The house and the location are beautiful.
The caretaker, however, does not speak a single word of English or German and that lead to several misunderstandings, eventually resulting in the situation that we needed to leave the house in order to catch our flight home but the caretaker was nowhere to be seen, even though we clearly communicated the time when we have to leave. Eventually, he came driving after us, overtook us and collected 320 Euros for cleaning, towel service and energy costs, not without claiming that we left without informing him. We did not receive a receipt. He even wanted to charge money for 2 chairs which he claimed we broke, even though they were already broken and one of them even never used by us. All in all a very unpleasant situation and we almost missed our flight home.
Therefore, we can only recommend this house to Italian speaking people.
