over the world.
