3 Bedroom, 2 Bath totally updated mid-century classic. Walk, bike or drive to the beach. Several other beaches within 2 miles either north or south on Ocean Drive. Nearby Canova Beach is dog friendly.

Fully fenced backyard. Amenities include professional smoker/gas/charcoal grill, large outdoor space with fire pit and game room with pool table. Sleeps 6 comfortably, full size washer/dryer.

Oversize two car garage. Close to shopping and restaurants. Four flat screen TVs. One in each bedroom and a full size 70 inch TV in living room.

Adjacent to Gleason Park, a 27 acre dog friendly green space with a recreation center. Walk your pup along the lakeside trail and you may even encounter the protected gopher tortoises along the way.

The park is a Gopher tortoise preserve and is also pet friendly.

Small pets allowed, no smoking, no parties. Non-refundable pet fee is applicable for service and non-service animals. ($100.00 per pet) Sorry, no cats.

Instant bookings reservations may require additional verification to ensure guest qualifications are met.

Great location. The house had everything you need including beach items (Chairs,Umbrella,etc.). Close to the beach. Outdoor shower was convenient. The living spaces were spacious and comfortable.

Everything we needed for spring break!

Great property just a few blocks from the ocean. This home had plenty of room for us to spread out for the week. We loved that all the amenities were in place for us to prepare meals. Nice quiet neighborhood as well, we loved our stay!

Felt like home! Better than home!

We adored this house. It’s so comfortable and felt like staying in a piece of art! The mid-century modern vibe was real. A huge benefit is how bike-able the area is. If that’s your thing stop in at Bob’s Bike Shop and get directions to some great rides. The mostly-empty garage is another benefit for easy bike storage. The back yard was the best for relaxing mornings. It’s also a super quiet neighborhood - even with rocket launches! You can see the rockets from the back yard but the beach has better viewing. The VERY near beach. And take Chris’s suggestions for restaurants. Heidi’s Jazz Club up in Cocoa Beach gets great talent. Go there. Overall this ranked as one of our top stays for the house itself and the fabulous Indian Harbour Beach area.

Ideal location and wonderful home

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our visit! The home was clean, comfortable and cozy and the yard/patio was perfect. The owners provided everything one could need. We were so happy with our visit and I would return to this home in the future!

Outstanding stay

Outstanding stay. The property was very clean and had lots of great amenities. Walking distance to Gleason Park and the beach and a nice walkable neighborhood overall. Short drive to many really good local restaurants. Very convenient to both KSC and Orlando parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home & beach get away

If I could’ve stayed here longer I would’ve. Will rent again in a heartbeat. It’s probably one of the larger VRBOs we’ve stayed in and it was perfect for us. The kitchen looks recently renovated. Everything worked. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. The table had seating for 8. The couch and TV were enormous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just the right size. Lots of closet space. Loved having ceiling fans and working A/C. The outside area had 4 seating areas. We were able to see a few space launches during our visit and feel the rumble afterwards.

Highly Recommended!

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful, spacious property. It was exactly as listed and did not disappoint. The kitchen and backyard were particular favorites, everything was clean and spotless, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities. Check-in was a breeze. Chris was a fantastic host and was very flexible with last minute changes. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for a Winter vacation

First time we have stayed at this property and glad we we did stay here! Everything was easy for us from the check in process to check out procedure, nothing hard. The house is outstanding, has everything you need to have a great break from the northeast winter. The backyard was set up perfectly to enjoy the nice weather and when it did rain (once in 14 days) the game room, with pool table, tv in every bedroom and huge great room made the bad weather easy. Quiet at night, neighbors and neighborhood are nice and safe. If you know the area (former USAF based at Patrick), this house is perfectly situated to all the local activities ie launches, beach, restaurants, parks, etc. Can't say anything bad since we had no issues during our stay. Overall, we are going to stay here again next year, that's the best recommendation I think one could give to a fellow renter, enjoy!

