Delray Gem

Cottage-like rental. Clean and Beachy. Small but roomy. Nice “live-in” amenities- coffee, sugar, creamer, cozy throws, many bath toiletries, etc. In a very nice neighborhood. Close to Atlantic Ave. action - by foot or very short drive. Responsive, gracious host. We’ll be back.

Perfect place near everything

We loved staying at Ann’s Coconut Cottage for the month of Feb. The unit has everything needed to live comfortably plus many thoughtful extras not usually provided in a rental — even toys and treats for our dog! The bed was super comfortable— a big priority for us. Ann is the perfect host, always quick to answer questions and provide info. Great location in easy walking distance to Atlantic Ave/Coconut Grove, to Lake Ida and two of its parks, and to the beach. We could also quickly walk to two French bakeries, a drug store and a grocery store, among many other places. Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Only wish it hadn’t already been booked for Feb next year!

Best Way To Discover Delray

If you’re looking to discover Delray, Ann’s cottage is for you. Set in a historic district, Ann has brought the property up to date, and turned it into an inviting, comfortable place to call home while visiting Delray. Once in town, you’ll be able to walk or bike everywhere. Don’t forget to pick up fresh fish to make dinner at home one night. Dinner under the tree in the courtyard is a treat!

Perfectly Delray Stay

Easy, breezy, beautiful and I’m not just talking about the beach and the weather. Ann’s property is perfectly located close enough to everything you come to Delray for and still manages to give a feel of an authentic Florida neighborhood. It’s tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly want including up to date tech , very comfortable beds and furniture and a cool kitchen layout. The outside courtyard is private and peaceful , the lights at night make it feel so special. The house is stocked with everything you could need including the fluffiest towels. It’s really the perfect spot to stay when visiting and I feel so lucky to have found Ann’s Cottage. She is a super host and anticipated our needs providing extras that were greatly appreciated. Would rebook in a heartbeat. It was a perfect week, thank you Ann.

Excellent stay in the Cottage

We absolutely loved staying in the Cottage. From the personal note left when we arrived to all of the thoughtful details inside the Cottage, the owner made us feel like welcomed guests. The decor was stylish and incredibly comfortable. The blackout curtains made sleeping in a breeze. The bathroom felt like a spa experience. The owner thought of everything we could have possibly needed…and then some. The booklet contained house tips, suggestions for eating out nearby and things to do. The neighborhood was perfect for a morning and afternoon walk. We will definitely be back!!!

Awesome stay

This property is everything you want or need for a great getaway. Super clean, all amenities you could need. Decor is wonderful. So relaxing and the private patio with lights was amazing way to end a day. I will be staying here again with no hesitation.

This little 4-plex has been my labor of love since 2019 in the beach town that's my forever home. After buying this property in 2019 I got to work renovating, planting, and polishing every square inch of the buildings and the grounds.

People are the reason I love to host. I also love sharing this fun little beach town with others, and creating a 5-star experience for people is something I'm passionate about.

The Cottages of Delray are four private rental spaces sharing two buildings on a prime corner lot in East Delray Beach, FL. Each cottage has a separate entrance and a large, fully fenced private porch. You've found your spot if you love privacy, peace, and quiet while still being part of a small community. Each cottage comes with two off-street parking spaces included.

A shared saltwater plunge pool is behind a 6' privacy fence at the back of the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained so that you can enjoy the outdoor living areas.

The property's location is another benefit for Cottages Of Delray.
One of the hottest neighborhoods in Delray Beach with just a 1-mile walk to the beach. 10-block walk to Atlantic Avenue and a 6-block walk to Pineapple Grove. The Cottage sits on a walking/bike path. Publix, CVS, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

It is a very pedestrian and bicycle-friendly neighborhood full of restaurants, banks, coffee shops, and local businesses. The cottage is located just minutes from I-95. It is . . .

• 40 Minutes North of Ft. Lauderdale International Airport
• 1 hour North of Miami
• 2 hours East of Naples

The neighborhood also allows street-legal golf carts for open-air rides.
