Enjoy this spacious, open floor plan lodge. With over 2,700 square feet for you to relax and escape from your everyday life. This beautiful post and beam home is located on a quiet crystal-clear pond in the Northeast Kingdom nestled in the Green Mountains of Vermont. This property features a large front lawn for outdoor games, a beautiful stone outdoor firepit area overlooking Miles Pond to enjoy in the peaceful evenings. With water access and your own canoe to use. While sitting on one of the three decks you will listen to the Loons, watch the Canadian Geese, cute little ducks and on occasion an Eagle will soar over the pond. You will be surrounded by wildlife and some of the most vibrant fall foliage in the northeast. Enjoy Hiking, Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Boating, Swimming, and Fishing, just steps from the front door. Or better yet just relax and enjoy a good book with the scenic views that surround you. This home is located in a four seasons paradise just miles from the beautiful White Mountains, Mount Washington, Kingdom Trails in Burke, Franconia Notch, Victory Bog Wildlife Management Trails, Burke Mountain and Cannon Mountain ski areas, Santa's Village, Wales Tale Waterpark, Loon Mountain zip line, Bretton Woods and horse-back riding. Many local breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and pubs are close by. Enjoy BBQing on the deck with a new, Webber grill. This location is perfectly situated on a one-acre lot only 3 hours from Boston, 20 minutes to the White Mountains, 30 minutes to some of the best Hiking Trails and Ski resorts the Northeast Kingdom and Northern New Hampshire has to offer. Only 30 minutes to the Kingdom Trails which has some of the best mountain biking in the country. You will be in the heart of some of the best motorcycle routes in the northeast; including the Kancamagus Highway. AND Located on the VAST and VASA trails to enjoy snowmobiling and four wheeling.

This cabin exceeded our expectations — the photos truly don’t capture how beautiful and comfortable it is. Check‑in was incredibly easy, and the property was immaculate when we arrived. The space is cozy, well‑maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend.

I tried to give 5 stars all across the board but the stars only showed up to four across my phone I wanted to say it was a gorgeous property. Extremely cozy and homelike feeling. The property was clean and welcoming from the get go. The autumn colors were magnificent. We definitely will return for more family get togethers. Teresa your home is a jewel and thank you for sharing it with us.

A beautiful lakeside home with everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation. Kayaks and canoes, a swimming beach a few minutes walk down the road, and a comfortable, well-appointed and spacious home to relax in. 2 decks overhead the lake great for reading, eating and relaxing.

Peaceful and calm cabin close to white and green mountains

It was a perfect getaway within driving distance from Boston. The top floor deck and campfire place in the front were our favorites both for a hangout and watching stars in a pitch dark clear sky.

The top deck is my favorite spot as well. We would go out almost every night before bed and listen to the wildlife( loons, peeps) and take in the amazing view of the stars . Glad you enjoyed it!!

Another Wonderful VT Getaway

This was our second stay at this home. We had so much fun, we came back again the next year. We stayed a little longer and took more advantage of the dock, kayaks, and canoe. Had a wonderful trip!

Perfect Home

Our family loved this place. It was exactly as listed. Location was perfect. We loved playing on the pond, at the fire pit and hiking the mountains. We would love to stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

My family and I loved this house. The house is beautiful. We took one of the kayaks and the canoe out each day and paddled around the pond. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a restful and active vacation

I went with friends for seven days, and the property and location had things for every one of us to thoroughly enjoy. We enjoyed kayaking, reading, relaxing around the fire pit, and visited a nearby farm for good produce & strawberry picking. We drove to Mt. Washington peak and hiked on Mt. mansfield.The cabin had everything mentioned in the details and Teresa was very responsive before our arrival.

A lovely house across the street from large but quiet Miles Pond. We loved the access to two kayaks and a canoe and used them quite a bit, including to paddle to the small public beach at the end of the pond, where the swimming was much more pleasant and less rocky/weedy than at the house’s little dock.The two upper levels of the interior of the house are spectacular, including the two porches & many windows- open spaces with lots of light. The basement level (where you enter the house and which has the second bedroom) is pretty dark and scary with the walls covered in large antlered deer heads (ok, we are vegetarians, so this may have been more disturbing to us than most people). The downstairs bedroom is dark, tiny and has no windows, just big enough for the bed. Our grown daughter didn’t feel great in there, but managed.Overall though, a great place for a couple, the two upper levels are gorgeous, and the lake and boats are great. Easy access to St Johnsbury, which was nice on the rainy days.

Great house with outdoor space!

Beautiful house with multiple porches, a fire pit and comfy and spacious indoor space. Super easy communication with hosts--they were incredibly responsive and nice, would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Camp, Relaxing Stay

The camp is lovely inside and out - rustic and modern at the same time and comfortable throughout. Nice view of the pond, great lawn for bocce, and easy access to many places to kayak. Saw moose up in the Victory Bog and loons on the pond.

Peaceful paradise

A very relaxing getaway, kayaking on the pond was a real treat, long walks, and fire at night, and a very comfortable house with all the amenities a person needs! The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had! Love it and would definitely stay again!

The property was tastefully decorated, and we loved the knotty pine walls. The master bedroom was beautiful, and we loved the views of the pond from the deck. The home had a very rustic feel to it, which we also loved. Very nice place to stay, with all the feels of Vermont.

Perfect!

My husband and I loved our stay. The cabin was gorgeous and the location was lovely. Peaceful with a great view of the pond. The house itself was clean, well appointed and the bed was so comfortable. Teresa was a great host, quickly answered any questions we had and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze.

Wonderful Stay!

We (me, my wife, and 2 kids, 8 and 11) had a wonderful stay! House was beautiful, clean, fully equipped, and had a wonderful view of the lake. The pictures dont quite do justice to how nice the view is! Hosts were responsive and left us a lovely welcome gift along with information on local attractions and restaurants. We spent the week enjoying the natural beauty in every direction...so many hikes, rivers, and lakes to enjoy! Would definitely stay again!
