The house has three air-conditioned double bedrooms upstairs (140x190cm beds) and two bathrooms. You will appreciate the large and pleasant living room opening onto the terrace. The elegant decoration combines antique French-style furniture and touches of contemporary art. The charming exterior has two terraces with dining area, a barbecue and sun loungers.
Ideal for 6 people but possibility of additional double bed and bathroom in the annex of the villa. On request only.

This elegant family home with an area of 150m2, with an exterior of 500m2 offers quality services: new bedding, air conditioning on the bedroom floor, dishwasher, washing machine, antiques, works of art, wood parquet…
On the main level: entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, WC, access to the passageway terrace and access to the cellar where the laundry room is located.
Upstairs the landing leads to 3 double bedrooms and a shower room with WC, one of the bedrooms has its own shower room with WC.

Linen and towels are provided. The price includes end of stay cleaning.
Possible parking in the courtyard of the villa but only small or medium cars because of narrow access street.
Personal welcome on arrival, presentation of the accommodation and the village, host nearby to inform you. Languages spoken: French, English, Spanish.
House on several levels which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The interior of the house is strictly non-smoking.