First vacation home rental

First of all, Chris was amazing to deal with. The communication was perfect from start to finish. The house itself was very clean and has a very nice location near the shore. A quick walk or bike ride and you're sitting seaside. The layout of the home was very relaxing with plenty of space for relaxing after a long day of events in the area. I look forward to booking again in the future.

A great stay

My husband and I and our dogs enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing 11 days here. The home is spacious and nicely appointed and updated with everything we needed for a home away from home vacation. :)

Lovely Home

Home is large and spacious, including the bathrooms. Kitchen was a bit dated, but very well equipped with the one exception of missing a kettle! We understand though that the kitchen was to be renovated following our stay! We also had our dog along (Golden Retriever) and he settled in well. The backyard was perfect for him, as well as for our friend’s small dog. What attracted us to the area was its proximity to the local beach, which permits dogs (Canova park). It was a 15 minute walk to Canova beach. Lots of fun time playing chuck it and strolling on the beach. It was also relatively close to Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge (1hour drive one way). Lots to of other things to see and do, and good restaurants nearby.

Fabulous Family Rental Home

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful, very clean and fun home! We enjoyed the use of the 4 bikes every day and rode to the nearby Gleason Gopher Tortoise Park daily with our pup (and saw lots of tortoises)! We also frequented the local dog beach at least twice a day, which had plenty of friendly, playful dogs for our dog to run with. The house had beach chairs and umbrellas available in the garage (but we didn’t use the umbrellas because of the strong winds all week). We enjoyed playing pool and darts in the game room in the evenings and the backyard patio provided a very peaceful and relaxing retreat after a day in the sun (however there was no longer a hot tub, as listed in the description.) The kitchen was very well-stocked and had everything you need including a spice rack, cooking oils, lots of silverware, plates, bowls, pitchers, cutting knives, etc. The beds were all very comfortable and the large couch in the living room was perfect! Chris was an excellent host and was quick to respond when we couldn’t figure out how to access the channels on the smart TVs. This was a wonderful vacation home and we would be happy to stay here again next time we visit!

long term vacation

We spent 5 weeks in this fantastic property. The house itself was everything we wanted...backyard was very relaxing, kitchen had everything we needed and all the extras were a bonus...bikes, beach towels and buggy, full laundry facility, etc. And being walking distance to the dog beach was very helpful. Owner was great to work with and we couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you so much for sharing your home with this Michigan family who loved the escape from the snow.

Great house

Everything was great. Three house was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and beach stuff and bikes. The back patio was perfect for hanging out with the family. We walked to a couple of nearby parks and the beach.

Beautiful home near Melbourne and Cocoa Beach

Stayed in this beautiful home over Thanksgiving weekend. There is a lovely fenced yard with all the amenities you would need for a family reunion or just a get together with friends and family. Close to all the beaches and restaurants. Great place for families with children or a quiet getaway. Used the fire pit in backyard, played pool. Went to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, downtown Melbourne. Close to Patrick Airforce Base which was awesome to shop at since we are a military family. Highly recommend this retreat.

Great Stay

Loved our stay at this wonderful home in Satellite Beach. Very close (walkable) to a nice park with a pool that is open to anyone staying in the area. There is also a great restaurant next to the park that is open for lunch and breakfast that is very dog friendly. Very comfy beds and furniture and very nice outdoor living space. Highly recommend. About 1/2 mile from the beach. Owner even provides beach stuff and bikes. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Great house in a great location

Awesome house within a five minute drive of multiple, free public parks with beach access. This house has everything you need to make you feel at home. Very large and very clean. Pool table and game room are a major plus with quality equipment for both.

Beautiful beach home and location!

Great place to stay for a family beach trip! The house is lovely, very clean, and has everything you need. My family really enjoyed the back patio area, it’s beautiful and spacious for grilling out. Chris was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We would love to come back and stay again!

Well-appointed, mid-century modern beach house

Peaceful, 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great place to stay with 2 kids. They had their own rooms, close to the beach, and was very clean. Neighborhood is peaceful. We would stay again.
